Let Your Curiosity Lead You – Monday Oracle 22 October 2018

“When you’re curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.
~  Walt Disney

Hello, Lovelies!

October brings our focus back to our home environment, our heart-space and our soul’s journey. We’ll feel a need to nest, to clean and beautify the spaces where we spend most of our time (this could be your body, home, work or even your car!) and to have to hand the things we need to make our time in these spaces comfortable and productive. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Child of Hearts brings us.

Child of Hearts reminds us that we live best when we come from a place of curiosity, and an attitude of positivity.

Where are you sitting in habitual negative thinking or negative self-talk? Thoughts are things and the words we choose and use has a manifest impact upon our daily lives. Make an effort to consciously shift your thoughts and internal dialogue this week so that you open yourself up to new possibilities.

Where is your heart calling you to go? Look for courses, music, shows, books and ideas that stand out for you and then follow where they lead. Be an explorer in your own life!

Child of Hearts also shows us the importance of creating a safe, welcoming and nurturing home environment. Use this week to clear out clutter, to do a quick clean and make-over, to bake up a storm or invite friends around for a simple shared meal and good conversation.

Supportive crystals this week?

Bronzite promotes inner harmony, reduces worry and allows you to feel grounded, calm and safe.  Angelite nurtures your soul, gifting you expansive connection and deep emotional nourishment. A stone for revelations and insights about what is good for you. Citrine (pictured) delivers inspiration and motivation and helps you open yourself to feelings of worthiness and possibility. Red Jasper brings you home to yourself and provides an anchor of safety and calm.

Monday Oracle – 8 January 2018

“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough. –  Meister Eckhart

Hello, Lovelies!

The cards I am using for guidance for 2018 are the enchanting Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot by Ishna Lerner, Mark Lerner and Christopher Guilfoil. I’ve used and loved these cards for over 25 years and they are just perfect for our year ahead. They may seem childlike and whimsical in their design but there is great depth and wisdom within them.

January is a month for easing ourselves into the energies of 2018, for resting and recharging, for planning and dreaming and for tuning in to what can support us in the year ahead.

Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of awareness which the oracle card Seven of  Crystals brings us.

This is a week for counting our blessings, for sitting in gratitude for what is already good in our lives, and for thinking about the experiences, energies, relationships and opportunities we wish to draw to ourselves in 2018.

No matter what your spiritual or religious inclinations, find some sacred time for yourself this week. That might be attending a church, lighting incense and offering prayers in a temple, meditation time, a walk in nature or any place that helps you to find that stillness within and without.

If you want, it’s also a great week for creating a simple altar or sacred space at home. Think of a small space on a tabletop or window ledge where you can place a few things that have deep meaning for you, and where you might also keep a crystal, candle or some fresh flowers. What you choose and create is up to you – it’s a little physical reminder of your own sacred soul path and inner journey, and your own personal spiritual beliefs.

It’s a week for stepping away from the news, gossip and any outside negative energies. Don’t worry. They will still all be there when we come back into the world, but for now, Seven of Crystals reminds us to keep our hearts and thoughts full of kindness, love, gratitude and positive thoughts for ourselves and others.

Supportive crystals this week?

Selenite boosts intuition and all forms of spiritual connection. It will help you to connect into your guides, angels and psychic ability. Fantastic for gently guiding you inwards.

Red Jasper is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth. Clear Quartz lifts your vibration and opens you to flow. It is a highly spiritual stone, encouraging self-reflection and helpful for hearing messages and receiving signs or direction that can assist you on your journey. A clear quartz cluster or double terminated stone will be extra supportive for you this week! Larimar is also a good choice. This pretty blue stone will help you to speak your needs, and acknowledge where you are stuck, out of flow or in need of healing and change. A super stone for calling in healing on all levels.

Helpful essential oils?

I’m loving Young Living’s Envision this week. It’s an oil blend I often use in my workshops and retreats to help my students connect to inner wisdom and intuition. It helps us to see a greater possibility for ourselves. Use Envision for spiritual connection, inspiration and breakthroughs. Dab a drop on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, over your heart, wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own for you this week, but they’ll also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Vetiver will calm and ground us, promoting emotional balance, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed, Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Bergamot brings joy, gratitude and optimism.  To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

The Energies of January – 2018

“And now we welcome the new year, full of things that have never been”
Rainer Maria Rilke

Hello, Lovelies :)

It’s January! It’s a time for easing ourselves into the energies of 2018, for resting and recharging, for planning and dreaming and for tuning in to what can support us in the year ahead.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for January for you: one from Colette Baron-Reid’s The Enchanted Map and one from Steven Farmer’s Earth Magic Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in the conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channelled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

“I believe in intuitions and inspirations…I sometimes FEEL that I am right. I do not KNOW that I am.”
Albert Einstein

January brings the gift of intuition and the call to spend time on soul work – that energy of creating clarity about where we are in our lives right now, and then thinking about where we want to be, and how far we have already come.

It’s a month to ask yourself the big questions:

Am I happy?

What’s working?

What’s missing?

Where to from here?

You don’t need to have the solutions yet, but the whole year will flow better if you can tune in and get clear about the position from which you are starting 2018. Don’t worry – this month supports strong psychic and spiritual connection, insights and new perspectives. What’s hidden will come to light so that you can finally stand in your current truth, whatever that might be. It’s also a month where we begin to realise just how strong and resilient we are, and how much we have already dealt with or overcome.

On a physical level January’s energies invite new healthy routines, positive changes in diet, detoxifying your body, embracing stretching and exercise, and finding new healing modalities and practitioners to support you better throughout 2018.

There is a sense of loving your body and accepting your current situation with grace, even as you may seek  to improve it

The second card I’ve chosen is MOUNTAIN. It’s a card whose primary message is to remind us of our inner strength and resilience, and of the importance of caring for and grounding ourselves.

“You are one thing only. You are a Divine Being. An all-powerful Creator. You are a Deity in jeans and a t-shirt, and within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages and the sacred creative force of All that is, will be and ever was.”
Anthon St. Maarten

Mountain encourages us to take the long view of life, to plan and then to take small steps towards our goals. Our crazy busy lives need to slow down. We’ll do best by simplifying everything, and by getting some quiet time to think, dream and integrate change.

All actions and decisions that give you a sense of strengthening your commitment to a goal, that strengthen your physical, emotional or financial position – all of these are well supported in January.

Don’t rush this month. Take your time. Make everything a devotional act. Slow it down and your whole life becomes a moving meditation!

Best crystals this month?

Selenite and Red Jasper

Selenite boosts intuition and all forms of spiritual connection. It will help you to connect into your guides, angels and psychic ability.

Red Jasper is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth.

Essential oils to support your journey?

I’m loving Young Living’s Clarity and Believe blends for January. Use Clarity for focus, inspiration and breakthroughs. Dab a drop on your Crown Chakra and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser. Use Believe when you are doubting yourself and want to find your confidence and self-belief. It’s great to inhale directly, diffuse or add a drop to Heart Chakra and inner wrists. A few drops added to your bath make for magical self-care.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own for you this month, but they also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Frankincense elevates our mood and promotes spiritual connection and intuition, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed,  Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Bergamot for joy, gratitude and optimism. To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Monday Oracle – October 2, 2017

Perhaps home is not a place but simply an irrevocable condition.
~ James Baldwin, Giovanni’s Room

Hello, Lovelies!

If you read my forecast for October, you’ll know that it’s a month of energies of love, friendship, community and togetherness. It’s also a month for getting creative and for self-acceptance.

Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts which the oracle card Completion brings us.

So, what awareness does Completion bring us this week?

This week we change gears energetically. After the turning-inwards energies and focus on self that was September, October opens us back up again. But on our way from closed to open is a time of shift  and this week is the swing week where we shift old energy and stuck emotions, emerging ready to embrace our creativity and ourselves.

Be prepared for a little slump early on – in fact you might be in it right now – but don’t panic. The rest of the week brings clarity.

Completion‘s energies this week remind us that it’s time to let go of old ideas, old relationships and old pain. It’s a week for endings and for putting things behind us.

Celebrate your endings. Don’t mourn them. Everything has its time, and from endings come new beginnings. Love endures.

This week focus on simplifying your plans and your processes. Let go of anything unnecessary to your vision or project.

Give yourself time and extra self-care as you move through these energies of shift and release.

Supportive crystals this week?

Red Jasper is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth. If I could choose only one stone this week it would be Red Jasper! Smoky Quartz gifts inner strength and the ability to listen deeply. Orange Calcite connects you in to inspiration and is a wonderful beginner stone for tuning in to the spiritual realms. Expect accelerated connection with your Guides! Rose Quartz is a stone of love and nurture – the crystal world equivalent of a great big reassuring hug, a soothing cup of tea and a best friend to hold your hand through life’s decisions and challenges.

Time to Let Go and Move On – Monday Oracle 22 May 2017

“The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.”
~ Steve Maraboli

Hello, Lovelies!

Here’s the oracle card I have chosen this Monday, and my take on the energetic outlook for the week ahead. I use any oracle or tarot cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book. ‘Release’ is from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Deck by Tori Hartman.

If you read my forecast for May, you’ll remember that May brings beautiful heart-nurturing energies, helping you to move towards love, forgiveness, inner peace and emotional freedom.

So, what gifts does Release bring for you this week?

We are often weighed down in life by emotional burdens, especially in relation to our past. These burdens take the form of  anger, fear, loss, shame, guilt, rejection, hate, resentment, judgement, abandonment, failure, injustice, poor decisions, mistakes, sorrow, pain.

This week we are encouraged to let go of the past. To forgive. To walk away. To close doors. To move on.

Why do we need to do this? Not for others. For ourselves. We can end up living in our heads, living in the past, wasting all of our precious life force on what was or what could have been. What we could have said or done differently.

But we can’t change the past. Our power lies in this moment. And when we can forgive and let go of the past so many things can change for us. So many things can open up or come into our lives.

Walking away from old patterns and behaviours that hurt us, diminish us or derail us. Yep, Release speaks to the support available for you this week to address these things.

Release is also about turn-arounds. Draining and negative situations will come to a close. Solutions will be found. New perspectives and knowledge will become available. Help will show up. If you’ve been looking for a sign, perhaps this is it!

It’s a week for us to embrace hope, love, forgiveness and compassion. A week for us to remember that we are not alone, that answers can be found, that we can move forward, and that we are truly loved.

Supportive crystals this week?

Rhodonite is great for supporting us to follow our hearts. Snowflake Obsidian will help to remove old negative self-talk and replace it with optimism. Amazonite gifts us courage to speak the truth and to act from truth.  Red Jasper will keep you grounded and emotionally supported if you need to move through trauma or anxiety in order to make changes.

Helpful essential oils?

Young Living’s Release essential oil blend, or a combination (or singly!) of any of Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Frankincense and Lavender. Release essential oil blend smells grounding and uplifting. We use it as a working tool on our retreats to help facilitate emotional clearing and spiritual shifts. Just rub a drop together in the palms of your hands and then breathe in and wipe through your aura.  A few drops in the bath are wonderful too. You may want to dilute with a drop or two of a base oil such a sweet almond or coconut before applying directly to the skin. Rub onto the back of your neck for instant effect. It’s my oil of choice in my diffuser this week. You can find all the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for a you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

Hello, Lovelies!

Here’s the oracle card I have chosen this Monday, and my take on the energetic outlook for the week ahead. I use any oracle or tarot cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book. ‘Destiny’ is from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Deck by Tori Hartman.

If you read my forecast for May, you’ll remember that May brings beautiful heart-nurturing energies, helping you to move towards love, forgiveness, inner peace and emotional freedom.

So, what gifts does Destiny bring for you this week?

Destiny reminds us, with love and wisdom, that this is our one beautiful life. These days will never be repeated. There is no second chance. No matter what other lives we may have, no matter what comes after this life ends, today is all we have, and we cannot rely on having a certain number of tomorrows.

What do you want to do with this one precious life? What do you want your days to look like? Your weeks? Your years?

I don’t mean what was expected of you by your family or your teachers or your culture. What you think you should do. What you think you have to do.  What you think it’s too late to change. And I don’t mean what you are doing now; what you trained for, what you fell into, what you’ve fought for or been handed . No.

I’m talking about what is in your heart. That secret dream, that desire, that urge, that longing, that curiosity, that idea which won’t let go.

Today is all we can be sure of. Destiny nudges our heart, and helps us to see what really matters, and if it matters to us then we must act to make it real for us.

So, my lovelies, what will you choose this week? What matters to you? What would you die regretting if you didn’t follow your heart on this?

Supportive crystals this week?

Rhodonite is great for supporting us to follow our hearts. Snowflake Obsidian will help to remove old negative self-talk and replace it with optimism. Citrine opens us to ideas creativity and being able to accept help and opportunities. Red Jasper will keep you grounded and emotionally supported if you need to move through trauma or anxiety in order to make changes.

Helpful essential oils?

Young Living’s Awaken essential oil blend, or a combination (or singly!) of any of Rosemary, Orange, Frankincense and Lavender. Awaken essential oil blend smells sweet and woody and can be worn as a perfume (place on wrists, over heart and on back of neck) or used in a diffuser. A few drops in the bath are heavenly too. It’s a great oil to get you out of your head and into your heartspace. It promotes spiritual connection and intuition and is deeply calming. I love this oil, and it’s my oil of choice in my diffuser this week. You can find all the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for a you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

The True Cost of Dreams – Monday Oracle 13 March 2017

“The cost of a thing is the amount of what I will call life which is required to be exchanged for it, immediately or in the long run.”
~ Henry David Thoreau

Hello, Lovelies.

The oracle card I have chosen to guide us this week is ‘Wisdom’ from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Deck by Tori Hartman.

If you read my forecast for March, you’ll remember that March is all about creating systems and structures which make your everyday life more supported and sustainable.

So, what gifts does Wisdom bring for you this week?

Wisdom reminds us that when we follow the calling of our heart magic happens. This week support comes from unexpected quarters, inspiration flows, and from the smallest of beginnings we can begin to create results beyond our wildest imaginings. It’s a strong week for intuitive wisdom and spiritual guidance. It’s the kind of week where miracles can happen.

It’s the kind of week where we get the job, get the lucky break, win the prize, meet the love of our life.

It’s a fabulous week for finding a coach, mentor or teacher. For joining a class or a mastermind. For signing up to learn more. Or for offering your own expertise in the world.

Wisdom is all about healthy boundaries, asking for help and practicing extreme self-care.

It’s about not apologising for your choices, or feeling that you need to explain or defend yourself.

Wisdom is also a reminder to build our lives and businesses in sustainable ways.

There’s no point reaching our goals or realising our dreams if we have destroyed our relationships, our health, our lives or our planet in the process.

Wisdom encourages us to recognise the price we pay when we don’t follow our heart. When we ignore our dreams life becomes colourless, our very life-force drains away, we waste our one precious life and become filled with regret.

The way forward this week is to take steps towards what makes our heart glad. Those steps might be small, but they are vital to our long-term happiness and wellbeing.

Our heart knows what it wants! True wisdom is paying attention to that, and creating action to make our dreams a reality.

Supportive crystals this week?

Red Jasper helps us to make decisions and stick to them this week. Tiger Eye is fabulous for clarity and creativity. Tourmaline in Quartz will build courage and help you to stand by your choices and decisions. Sodalite will help you to understand and speak your truth.

Helpful essential oils?

Young Living’s Believe or Common Sense essential oil blends are good choices this week. Believe works to boost our self-confidence and self-belief.  Common Sense oil is a super stress-buster that will help with allowing you to become clear about what you want, and to feel secure with your choices and decisions, especially around change. If you want to make your own combination or use a single oil, choose from grapefruit, basil, geranium and frankincense. Use one to two drops of each in your diffuser – they blend beautifully together.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for a you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

The Energies of March – 2016

“Everything must be made as simple as possible. But not simpler.”
~ Albert Einstein

Hello, Lovelies 🙂

Welcome to March! Let me share some observations about the energy of the month ahead, as well as a few suggestions for embracing all that March has to offer.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for March for you: one from the Osho Zen Tarot Deck, and one from Colette Baron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in the conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channelled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

OshoZenAirNorthControl

“Any system was a straightjacket if you insisted on adhering to it so totally and humorlessly.”
~ Erica Jong, Fear of Flying

March is a month about practicalities. Don’t fear the thought of organisation. Embrace it!

The energy of March is all about systems, structure, organisation and control. Why? March is where things get serious in regards to growth and sustainability.

What are the areas of your life that give you grief or hold you back? How can you bring order and flow to them again?

Or do you need to step away and start over?

We are encouraged to look at the areas where we are out of control in our lives. Not just to notice the mess and the out-of-control chaos, but to actually take steps to get things back into flow. Strip it back. Make it easier.

Sort out any compliance issues or legal matters. Become clear about what your own personal and professional values are, and then live by them.

March energy celebrates tidying up, clearing clutter, streamlining, and making things simple. In March we need to get things sorted out and keep it real. We are encouraged to put energy into creating systems and support for ourselves. What is working well? Do more of that! Allow for flexibility too. Don’t become a slave to your systems and plans.

Do more of what you enjoy, do more of what makes money, do more of what sustains health and relationships. But put it into a simple system or routine. There is no point in reinventing the wheel every month.

And delegate or find help. It’s crazy to be doing everything ourselves.

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”
~ Rumi

The second card I’ve chosen reminds you that the reason you are creating systems and structure and plans is not to bind you to misery, but to free you up so that there is time for pleasure and leisure. So that there is time for what matters. So that you are no longer a prisoner to an endless stream of madness.

Happy Happy speaks of the need for emotional fulfillment.

We need to plan fun, and to make space for rest and play and adventure.

Planning isn’t always about work. Plans and systems need to be able to support our wider life, and to create opportunities for us to do what reflects our values and the things that give our life meaning.

Even when we work from our heart, structure and systems play a part in helping us to have success.

The key to your success is finding balance and giving priority to the actions and decisions that will make the biggest difference in your daily life.

Celebrate your milestones, no matter how small. Allow yourself to believe that change is not only possible, but is happening – right before your eyes!

Sending all my love to you, Nicole ♥ xx
