She could see all of Ferenwood from here: the rolling hills, the endless explosion of color cascading down and across the lush landscape. Reds and blues: maroon and ceruleans. Yellow and tangerine and violet and aquamarine. Every hue held a flavor, a heartbeat, a life. She took a deep breath and drew it all in.

Hello, Lovelies!
I have been wondering how my farm dogs would cope with moving to a treehouse. There’s a much smaller yard, no cows, and it’s altogether different to the life they had known.
I needn’t have worried.
They are settling in just fine. There’s still room to play, and new places to explore, and beaches where they can run wild and free.
Here’s a pic of Harry and Rufous in their deluxe new dog beds.
I placed the beds together in the lounge, near the window, so they can look out over the forest. And they love it! They happily watch the birds and water dragons, and all of the goings-on in the natural world.
Until now they have NEVER slept in a dog bed. They will always sneak onto our bed, or lie in protest on the floor, and completely disregard anything made for dogs. But this new bed with a view? They jumped in, spent their first night there on their own while I slept in another room, and it has suddenly become the new normal. Can’t say that I blame them. Their view is sublime!
I have a feeling this treehouse is going to work out just fine for everyone.

That bed looks so comfy I could lie down and sleep in it for days. The view looks amazing. The dogs are not spoilt at all.
