Hello, Lovelies!
At the beginning of every month, I discuss the energies and gifts of the month ahead and how we can best use them to make our lives satisfying, meaningful and productive.
I also choose a card to support the energies of the month. The deck I am using this year is the Native Spirit Oracle by Denise Linn, and July’s card is GRANDFATHER SKY.
July’s energies are about committing to authenticity
July is a big bold month of endings, beginnings and traditions. It’s a wonderful time for all forms of travel – even if that travel is not the kind you’d originally planned for yourself. If you’ve been in isolation because of COVID-19 even a trip to the park, a weekend away at the beach, a take-away coffee from a local cafe, or going for a picnic can feel magical.
Take time for planning and committing to big adventures and projects in your life. It’s also a month for promotions, launches and crazy ideas that can change your life. Think of what your legacy might be, and start from there. There’s no more time to procrastinate. It’s now or never. The world needs you to live authentically, and to share your gifts and talents.
To make room for all of this new energy you’ll need to declutter. Keep asking yourself: ‘What am I ready to let go of?’ Don’t just think physical stuff. Maybe you need to let go of ideas or projects that you’re not that invested in anymore.
Is your home working for you? Is your job working for you? Is your daily routine working? Where can you simplify, outsource, delegate, or just let go so that you are only focusing on what matters and what you can do best?
July is also fabulous for cementing new habits in your life.
Claim some new traditions this month; for yourself, your family, your workplace or community. Reinvest in older traditions that shape you and feel right to have in your life.
Even as you move forward, you are linked to the past. Traditions done right give you an anchor that grounds and connects you. You can take the best of that old energy and wisdom with you, and still create new ways of being too.
The Best Book Club Ever!
Our Journeymaker Inner Circle Book Club is a well-kept secret, and it may be the best Book Club ever!
Each fortnight we spend an hour on a live webinar, discussing a book we all read together. I choose books that support the energies of the months we will be reading them in. We savour each book, going slowly, just a few chapters at a time, and if you haven’t read the book you can still join in because we use the book as a jumping off place for discussing so many other things that relate to our lives as psychics, intuitives, empaths and highly sensitive souls. These books are books that teach us about ourselves, and that help us to evolve and grow.
It’s an intimate and safe circle, and the sharing is always a highlight in my week.
Can’t make the live event? We record them all, and they go into our membership library. And Book Club isn’t the only live event we have. There are weekly Facebook lives, channelled webinars, and other members-only teachings and sharings.
