Energies of February 2019

“ Your greatest self has been waiting your whole life; don’t make it wait any longer. ”
~  Steve Maraboli

Hello, Lovelies

At the beginning of every month, I discuss the energies and gifts of the month ahead and how we can best use them to make our lives satisfying, meaningful and productive.

I also choose a card to support the energies of the month. The deck I am using this year is The Good Tarot by Colette Baron-Reid, and February’s card is Ace of Earth.

What you focus on multiplies in February.

February is a month for action as you move  into self-empowerment.  It’s a  busy month, with lots happening,  so make sure you get some quality downtime when you can.  You’ll find that there will be situations and behaviours you can no longer tolerate this  month, including  from  yourself.  Instead you’ll  look  to  new  behaviours, better  relationships  and healing  or  change  within  existing  situations.  If change  can’t be  negotiated  you’ll  be ready  to  let  go  and  move  on.  You’re  coming  more  and more  into  alignment  with your  inner  wisdom  and  core  values,  and it shows!

This is a  month for standing your ground  –  speaking your truth, standing up for what you believe in,  adding your voice to the voices of others so that you can create change in the world. It’s a big month for activism and social change, standing up for justice and fundamental rights  –  so speak out for yourself and on behalf of those who need your voice because theirs has been silenced or is too small to be heard.

In February you can create strong foundations for future wealth.  It’s a great month for all forms of investment, including investment in yourself, your ideas, your education, your health and wellbeing as well as improving your financial position. Call upon trusted experts. Get your will, insurances and finances in order, join a mentoring program or start/resume a course of study, get back to the gym, launch your business or product, and start a savings or loan repayment program.

This month you can step out of the shadows and into the light for everyone to  see you as you truly are. It’s a month for embracing your individuality and unique quirks and qualities.

The energies of February will top up your gratitude tank and help you appreciate the richness you already have, as well as anticipating the riches still to come.

Best crystals this month?

Blue Lace Agate and Sunstone

Blue Lace Agate (blue colour) supports your Throat Chakra, helping you to find your voice and speak your truth. It’s a great stone for all forms of communication, and it also brings a sense of calm.

Sunstone helps us to sit in a place of abundance thinking so that we see the blessings and possibilities in our life. In Sweden and Norway, in the old ways, it was often referred to as the Fire and Ice stone, as was considered to bring both passion and logic to a person. It is a form of Feldspar.

Essential oils to support your journey?

Combine Basil and Bergamot Essential Oils for an uplifting and focusing diffuser blend this month.

Basil is a fabulous oil for motivation and for overcoming exhaustion and overwhelm. It will help with moving you to a place of emotional and spiritual renewal, and aids focus and concentration.

Bergamot’s complex citrus and floral aroma is one of the favourite ingredients in my French Earl Grey tea! As an essential oil Bergamot boosts optimism and confidence, and is relaxing and calming while maintaining energy levels.

I’m passionate about essential oils and their capacity to support our wellness journey and our spiritual and emotional wellbeing. If you’d like to know more or want to source the oils I recommend and trust visit this site or contact me at channelnc@gmail.com

Want to make the most of your year in 2019?

I have limited hard copies of my beautiful YOM 2019 Planner left. And plenty of copies of the digital version. If you purchase one, or one of the Planner packs (that also have new year direction readings, meditation malas or crystals with them) I’ll gift you a month’s free access to my community and membership site (and a chance to win a year’s free membership!) so you can experience my work, and be well supported in the year ahead. Membership to my online group, courses and community – by subscription or a yearly fee – is also available

You can access the Membership, Planner and Planner Packs here in our store or read more about them here.

Guided Meditation Bundle

I’ve bundled together four powerful guided downloadable meditations and created a companion workbook to support you in your spiritual journey. There is over an hour’s worth of Guided Meditations and a 38-page workbook. Calling All Lightworkers! – Monday Oracle 13 August 2018

“When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you…

~  Leigh Harline and Ned Washington, Pinocchio (1940)

Hello, Lovelies!

August is here, bringing a delicious basket of delights. It’s a month for creativity in all forms and for getting back into the flow of life again. You’ll find a lift in your mood and a clear road ahead so get ready to make the most of the opportunities all around you.Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card  Wishing Upon A Star brings us.

Wishing Upon A Star is a sign that a special wish or dream may soon be fulfilled. It’s a sign of favourable conditions and good outcomes. Whatever it is you are hoping for, there is positive shift and progress ahead! Use this week to get clear about your life vision. If you need help with that try the activities in this post.

It’s a call to the Lightworkers of the world to add their prayers and positive vibration to the stream of light that is already uplifting and healing humanity and the earth. It’s about us needing to be the answer and the change that we are looking for. What can you do this week to radiate love, light and compassion into the world? How can you uplift and support others? How can you nurture and protect Mother Earth? Lightworkers, I’m calling on you this week to add your energy to mine, and to help wherever you can!

We are in a week of strong intuitive energy, so psychic connection, healing work and all forms of spiritual and personal development are well supported.

It’s also a week that is well aspected for pregnancy. Great news if this is what you are working towards, but if it isn’? Remember to take precautions!

Supportive crystals this week?

Ruby Zoisite (pictured) is a stone of transformation, helping you to be empowered in your life. It elevates your confidence and authority, and improves fertility, imagination and innovation. Carnelian dispels doubt and negativity, strengthening self-esteem, confidence and creativity. Labradorite encourages self-care, supports empathy and intuition, and is a gentle and reassuring stone for developing psychic ability. Sunstone helps you to sit in a place of abundance thinking so that you see the blessings and possibilities in life and to believe in your right to a better future.

Helpful essential oils?

Hands down it’s Grapefruit this week. This sweet, citrusy and uplifting oil freshens your auric field, clears your emotional body of lower vibrations and quells feelings of addiction, especially to sugar and carbs. It also enhances clarity and soul connection.

Apply it to your pulse points at wrist, neck and over heart like a perfume. Place a few drops in your bath water. Diffuse it. One of my favourite uses is as an uplifting and happy-making moment on a stressful day. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and then inhale the aroma. (Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using geranium or any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

Need an extra boost of encouragement? Try Young Living’s Believe essential oil blend. It’s fabulous in your diffuser while you work, or as a quick pick-me-up with a three-minute meditation. Believe is uplifting and promotes confidence, spiritual connection, clarity and belief in ourselves. It also helps us to let go of fear, doubt and old emotional pain and hurt.  I often use this oil when I am creating, writing or journalling, or working with cards for myself.

You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

PS: Monday’s oracle card, Wishing Upon A Star’, is from the Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot. I use any cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book.

The Energies of February – 2018

“Oh, it’s delightful to have ambitions. I’m so glad I have such a lot. And there never seems to be any end to them– that’s the best of it. Just as soon as you attain to one ambition you see another one glittering higher up still. It does make life so interesting.”
~  L.M. MontgomeryAnne of Green Gables

Hello, Lovelies :)

In February we begin to build on the strength and intuitive connection we found for ourselves at the beginning of the year. We begin to find a clear direction forward. February brings opportunities for planning, learning and growing in order to bring about positive change.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for February for you: one from Colette Baron-Reid’s The Enchanted Map and one from Steven Farmer’s Earth Magic Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in the conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channelled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.”
~ Bob Proctor

February is a month for inviting change, for making long-range plans and big decisions that will bring us closer into alignment with our authentic selves and soul needs.

Create some space this month for working with your Oracle cards and planner, for family or work meetings, and for allowing everyone’s voices to be heard.

This month invites you to find other people to guide you as you plan and instigate change. Maybe you can find a coach or a mentor, or a supportive group to join (emphasis on supportive – no whiny negative groups, because that’s self-defeating, you want a group that feels comfortable, supportive and empowering).

Maybe it’s you with support to offer others. If so, go launch that program or put that offering out into the world.

The second card I’ve chosen is CLOUDS. It’s primary message is the importance of dreaming a brighter future for ourselves, and for believing in our possibilities.

Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.”
~ Albert Einstein

February is a terrific month for all kinds of dreaming and imagining new possibilities for ourselves and our future.

It’s also a great time for learning from history – our own or from the world before our life this time around, and for anything to do with family, especially for connecting with the stories of your elders and ancestors.

If you are an elder in your own family think about how you can share stories and skills with the younger generation. Do you have a family favourite recipe to share, or an important story about a family member or heirloom?

As you connect into this wisdom and guidance you’ll continue to develop clarity and confidence in yourself, who you are, what you believe, and what matters to you.

Don’t forget Earth Wisdom this month. Let nature be a teacher and guide for you too.

Can you spend some time honouring your body with exercise and healthy natural food? Can you work on getting enough rest and downtime? And can you spend some time in nature?

Best crystals this month?

Banded Agate and Sunstone

Banded Agate creates a sense of safety, peace and belonging. It also helps to anchor change.

Sunstone helps us to sit in a place of abundance thinking so that we see the blessings and possibilities in our life.

Essential oils to support your journey?

Young Living’s Clarity and Envision blends are my choices for February. Clarity is a blend that includes peppermint, basil and rosemary. I love this oil for helping me to learn new things, and for focus, problem solving and being open to new ideas. It helps me bust through mental fatigue and stay fresh and engaged with my work. Envision is an oil blend I often use in my workshops and retreats to help my students connect to inner wisdom and intuition. It helps us to see a greater possibility for ourselves. Use Envision for spiritual connection, inspiration and breakthroughs. Dab a drop on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, over your heart, wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own but they’ll also make a great combination for diffusing. Grapefruit is uplifting, busts stress and helps us overcome self-doubt. Ylang Ylang restores confidence in ourselves and our decisions and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, Rosemary improves memory, promotes emotional balance and diffuses stress, and Cardamon helps link our left and right brain, bringing balance and calm.  To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Wishing you a love-filled, satisfying and wonder-full February.

Lots of love, Nicole❤ xoxo

Monday Oracle – 29 January 2018

“Inner guidance is heard like soft music in the night by those who have learned to listen.
– Vernon Howard

Hello, Lovelies!

January is almost at an end, and already we can feel the beginning of February’s energies kicking in. January eased us into the energies of 2018 with time for resting and recharging and dreaming about the kind of life we want, while February brings opportunities for planning, learning and growing in order to bring about positive change. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of awareness which the oracle card Seeker of Swords brings us.

If the Seeker of Swords has one message for you, it is this: I can learn, I can flourish, I can belong.  We’re out the other side of that tough week of facing up to our problems and issues from our past. Now our focus is on direction, possibility and opportunity/ Get ready for self-acceptance and self-discovery!

This week we are able to see a more positive future for ourselves, and we can finally embrace our talents and individual quirks as blessings in our life.

It’s a week for creative flow, fresh new ideas, and that satisfying feeling of trusting ourselves and our decisions.

It’s also a week for finding teachers, mentors, courses and support to help us heal, grow and thrive.

Seeker of Swords encourages us to become comfortable being completely ourselves, knowing that this is the best way for us to find lasting love and happiness, succeed in business, attract real friends and live a life that is rich and meaningful. This week we’ll also see where we are hiding our true nature, and we’ll be able to identify relationships and situations in our lives that don’t support our true selves. Goodbye to them! Lots of room for change this week as we step into a more relaxed and open way of being in the world.

Supportive crystals this week?

Ametrine is a great stone to help you commit time and action to your dreams. White Howlite helps you get back to a place of balance if you are struggling with depression, anxiety or overwhelmRed Jasper is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth and encourages a sense of safety. Sunstone (pictured) helps you to sit in a place of abundance thinking so that you see the blessings and possibilities in life. To use these stones simply pop them in your pocket, or wear them somewhere on your body. They are also good to hold in meditation or to place under your pillow before sleep.
