Guided Meditation for Orienting Soul Awareness

“Our soul, our true self, is the most mysterious, essential, and magical dimension of our being. In fact, it is not a separate reality, as traditional Western thought views it, but the cohesive force that unites our body, heart, and mind. It is not a ghost trapped somehow in the physical machinery of our body but the very essence of our being.” ~ Gabrielle Roth

This guided meditation is the fourth in a series of seven. Today’s meditation is aimed at helping you orient your conscious awareness to your beautiful Soul energy.

It will help align you to your Highest Expression of Self, making you more magnetic to positive energy, love and abundance in your daily life.

You’ll need to set aside about twenty minutes for this meditation. Sit or lie somewhere quietly, using pillows or blankets if needed to make yourself comfortable. Then simply close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice. It’s fine to let yourself fall asleep during the meditation, or immediately afterwards.

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. I can only assume this meditation is beautiful. I cannot get past the relaxation steps in the beginning and I have listened to it three times! As an insomniac, I will take it.
