It’s nearly 4am.
I’m about to do my regular healing meditation, and to send energy, love and light to you all.
After which I’m going back to bed.
Twice this week I’ve found myself up in the middle of the night, dealing with a life-or-death crisis.
Have you noticed? So many souls are leaving the planet right now. So many souls are struggling with the decision to stay or go. And so many souls are eager to come through and be birthed.
Crazy times.
I’ve been up working since 11.30pm, and now it is nearly 4am and I am weary and more than ready for sleep. This isn’t paid work. It’s about being here for someone who needs a loving voice at the end of a line during one of life’s challenges. It’s about being a voice for souls who are unable to speak for themselves, so that I can communicate their needs.
In my wind-down between work and meditation I’ve also been able to write my blog, and catch up with a student on the other side of the world. The wonders of technology!
I’ll share my latest adventure with you tomorrow, after I’ve had a little shut-eye. But now, meditation. Today my focus will be on helping you to be centred in clarity, calm and peace, so that you are able to make sound, intuitive choices that support and prosper you.

Thank you from my heart and soul Nicole, for your loving wisdom and dedication in these extremely turbulent times on Mother Earth. Through your posts I have learned to trust my intuition more and more and ask for and listen for the aid of my Guides and Angels. Like many people, I suffer from varying degrees of anxiety and fears about what we humans are doing to our environment as well as personal/social issues. I go on daily meditation walks and recently I asked my Angels and Guides to help me with my issues that bring on sadness and hopelessness. As I walked, soothing phrases came into my mind and as they did, I spoke them softly out loud. Some of the phrases brought tears to my eyes as happens to me when “Truth” is revealed. I easily remembered each phrase and repeated them over and over like a mantra. I realized my anxiety and sadness had left me and I felt calm and peaceful. I now softly sing this mantra to myself as I walk and I cherish this gift so much I wanted to share it with you for anyone who might want to use it as well. So here it is:
I am at Peace.
I am Content.
All my needs are met.
With Heaven and Earth, I am fulfilled.
All my needs are met.
My Angels and Guides are at my side,
Whispering in my ear,
“Release fear and strife,
and live your life.
We are always here.”
