A friend called by on Sunday, to deliver some home-made bread. She had a little cough. Just asthma, she said. We stayed six feet apart. We only talked for five minutes, ten at most. No hugs. No touching. And handwashing after everything.
But it was no good.
Now she’s sick.
I’m sick too.
I feel wretched. And I just can’t stop sleeping. So my plan is to sleep until I’m well again.
