“All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake up in the day to find it was vanity, but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.”
~ T.E. Lawrence, Seven Pillars of Wisdom: A Triumph

Astrologically speaking, it’s interesting times right now. This next month, New Moon to New Moon, gives us a wonderful energy to draw on when it comes to dreaming a new life, a new self, a new future into being. It will also help us to explore what has been repressed, forgotten or shoved to one side.

It’s a great time to facilitate a strengthening sense of wholeness within ourselves.

The energies of the New Moon and the recent Solar Eclipse provide a powerful opportunity for reconnecting with our true selves, and then dreaming, planning, birthing and manifesting our heart’s desires into the world.

To help you make the most of this energy, and to get really clear about what matters, and where to focus your intention, I’ve designed a series of four journal and self-exploration activities.

Starting tomorrow (Sunday) we will work with the energy of each phase of the moon, week by week for four weeks, using a set of journal guided questions and meditations, and some runes.

You can complete the activities on one day each week, or spread them out over the week. It’s entirely up to you.

All you’ll need is a journal and pen. But if you’d like to bring along a crystal to hold, or a set of your favourite oracle or tarot cards or runes, that’s fine too.

Go gather what you need, and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Lots of love, Nicole xx

PS – If you’re joining the challenge, write me a note in the comments, or pop by and visit our facebook page like us and say hi. I’ll also be having one lovely giveaway each week on the facebook page as part of the challenge, as well as a little party on facebook each week, so I’d love to see your smiling face there 🙂

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Gosh, speaking of dreams, I had a profound one last night! Journalling is my southing balm after journeying through life’s daily moments and it helps me to weave meaning into the spinning of night time messages. Can’t wait to start! 🙂

  2. Wow. Glad to have found you today. I was sent over by my friend Yvonne at Misufusa’s blog. I look forward to starting a new journal tomorrow – a fresh start – and a pen. Thanks for the invitation!

  3. I’ll participate!! I’m going to invite my friend, Gloria, also. For the past 9 months we have been getting together to do timed writing, manifesting, setting intention sessions. I am finding that creating and manifesting in community is so powerful. I am in awe of some of the things we are creating together and more keeps flowing in. XO

  4. With some trepidation and a bit of excitement too, I’m in… It does sound like exactly what I need to do right now. Here we go…! Thanks 😊

  5. Hi Nicole,
I’m ready willing and able. So many words to write, between nanowrimo and journalling whew!! I’m excited lols

  6. I’m in. I have a craving for a bigger, bolder, braver life, and I need help to manifest it. The eclipse, in my 1st/7th house or me/we axis has really highlighted how much I keep my life small for my partner and children. I want things to be different!

  7. Shoved aside or forgotten? I have no idea of which you speak. Nope, nah-uh *rainbow array of pens pulled out, journal at the ready*.

Felt like something has been a’buildin’, look forward to building on the kernels planted <3 xo

  8. I’m in! Thank you Nicole. Also, I made that yummy (walnuts, ginger, dates) cake. It’s yum. Nigel ate almost half off (straight after baking). Thanks for sharing the recipe. Have wonderful weekend 🙂 Lots of Love <3
