“Be the one who nurtures and builds. Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them.”Marvin J. Ashton
Each fortnight I am holding a free webinar, which is also a lovely chat, colouring and meditation session. You’re all welcome to join us, and so are your children. It’s an antidote to the hustle, fear, conspiracy theories and loneliness that is all around us right now. It’s a way for us to connect, heart-to-heart, as lightworkers and sensitive souls.
It’s a chance for us to see each other, face-to-face, and to know that we matter to each other. It’s a way for us to help and support each other, or to get that help, support and connection that we need.
It’s an opportunity for me to share some ideas, tips and wisdom to help you with your spiritual journey, and to build your self-care skills.
On our first webinar I channelled my fairy friend Sokli, and led the community in a short guided meditation. We also discussed some energy healing techniques and some ideas for gridding with crystals. And there was much tea drunk and colouring done.
Our theme next week is ‘Rest and Rejuvenate’.
Before the webinar begins I’ll have some downloadable colouring pages for you. Or you can bring your own project.
The cup of tea, or coffee, or whatever beverage and snacks you’d prefer will be up to you.
Our next webinar will be at 4.00pm Brisbane time on Tuesday 14 April (which may be April 13 where you live). We hold our Colour and Cuppa Session every fortnight. To support people in other time zones we will schedule sessions at various times throughout the year so you can find one that works for you.
It’s completely free to join us, and we’ll be holding this webinar via Zoom. All of the details and the link will be in our Facebook Group, The Journeymakers.

I can’t wait to see you all!
