Hello, Lovelies!

February is a month for standing in your truth and letting others see you as you are, for making imperfect starts, for trusting in synchronicities and Universal Guidance, and for acknowledging our connection to the Earth.

Keep that in mind as we explore the gifts that the oracle card EFFICIENCY brings us this week. EFFICIENCY is from the Sacred Earth Oracle by Toni Carmine Salerno & Leela J Williams.

EFFICIENCY’s Message

There is a tender place in all of us – a place that is good and honest and true. It’s the essence of who you are – a complex and unique combination of personality, talents, ideas and beliefs, knowingness, life experiences and wisdom. It’s the person you keep locked away, for fear of being judged, rejected, humiliated, laughed at or abandoned.

We learn not to say the thing we believe, when it goes against others in our family or workplace. We learn to hide our spiritual practices and intuitive abilities, or our love of art, or the way we dance in the dark house when no-one is watching, or the other many things that make us who we are. We do our best to keep ourselves safe, to keep our jobs safe or our position within a relationship safe. We fly under the radar and those parts of us we fear to express become lost, or buried, or well hidden, sometimes even from ourselves.

Instead of living from that tender place, most of us live from efficiency.

We know the right thing to say or wear. The right way to be. We dial down our individuality and do our best to ‘fit in’, to please or at least to not cause offence. It’s not all deliberate. Who ever enjoys being bullied or laughed at, or worse? It’s a safety thing, because all of us have a need to be loved and accepted, and to belong.

EFFICIENCY‘s message is simple:
It’s time to be yourself. It’s time to show your face. It’s time to live with courage, from a place of vulnerability, open-hearted to the world. It’s time to let that tender-hearted place come into the light so it can bloom, and integrate and elevate you into the person you came to this world to be.

Of course, you need to go at your own pace, and in a way that is safe for you, but allow yourself to be uncomfortable, vulnerable, and human.

There is more strength in you than you yet know, and you came here to be a Peaceful Warrior who anchors Truth and Light. It’s time. Step up. Be you.

There is no bigger gift to the world than for you to live as yourself.

Supportive crystals for the week ahead

Red Jasper is grounding and helps you connect to your heart and your truth. This stone anchors you in courage, and promotes stamina, endurance, focus and determination. It helps to heal suppressed emotions too, especially anger, rage and resentment. Amethyst develops psychic and intuitive connection, and helps you to manifest and become clear about your life path. It is a supportive stone as you make decisions about your direction in life. Mookaite (pictured) is a gently shielding stone that helps you to think clearly and to break patterns of self-criticism and negative thinking. It aids in looking for positive solutions to life’s dilemmas and embracing change.

Helpful Essential Oils

Geranium, Frankincense, Sandalwood, and Lavender work beautifully on their own or in combination this week to help you to tap into awareness, clarity, connection and inner strength this week.

As a blend for your diffuser add two drops of each oil. A drop of each oil in the bath is heavenly too. It’s a great blend to get you out of your head and into your heartspace. It promotes spiritual connection and intuition and is deeply calming.

Freaking out or find yourself absolutely stuck in inertia? Rub a drop or two of Sandalwood over your heart and on the back of your neck to help reconnect Solar Plexus, Heart, and Crown Chakra, bringing you gently into alignment with your personal truth.
