“Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” ~ Jim Rohn

We’re living in exciting times – times that are opening us up to great new possibilities and future directions. But how can we make the best of these energies of change that are upon us?

Over the next eight weeks each Monday (that’s Sunday for you folk on the other side of the world to Australia!) I’ll be giving you some simple suggestions, activities, journal exercises and meditations to help you to work with these energies and create positive change in your own lives.

Are you ready to embrace change? Or even just the idea of things being better than they are now?

Do you already have a burning desire to create a new future for yourself?

Want to join me?  If you’re up for it, leave me a comment below. Feel free to invite your friends too. WE are the change we want to see in the world. It always starts with us, right here, in small ways that ripple out from our own lives. The more we create a positive intention and vibration, the more it affects everyone and everything around us in magical ways – and that’s the definition of a Lightworker!

To get your Embracing Change Toolkit ready make sure you find the following before we begin next week:

  • A large journal or notebook (you can also use your computer or ipad if that works for you)
  • A small journal or notebook (ditto the computer or ipad for this one too)
  • Some pens (feel free to have some different colours to choose from!)
  • 8 little stones or crystals (any type is fine – just go with what you’re drawn to or what is to hand)
  • A Gratitude Rock. This is a stone that will fit comfortably into your hand.  It can be a crystal or an ordinary garden variety rock. Choose what feels good to you. (If you took part in my 30 Day Gratitude Challenge last year, feel free to use that stone, which will already have lots of good energy invested in it!)
  • A window of thirty minutes each week to complete your homework, plus five minutes at the beginning or end of every day.

One last thing…

Think of your future, right now. Go on! What’s your innermost desire?

Name it. Then make a wish. I dare you!

The Universe specialises in delivering the kind of magic ordered up by your heart.

And if you’re so stuck that you don’t have a clue what your innermost desire is, then just wish for clarity. Easy. 🙂

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. innermost desire? does that mean the one that you never have let out & had a look at, one that wouldn’t be obvious to close friends?! or just your most ‘highest’ desire? xx much love

  2. I would definitely like to try…the timing feels right. I’ll have to see how my body copes – writing at all is hard and I’m not sure that 30 minutes would be wise right now or even possible.

  3. What a brilliant initiative and I will most certainly seize this opportunity Nicole. Thank you from the bottom of my heart – big, beeeg – beeeeg – thanks for your investment in time and energy.

  4. Definitely feel as though I stumbled across this site and this post for a reason today. Just a basic beginner; going to start with Clarity, but I am all in. Thank you for your initiative! I look forward to the upcoming weeks and delving deeper into your blog. I have really enjoyed everything I have read and learned so far. Thank you.

  5. Can’t wait honey….My life is in the midst of exciting new changes and to keep clarification positive direction now is all path of course – count me in!!! 😀
One of my fav little quotes I made up – If there were no change there would be no butterflies….

  6. Oh how i would love to take part in this. If there is still time and room. Am in a very very dark place right now and can not seem to find the light… Any light.

  7. I’m in….my life is such a mess I need big and decisive changes for the better. Thanks Nicole for your loving and generous offer xoxo

  8. Dear Nicole – I am well and truly up for this program! Its come at a very opportune time.. thanks Charlotte

  9. I’m climbing on board. I need a change and I need to change. Feel like those around me have used up all my energy. I need to find my feet again and point them in a new direction! I’m open to that! Thanks Nicole, I am enjoying your blog.

  10. Oh yes please. So much going on at the moment that this would be a great place to anchor the change I want to bring through. Thank you so much. Love having you in my life. xx

  11. Yes, yes, yes! Fantastic. Look forward to going on this adventure. I’ve already started and I know this will help me keep my energy focused (else I’ll go off like a certain young pup we all know and love). I’m going to mix shells in my stone/crystal mix (my watery self can’t help it lol).

  12. There is a synchronicity about this. Not going too well, so is exactly what I need. I will be overseas most of the challenge, so will have to try to find the time and the space ! Things have to change for me so welcome the extra help. xxx

  13. I’m in! It’s been brewing for a while but I don’t know exactly what ‘it’ is. Looking forward to finding out. Thank you! x

  14. YES PLEASE!!!! I have tried to do your challenges before and I’ve failed to stick it out. I really would like to create change in my life and I am open and willing to do it, so I am here to say LETS DO THIS!!
