Sometimes Meditation Trumps Blogging

“The really important kind of freedom involves attention, and awareness, and discipline, and effort, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them, over and over, in myriad petty little unsexy ways, every day.”
~ David Foster Wallace

Good Morning! (or hello for whatever timezone you are in!)

I’m a little late blogging today. But I have good reason.

Right now I’m holding space for many of you in my meditations, and some of you have needed extra time, care and attention. So my usual meditations have been taking me longer than normal. Which is fine by me. It’s something I love to do and am honoured to do.

If you’ve already been asked to be included in my meditations I have you! It’s not too late to join me though, if you still want to be included. Just leave me a comment below this post.

Please don’t hesitate to ask. I have room for all of you. There is space and time for all of you.

This is what I’m working on:

Until June 9 I am focusing on supporting you to move through and begin to resolve feelings of loss, fear, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional isolation and powerlessness. My aim is to find the places where emotion has become stuck inside you, causing you to become out of alignment. I am also looking for the old stories, traumas and memories which are subconsciously shaping you in opposition to your soul’s true nature. In my meditations I will dissolve these outmoded energies and stories, returning them to love and releasing their patterns from your energetic field.

As your energy comes back into alignment with your true nature, your vibration will rise and you will be more easily able to express yourself creatively and emotionally. It will increase your sense of self-awareness and self-trust.

I meditate twice a day, morning and evening. I also connect with some people during my night-flying practices. If you’d like me to include you or a loved one specifically in my meditations just let me know in the comments below.  And, of course, I love getting feedback about anything you notice as a result of my meditations.

This next week has enormous energy for intuition, all kinds of psychic work and for vibrational shift. Why not spend some time in meditation and connection yourself? I promise it’s a kindness that your body, mind and spirit will thank you for.

Much love, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Hi Nicole,
Thank you for all you do. Much love back to you💗

Please include my daughter Celina, Paden and me Maria in your meditations 🌹🌻

    Thank you Nicole!

  2. Nicole, I have read your blog for a few years and you always speak to my heart for some reason but I have never reached out. I always hate asking for help but your thoughts shared on this post so resonated with me I thought I would reach out from the far land of New Hampshire US 🙂 to accept your generous and kind offer as I enter a time of major life transitions. I need all the shifting I can get! With much gratitude and love, Jill

  3. I would be so grateful if you could include me and also my husband Paul in your meditations – we’re both going through so many changes in our lives (individually and together) and I think we are both overwhelmed by it all. Thank you Nicole. xx

  4. Dear Nicole, since you wrote a second time and I hesitated the first time you offered because of all the other requests, I ask kindly to be included as well. I thought I finally had it all together on my own but on the weekend old stuff crept up. This showed where I still struggle and maybe I don’t have to do it all on my own. Thank you for your generosity.

  5. This is beyond words kind of you. I would be very very grateful to be included in your meditations right now … with much love and gratitude from me to you. ❤️ Xxx

  9. Dear Nicole, I hesitated to ask that you include me in your meditations, you already do so much for others, and then you asked a second time. Yes, please, if you would add me to your meditation, I would deeply appreciate it… And I would like to ask your permission, may I send you healing Reiki… Ongoing?
Thank you for all the love, caring and support you send out into the world

  14. Hi Nicole,
I had a dream last night and there was a road sign in the form of a large arrow pointing to turn at the next intersection and in big letters it said Nicole and Psychic underneath your name. I had to smile that you had gone so needed that the road crews put up a sign for the passerby’s to find you. But then that is what the universe has really done anyway hasn’t it. You post a blog and it is the road sign to help those in need turn and find a safe place to go. Then I read your blog today and you seem to be saying ever so gently that you know I could use some of that clearing that holds me back and keeps some bad patterns reoccurring. So, on that note, I would love to be included in your meditations for this term. Thank you for your support.

  15. Thank you for including me in your healing meditation Nicole. This morning I feel more cheerful and more able to see the funny side of things. Sometimes I wonder if I ever will be well as I’ve been ill with CFS for a long time and tend to get very down and hopeless.
Blessings to you for all you do for us xx

  16. Dearest Nicole,
Thank you for including my sister Sharon who is grieving the recent loss of her husband.
Love and Appreciation for your magnificent light.
    Anne

  17. So many times you are just where I need you, offering healing energies or meditations, words of encouragement or just hope and a positive way of thinking. You have a gift. Thank you for sharing it with the world.

  18. I’m fascinated by the timing of your current meditations for us. I am working with my psychologist using ‘Schema’, which is a program that includes where we can revisit old hurts and re-imagine them differently to self heal. Only part of the process of course, but interesting.

Thank you for your continued long distance support for the healing and whole-making.

  19. Hi Nicole, I have been following your blog since 2015, has been so helpful and uplifting. I would love to be included in your meditations. I live in NZ, and, when I read your blog I seek guidance and reassurance I cannot receive from many others. You give us all strength to believe and carry on despite life’s struggles and disappointments. Thank you and much love 💖🌹🌸🌺❤️🙏😊

  20. Hi Nicole, I asked you to be included on the first round. I am currently on the other side of the world… Today, out of the blue I got a stomach pain…not because of anything I ate or did differently, just because… It has forced me to look inside and to slow down…Could it be emotions moving out?
Thank you for your work and your love, always.
    Cristina

    1. This is a very common experience – physical symptoms brought about by energetic shift. Rest, be kind to yourself. Know that it will pass. Much love, Nicole xx

  21. Nicole my Mum and I have been estranged for over a year now over something that means a lot to me. I am 66 and she still cannot get my name right.Yep sounds stupid.
I have been called every name of every dog or cat Mum has ever had and also my sister’s name until she finally gets to my name it is ridiculous. Mum does the same to my sister.
I asked her politely to call me by my name as she only has 2 children. Not hard.
Well that was that she started screaming at me and saying this is something she does and something she has always done but I still don’t think her excuse holds up do you?
I have tried phoning her and all she does is scream at me like a Banshee.
I have included numerous letters to her in Birthday or Christmas or Easter cards and she says she does not believe anything I write. My Mother can hold a grudge longer than anyone I know. She blames me for her everything from her having to marry my father to Global warming. My father was a no hoper but he is dead now. Mum is an alcoholic and has been for at least 60 years. I phoned her 2 weeks ago and got a frosty reception and she dropped the phone in my ear…something she is very very good at.
Now I am at a loss to know what to do. Mum lives 4 hours drive away from me and I am not a well person so I cannot just turn up on her doorstep. She actually frightens me.

    1. Darling friend, let this go. Hold your mum in love and see her for what she is a – a soul damaged by alcohol, abuse and neglect. I know you have been a good daughter and that you love her and want that love returned. I know your mum does love you – she just can’t show it in the ways that you need. She has cognitive issues and her brain is damaged. That’s not fixable and her moods and forgetfulness are not deliberate but part of her illness. She is old and sick. I expect that her behaviour will continue to deteriorate. I’m so sorry. Look after yourself well. Send your mum love in thoughts and meditations. Ask your Ancestors to look after all of you. And I will hold you all in my prayers and meditations. Much love to you xx

    2. Thank you for your understanding and insight Nicole.
I know I must accept Mum for who and what she is.
I read this a long time ago ‘When the parent becomes the child’.

  22. Thank you. Please include myself, my husband, my daughter and her partner. We are all journeying, in our own ways, towards increased freedom from the limitations you highlighted. Kathleen, Jeff, Rachel, Jack.
