A Gorgeous Assortment of Crystals!

“Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better.” ~ Albert Einstein

I’m surrounded by crystals right now.

Many of them I’ll holding in meditation so I can channel the meaning of them, ready for my Pop-Up Store and workshops in early November.

Some of them I’m channelling and putting aside to be allocated as part of the packs I’ll put together for my Year of ME Planner. For those people who want one, I’ll choose one of the stones specifically for them, as their meditation stone and gratitude anchor for 2019.

It’s my favourite time of the year, when my home is overflowing with crystals, magical things, essential oils and workshop preparations, and behind all of that the scents of Christmas baking. What’s not to love?

And here’s a sneak preview of something I’m absolutely thrilled about…

It’s a mala I have designed to support you during the energies of 2019 and beyond. Each of the crystals of the month in our 2019 Planner is represented in this mala, which has been lovingly made for me using fair-trade craftswomen in India who have hand-knotted the malas using gemstones and rudraksha, before having them blessed in a Hindu temple. The malas then sit in an energy grid on my farm where I meditate with them before they are ready for you to use in your own meditations. Their energy is incredible and I can’t wait to share them with you!

Both the printed edition of the planner and the mala are a limited release, so be ready to pre-order yours soon! I know you’ll just love them.

Biggest hugs to you from here amidst the stones, Nicole ❤ xx

Energies of October – 2018

“The heart has its reasons which reason knows not.”
~  Blaise Pascal

Hello, Lovelies :)

October  brings  our  focus  back  to  our  home  environment,  our  heart-space  and  our  soul’s  journey.  We’ll  feel  a  need  to  nest,  to  clean  and  beautify  the  spaces  where  we  spend  most  of  our  time  (this  could  be  your  body,  home,  work  or  even  your  car!)  and  to  have  to  hand  the  things  we  need  to  make  our  time  in  these  spaces  comfortable  and  productive.

It  will  also  be  important  that  these  spaces  reflect  who  we  are,  and  who  we  are  becoming.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for October for you: one from Colette Baron-Reid’s Enchanted Map and one from Steven Farmer’s Earth Magic Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in a conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channeled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

“When you want to hurry something, that means you no longer care about it and want to get on to other things. I just want to get at it slowly, but carefully and thoroughly, with the same attitude I remember was present just before I found that sheared pin. It was that attitude that found it, nothing else.”

~  Robert M. Pirsig

It’s  a  time  for  inviting  people  into  our  heart-spaces,  and  for  deepening  our  soulful  relationship  and  connections.  This  could  be  candlelit  dinners  with  a  romantic  partner  where  you  talk  about  your  hopes  and  dreams,  it  could  be  time  spent  planning  an  important  trip  or  a  life  goal,  or  even  a  backyard  picnic  with  friends  reminiscing  about  the  good  old  days  and  reaffirming  your  connections  and  shared  experiences  over  time.

Use  a  little  time  this  month  for  reflection.  Think  about  what  makes  you  happy  and  what  fills  you  up.  Find  ways  to  get  more  of  that  into  your  life.

The second card I’ve chosen is Gaia.

“Nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort.”
~Deborah Day

No  matter  what  we  do  this  month  it  needs  to  be  in  alignment  with  our  soul  energy  and  truth.  Too  tired  for  connection?  Then  say  no  and  have  an  early  night  all  to  yourself.  Work  doesn’t  feel  right?  Tune  in  and  see  if  it’s  still  for  your  highest  good  or  if  it’s  time  for  a  change.  In  every  instance,  no  matter  what  you  are  doing,  take  a  moment  and  breathe  deeply  to  centre  yourself,  close  your  eyes  and  then  tune  in  to  your  body  –  your  energy  levels,  your  emotions  and  your  intuition.  Let  that  be  your  guide  this  month  and  always  as  we  move  forward  in  this  new  era.  It’s  time  to  be  more  aligned  with  yourself,  your  values  and  your  needs.

Best crystals this month?

Bronzite and Angelite

Bronzite promotes inner harmony, reduces worry and allows you to feel grounded, calm and safe.

Angelite nurtures your soul, gifting you expansive connection and deep emotional
nourishment. A stone for revelations and insights about what is good for you.

Essential oils to support your journey?

Young Living’s Joy essential oil blend, or Orange and Lavender essential oils are my picks for October.

Joy opens our hearts and tunes us in to our own inner wisdom and is uplifting, comforting and empowering. Dab a drop of Joy on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, over heart, on wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Orange essential oil helps us to see the possibilities for ourselves and our life and is reaffirming, uplifting and happy-making! It’s also one of the best anti-depression, anti-anxiety and anti-burnout oils I know! Use Orange in your diffuser or add a few drops to your bath. To bring a sense of tranquillity, optimism and safety to your home or workplace add equal drops of Orange and Lavender essential oils to your diffuser or your bath.

You can find the oils here.

Final Day of Retreat – and an offer for you!

“The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.”
John Muir

Good morning, Lovelies (or good evening if it’s that time of day in your part of the world),

It’s our final day of retreat and, as usual, I have been up before dawn – meditating for our group, for you, and for the world. The sun is coming up now, and there are whales breaching out in the bay outside my window. It’s going to be a magical day.

Here’s the centre of the grid in the centre of the hall where we work. I’m sharing the image because I’ve programmed crystals for you, during this time of the eclipse and Lion’s Gate, to help you find clarity and direction in the days ahead and to connect more deeply to your intuition and wise self. You’re always included in my work. Please know how loved and valued you are to me.

In these new post-2012 energies everything has become easier and I am thrilled with how far my students have come in such a short time. They have gobbled up not just the course content as I have shared shamanic secrets for their meditations, soul connection, energy work and finding their own life direction through channelling and sacred geometry – we’ve also covered some incredibly advanced bonus material I thought I might never share with a group. In this new energy souls are ready for this work, hungry for this work, and as their teacher I am grateful to advance them in every way possible.

How have my students reacted to this course so far? Many have told me that doing the work ‘feels like coming home’, ‘like they have found the thing that was missing in their life’ and, gratifyingly, that ‘they have found their soul tribe’ with the other people here on the course and in my wider community.

Post-retreat, after a short rest, we’ll be continuing our work for another two months of online instruction and webinars to cement the learning experiences we’re shared here at retreat. We’ll take this new learning deeper and truly anchor these as life-changing habits.

This current course filled in seven hours. The demand was so high that we have scheduled a repeat of this same course and retreat for February. If you’d like to be included in our mailing list and be notified about this event BEFORE we release details to the public please contact us here so we can add your name to our course mailing list. It is likely that this next course will also fill in record time, so if you’d like to join us being on this list will help you get to the front of the queue.

We’ll be sending you energy, love and light in our healing meditation today.

Biggest hugs and love, Nicole ❤ xx

A Week For Divine Guidance and Inspiration – Monday Oracle 6 August 2018

“Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without knowing it.”
Holy Bible: King James Version

Hello, Lovelies!

August is here, bringing a delicious basket of delights. It’s a month for creativity in all forms and for getting back into the flow of life again. You’ll find a lift in your mood and a clear road ahead so get ready to make the most of the opportunities all around you.Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Guardian of Hearts brings us.

Guardian of Hearts is all about Angelic Guidance. There is so much love around us – all we ever need to do is tune in.This week call on your Guardian Angel, the Archangels and the Unnamed Angels to support you and to smooth the way in all you do. The energies of this week support moving you in healthier and more supportive directions with work, love, finances and life.

Don’t believe in Angels? Then know that the Guardian of Hearts heralds helpful people and situations in everyday life too!

It’s a card of reassurance for those of you who are going through hard times that your prayers will be heard and answered.

For some people it’s a week of you finding your calling, or of receiving Divine Inspiration or the idea that will turn your situation around. If you are an artist or creative know that the Muse with  be with you this week!

It’s also a time of heightened intuition, strong inner wisdom and of fortuitous psychic conditions. I’m leading a group of students into our Accelerated Channelling and Sacred Geometry Retreat this Friday, well supported by this week’s energies. It’s a great time for you to connect too!

Supportive crystals this week?

Ruby Zoisite (pictured) is a stone of transformation, helping you to be empowered in your life. It elevates your confidence and authority, and improves fertility, imagination and innovation. Carnelian dispels doubt and negativity, strengthening self-esteem, confidence and creativity. Apophyllite connects you to the flow of Universal wisdom and dispels doubt and fear. It also amplifies your own intuitive ability. Celestite connects you to the Angelic realms for their guidance and protection and allows for easier connection during meditation.

Helpful essential oils?

Young Living’s Joy or Believe essential oil blends, or  a combination (or singly!) of any of Grapefruit, Basil, Geranium and Sandalwood. The Joy blend is fabulous if you are feeling anxious or uncertain, or a bit sad or stuck. It’s reassuring and uplifting; wonderful for gently shifting depression and self-doubt. I often wear it as a perfume. Believe oil is a super stress-buster that boosts feel-good energies, creativity and self-esteem. It smells so uplifting and pretty too. It’s my oil of choice in my diffuser this week.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own but they also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Frankincense elevates our mood and promotes spiritual connection and intuition, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed, Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Bergamot promotes joy, gratitude and optimism. To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

PS: Monday’s oracle card, ‘Guardian of Hearts’, is from the Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot. I use any cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book.

Sitting By The Fire, Sending Love Out To The World

“I was born for this moment in Earth’s history and if you believe you are a lightworker, so were you.”
Eileen Anglin

Last night I sat by the fire (it is winter here and the nights are cold) and I meditated. My mala beads clicked between my fingers and I sent love and prayers out into the world.

I sent some to you. I sent some to my family and to my students. I sent some to the wider world and to the planet.

This morning, early, I sat again by the fire. I settled into meditation. I meditated for myself. I meditated for you.

All my days are book-ended by my spiritual practice.

All my life is anchored by this soulful habit of connection and intention.

It shapes everything I am, and everything I do.

If you’ve been feeling alone, isolated or unloved know that it is not true – from this little corner of the world I am with you, I am holding you in love, I am intending for you to be the best that you can be, and my daily prayer for you is that you come to know yourself, to love yourself, and to be at peace in your heart and in your life.
I’m with you, and you are not alone.
Your friend, Nicole ❤ xx
