Why I’ve Disappeared from Facebook (Spoiler: I Didn’t Choose It)

Patience is not the ability to wait. Patience is to be calm no matter what happens, constantly take action to turn it to positive growth opportunities, and have faith to believe that it will all work out in the end while you are waiting.”
― Roy T. Bennett

Hello, Lovelies!

You may have noticed that I’ve suddenly gone quiet over on Facebook — no updates in the groups, no Inner Circle posts, no Messenger replies. I promise I haven’t run off into the forest (okay, maybe just a little – but only for tea and journaling! 😉).

Here’s what happened…

On Monday, August 4, my Facebook account was unexpectedly suspended for violating community standards. I have absolutely no idea why — the content I posted was my usual gentle and supportive material. I immediately appealed the decision, and now I’m waiting to see what happens next.

In the meantime, I’ve lost access to:

Yes, it’s frustrating — but I’m okay. I just wanted to let you know that I haven’t disappeared, and I haven’t forgotten you.

If you’re in my Inner Circle, I’ll be sending updates via email and exploring other ways we can stay connected outside of Facebook (because, let’s face it, relying on one platform is starting to feel a little risky!).

And if you’re used to seeing my regular posts or messages in your feed — please know I’m still here, just momentarily locked out of that digital door.

This experience is actually reminding me how important it is to have alternative ways to connect — ways that don’t rely on ever-changing algorithms or invisible moderators.

So here’s what I’m doing:

Most of all, thank you for your patience, your love and support.

We’ll get through this — and I’ll be back on Facebook soon (hopefully with a warm cup of tea in hand and a few new ideas for how to keep our circle strong 💖).

With love always,
Nicole xx
