Cleaning Up and Clearing Out – Monday Oracle 11 May 2020

“There’s memory clutter, which reminds you of an important person, achievement, or event from your past. I think memory clutter often gathers in the homes of people with some degree of depression. And then there’s “I might need it one day clutter, in which people hang on to stuff in anticipation of an imagined future. Among these folks, I’ve noticed a recurring theme of anxiety…Maybe it’s possible that the stuff we own and obsess over is the physical manifestation of the mental health issues that challenge our minds.”

Peter Walsh

Hello, Lovelies!

May is a month for speaking your truth, for standing up for what matters, for action, and for emotional healing.

Keep that in mind as we explore the gifts that the oracle card CLEAR OUT THE OLD brings us this week. CLEAR OUT THE OLD is from the Nature’s Whispers Oracle Cards by Angela Hartfield and Josephine Wall.

The Gifts Of The Week Ahead

This week you’ll feel like you have new eyes. Eyes that see things you hadn’t noticed before. Things you’ve taken for granted or become blind to will suddenly be visible again. You’ll also notice an incremental increase in your energy levels. Hooray!

CLEAR OUT THE OLD reminds you that this is the perfect time for cleaning up your home and office, for clearing clutter, and moving things back to simplicity and flow.

Now is the time to go through your home, room by room, drawer by drawer. If it’s broken, if you don’t know what it is anymore, if it has lain there neglected for years, let it go. If it doesn’t fit, let it go.

All of that stuff accumulated in the corners of your life, shoved into deep recesses in cupboards or under the bed? All of that old energy bogs you down and hampers the ease of new energy and opportunity coming to you. It adds to your stress. It weighs you down.

Let it go.

Same with your business. Review each idea, each product or service. Review all of those books on the shelf, and files on the computer. Sort through the emails and old email files.

Will this take time?

Yes.

It might take more than this week. It might take the rest of the month. The rest of the season. The rest of the year.

Will it be it worth it?

Yes.

As you clean up and clear out your life more energy will flow, your stress levels will reduce, and you will feel better supported by your environment.

Start in one corner. And when you’ve cleaned that one corner, rearrange things. Make it pretty. Add some flowers or a plant, a candle or something else that lifts your spirits and makes you feel happier.

Then, as you feel ready, keep going!

Supportive crystals this week

Clear Quartz lifts your vibration and opens you to flow. It is a highly spiritual stone, encouraging self-reflection and helpful for hearing messages and receiving signs or direction that can assist you on your journey. Carnelian gives increased feelings of self-acceptance, creativity, energy and practical inspiration. Citrine (pictured) delivers inspiration and motivation and helps you open yourself to feelings of worthiness and possibility. Red Jasper brings you home to yourself and provides an anchor of safety and calm.

Helpful Essential Oils

These oils can be used singly or they can be blended for your diffuser:

Wild Orange essential oil supports your Inner Child, and fosters creativity, curiosity and an upbeat mood about life – great for feelings of positivity as you clean and clear. If you’re super-stressed add a few drops of Lavender, which promotes calm and relaxation. Mandarin essential oil reduces anxiety, promotes calm and helps you to relax. It also uplifts and re-inspires. Cypress or Basil will improve your mental focus and clear away those cobwebs in your brain, helping you to focus and work effectively. Lemongrass helps with being open to change and for pattern-breaking.  It’s a beautiful oil to diffuse to promote fresh and positive mental perspectives.

If you ever wanted to join me on Retreat and couldn’t, then this is for you!

Come join our members in the Journeymaker Inner Circle and have access to webinars, courses, meditations, activities and community all year!

This is a group that is perfect for beginners and the metaphysically curious, but it is also robust enough to serve more advanced practitioners too.

It’s a perfect time to be joining us. Last week I started a series of members-only channelled webinars, dealing with the current Coronavirus Pandemic, cellular memory, healing trauma and accessing and integrating past-life wisdom. There are five more in this series, and the webinars and replays are only available within my membetship area.

We’ve also got some wonderful members-only activities and lessons coming up, that work with the kind of Portal and Energy Healing work I did recently in Sedona. Normally this would be the kind of thing I teach only on Retreats.

Coronavirus is a game-changer for all of us, forcing us to slow down, to stay home and drop back from the busy-ness of our everyday lives. Instead of panicking, I invite you to embrace this challenge as an opportunity to find the time and the stillness needed for deep soul work and a personal journey of transformation.

2020 is a big year for healing and reinventing ourselves, and for tapping into our intuitive gifts. My paid membership group can help you to make the most of these energies. Within our membership space you’ll find exclusive webinars, guided meditations, videos and online courses, a bookclub, a private Facebook group and many other resources.

Read what some of our members have been saying:

“I always wanted to attend one of your retreats. Now for a fraction of the price of a one week retreat I get a whole year of goodness. Feel like I am on retreat every time I watch one of your channelled webinars, or listen to a meditation, or when you guide us through a ritual or activity. I didn’t expect that you’d answer so many of our questions in the Facebook group. I certainly didn’t expect to be zooming along on my psychic journey with so much confidence or having such an incredibly mind blowing experience. Can’t thank you enough for helping me discover this part of myself, Nicole. Thank you to you and your team and a super-dooper big thankyou for the Dark Moon meditation. I never really got meditation until I did this one. It just takes me so deep, and I am having incredible results. Thanks again and lots of love to everyone xxx”

” I just logged in to the academy to find the meditation Nicole mentioned yesterday and discovered there are 157 lessons!!  Apart from the quick look and celebratory sister Whoohoo  when Nicole first launched the new look a few months or so back, I haven’t been in there to really use the website membership (I obviously find great value in the posts and “Live”s here in the Inner Circle alone! :blush:). Nicole and team, you’ve been very busy! Amazing job! Thanks for the doorway meditation. I’ve now downloaded it and look forward to listening to it again many times over the next few years :blush::sparkling_heart:

I’ve been a member of several online metaphysical groups but when I found Nicole’s group a few years ago I knew I’d found my home. Nicole’s work is supportive, uplifting and empowering and I have made true and lasting real-world friendships in her community. Most importantly, I am gaining confidence and skills in using my intuitive abilities and I can see real progress, not just with my psychic work but in me as a person. I love her new Book Club and the library of webinar videos and downloadable guided meditations, and the Facebook Group is a place I check in often for the care and support it brings. I recommend the Journeymakers Circle. It is life changing in the best of ways and Nicole is a generous and caring teacher and mentor.

Dear Nicole, Thank you for the amazing channeling of Lunetia. I am still full of excitement with the information that was shared. I just really want you to know how grateful I am that I am here and able to participate in your series. Thank you!!!

Jeanie

For the next short while I am offering 12 months membership to the Journeymaker Circle for just $457 USD for an entire year. If you join now I’ll honour that price forever, as long as you remain a current member.

You’ll find a ready group of friends and a world of support inside our doors.

Here at the farm this week rain is forecast, so we are hand-sowing seed in the bare places in our paddocks left from the drought last year (we do this by carrying buckets full of seed which we sprinkle by hand). It’s a wonderful meditative job where we get to walk around listening to the birds as the dogs run in circles around us. We get to check the health of the soil and the pasture and have some slow time in nature. So good!

We have a bumper crop of lemons, so I will be making some lemon curd to bottle, and maybe a lemon delicious pudding too!

Sending you love, lemony kisses and hugs, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. once again, another ‘I needed this’ post. I look at mom’s house and how much I need to empty it and get rid of stuff. How I can sell many of the antique fun items here in the states (lower 48…not in Alaska) and yet, can’t up there. How I want to bring back so much because it needs sorted carefully (photos and letters and what not) and others tell me it isn’t important. I look at mom’s furniture she didn’t want me to ever give my sister and how I’m learning it doesn’t matter. She’s gotten so much money out of mom’s death and I’ve had so many bills and responsibilities and still do (she’s too busy or stresses out too fast with imagined troubles). Yet, to get it done, is the best thing overall.
