April is a great month for leadership, for team work and for finding new people to be on your team. So if you’ve been looking to find the right builder, baker, dentist, wedding planner, personal assistant, dog walker – whatever your need is – April has supportive energy for you.
There’s a flipside to that though, my friends.
And that flipside is this: Someone might be seeking YOU.
YOU might be the solution to someone else’s current problem. So make sure you put yourself out there, apply for jobs, ask if you can help, share your gifts and talents, launch your own material, keep your eye out for new opportunities.

Nic I have a question. Much of what you’ve said for 2019 relates to working toward a goal. I’m wondering if it’s enough to do a few hours (or even a couple) toward that goal nearly every day. I feel guilty if I’m not doing 7-8 hours Monday to Friday. That’s not the point is it?
Kimmie, this year’s energy is about laying foundations for the future. But who is to say that you need to work 24/7 on something for it to be enough.
That’s the old way talking.
If you are steadily spending time on your dreams and goals and taking concrete steps no matter how small, to work toward them – and grounding that in a rich and meaningful life OUTSIDE that work, then that is more than enough.
Let go of the guilt, my friend. It’s outmoded self-abuse and it serves no-one.
