It’s being here now that’s important. There’s no past and there’s no future. Time is a very misleading thing. All there is ever, is the now. We can gain experience from the past, but we can’t relive it; and we can hope for the future, but we don’t know if there is one.

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using the Nature’s Whispers Oracle Cards by Angela Hartfield, with artwork by Josephine Wall, for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 50 – POTENTIAL GATEWAY. It’s a week for reconnecting with the past, in so many different ways.
POTENTIAL GATEWAY puts us on notice. This week expect connections from the past to resurface.
Maybe someone you used to know, years ago, will suddenly come back into your life. It could even be as big as a karmic relationship, with someone with whom you have past life history. Yeah, that big.
Or perhaps an idea that you had for yourself and let go will rise to the surface again, forcing you to face it and rethink it. Maybe it wasn’t the right time before. Perhaps that right time is now, or is coming soon.
It’s a week for reconnecting with previous versions of yourself that can nourish and enrich you now. Maybe you need to start playing the piano again, even though it’s been years. Maybe you used to be fit, and your body suddenly yearns for movement again. Maybe you used to be social, or you baked, or wrote or painted, or gardened or wrote letters. Some of those things you used to do, and used to be, will come to the front of your awareness again this week. That’s good. Pay attention. Use them as signposts to direct you where you need to go.
Expect snippets of past lives; in dreams, in memories, in your deepening understanding of yourself.
All of these things can help you to define or redefine yourself this week. Embrace them.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead:
You are complex, and within you is a muscle memory of previous versions of yourself that hold true and which are GOOD for you still. Go with your urges and curiosity this week. Let yourself be led to what you need to know, do or be.

On the home front I am 25199 words into the NaNoWriMo novel I am banging out for the fun of it this November. I’m still not quite sure how I have racked up that many words, but I have been sneaking into my writing room for an hour or so each day, just before I start work. Or, sometimes, straight after meditation and yoga, before the rest of the house wakes up. It’s made my days longer, but it feels good to have this little window of time just for me.
I have also been in full-on Magical Elf mode, packing Planners and Journals and Malas and Crystals and all sorts of other lovely things to send out for my ETSY orders and for my Inner Circle members.
In my quiet moments I am pondering my Christmas Day menu, and the remaining treats I want to cook and blog before then. This week I’ll be making a Sicilian Blood Orange cake and some cheesecake truffles.
