Most people know they need to look after themselves, and that by nurturing themselves they will promote self-love and healthier self-worth and self-esteem. But many people don’t actually know how to go about doing that. Over the next week I’m going to look at practical ways you can begin to make a stronger connection with yourself, take better care of yourself, and learn the gentle art of Self-Nurture.
Day 1 – How to nurture your Physical Body
Day 2 – How to nurture your Creativity
Day 3 – How to nurture your Sense of Self Love
Day 4 – How to nurture your Spiritual Connection
Day 5 – How to nurture Inner Peace
Day 6 – How to nurture your Mind
Day 7 – How to nurture your Connection to the Earth
I hope you join me in this healing journey. As I write each post this week I’ll add the link for the page to the list above. (If there isn’t a link, the post’s not written yet.) Much love to you! ♥ Nicole xx
Gorgeous teacups. I have a collection too ~ nothing like the taste , feel, sight , smell of real tea from real teacups. Nurturing for the soul. Look forward to your posts.
Love the teacups. I think I have at least 3 or 4 of the sets too! Great idea for the posts. Looking forward to seeing each days ideas.
Do you use your teacups, Rebecca? I love mine, and it makes tea much more of a nurturing event!
Loving your blog Nic.

This is brilliant, Nicole. I love your blog. Such a beautiful look to it too. Love the balance of text with photos. I also love the teacups. Thank you for all the magic, love, and good you put into this world! Joanna xx
Nicole, your timing is always impeccible! I love that about you. Looking forward to your pearls. 🙂
Lyn, I always do a meditation each morning, and I ask ‘how can I best support my friends, family and clients today?’ Then I work with whatever comes up. So I can’t take credit for the timing – just for being open to it! xx
Those teacups are lovely! I’m looking forward to reading your series.
I have a thing about teacups, Dienna. And drinking tea – one of my favourite self-nurture acts. 🙂
Thank you Nicole – just the ticket, look forward to reading and making a deeper connection with myself.xx
