Hey, Lovelies.
Overall I’ve been doing okay, in lockdown in the city, while Ben and the boys (our two beautiful pupsters!) looked after our farm. It’s been lonely and difficult at times, and my phone bill has skyrocketed. People have asked me if I’ve been angry or resentful of the State-imposed lockdowns, and the truth is that while I have missed my darlings I have completely supported the hard border closures which meant our family has been separated.
But…
The borders are reopening!
I’m counting down the days.
Can’t wait to hug all my loved ones tight and just be with them ‘for reals’.
Thanks to everyone who called or messaged me as soon as the border opening was announced. It was truly the best news! We’re all so excited. To be together again means everything to me.
I expect I’ll spam you all badly with pics of our glorious reunion. 8 days and counting…
