You’ll see a few changes on my blog this year. No more big posts on monthly energies. Instead you can find information about the monthly energies in my 2021 Journeymaker’s Planner or through my online courses and membership. 2021 is a huge year, energetically speaking, and I want to be able to do it justice. You’ll find details about my Journeymakers Circle membership and the Journey Through The Year course at the bottom of the page.
I will be continuing with my Weekly Oracles though. So, let’s get started and look at the week ahead.

We have started the year exhausted. 2020 took its toll on us in many ways (and some of us came into 2020 ill-prepared and already with a flat battery before having to find all of our remaining adrenalin and resilience to ride the waves that came with that year).
Yin reminds us of the need to rest this week, and to put sustainable practices and self-care into our routines. Not just for this week, but for the ENTIRE YEAR. Yin speaks to us of the need to play the long game. Be strategic. Set strong boundaries. Eat the food that nourishes and heals you. Move your body and look after it better. Get enough sleep. Nurture your social connections. Find a hobby that enriches and sustains you.
