Not much of a blog today because…

Close friends contribute to our personal growth. They also contribute to our personal pleasure, making the music sound sweeter, the wine taste richer, the laughter ring louder because they are there.

So, lovelies, I’ll keep this short.

It’s my birthday week, and last night Trishy (my wonderful PA and trusty right-hand-woman) came down to the farm to stay for a few nights while Ben and I head off on a quick romantic get-away.

There was wine, there was cheese, there was good food and laughter and stories and sharing.

And then there was sleep.

This morning we’re explaining all the ins and outs of feeding dogs and cows, and about the vegetable gardens and all the other important things.

Plus toast and cups of tea and more chats.

And then off we go, Ben and I, on our little adventure.

Woo hoo!

Lots of love, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Dearest Nicole,

Love you loads , wishing you prayers and hugs and etc

  2. Hi Nicole ~ even your “not much of a blog” as you describe it, is full of enjoyable “stuff” to read. You are a natural born story teller and have a gift for making even the mundane things of life, such as eating toast & drinking tea, sound absolutely wonderful. I adore your blog. Wishing you safe travels and a wonderful time away in your birthday week. I hope the magic finds you for you so deserve it. Much love & light, Sue xx
