A Week of Empowerment! Monday Oracle – 25 March 2019

“ We are more powerful than we have been lead to believe.
Walk tall in your power and never give it to an outside source.
True authority comes from within.” ~ Renee Cefalu

Hello, Lovelies!

March is a month of creativity and inspiration that will propel us forward in new directions and where we can make major progress towards existing goals. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the card Self Masterybrings us.

This week amplifies the energies we encountered in the week just gone. These were the themes of Self-Love and taking Ultimate Responsibility for our life. Want a refresher? Pop back and read that post here.)

Self Mastery shows us that if something is important to us – if there is a result we seek or a problem we need to fix or a goal we want to achieve or a gift we want to share with the world – then we have to go deeper into that thing. We need to learn all there is to know about it. We need to fall in love with it. We need to make the thing so important in our daily lives that being half-hearted about or ignoring it or procrastinating or complaining endlessly about it can no longer happen.

Self Mastery encourages us to face our pain and take action. It encourages us to try or to try again. It is normal to fail often or to take two steps forward and one step back as we learn and grow.

Every time we fail we can ask ourselves ‘What did I learn?’ and ‘How can I do this better next time?’

Self Mastery also shows us that it is up to us to choose what we put our energy and effort into, and it is up to us to choose our thoughts, beliefs and actions. We are the ultimate authority in our own life, and choosing to live a purposeful life where we take responsibility for ourselves is the definition of true empowerment.

That’s actually good news!

Supportive crystals this week?

Black and White Cats Eye enhances intuition and helps you to overcome fear of change. It opens you up to your inner knowing and helps you to see your best way forward. Fire Agate gifts you courage to follow your spiritual path, and inspires you to grow beyond your current limits. It’s a stone to kindle your creative flame.Amethyst (pictured) helps you tune in to spiritual guidance and also helps you to think deeply about your dreams and challenges in ways that allow solutions to be found. Tiger Eye will help you focus, make big decisions and act with integrity and courage.

Helpful essential oils?

Geranium, Orange, Sandalwood and Lavender work beautifully on their own or in combination this week to help you move through doubt and back to a place of confidence and positivity. As a blend for your diffuser add two drops of each oil. A drop of each oil in the bath is heavenly too. It’s a great blend to get you out of your head and into your heartspace. It promotes spiritual connection and intuition and is deeply calming. I love this oil combination, and it’s my oil of choice in my diffuser this week.

I’m passionate about essential oils and their capacity to support our wellness journey and our spiritual and emotional wellbeing. If you’d like to know more or want to source the oils I recommend and trust visit this site or contact me at channelnc@gmail.com

Wishing you a week of clarity, insight and purpose. I have so much faith in you to be able to become empowered and intuitively connected this week.

Lots of love, Nicole ❤ xx

A Week Of Highs, Lows & Breakthroughs – Monday Oracle 18 June 2018

“Balance. It was all about balance. That had been one of the first things that she had learned: the centre of the seesaw has neither up nor down, but upness and downness flow through it while it remains unmoved. You had to be the centre of the seesaw so the pain flowed through you, not into you. It was very hard. But she could do it!
~  Terry Pratchett

Hello, Lovelies!

June is a quieter month energetically – one that invites us to spend time with loved ones, time on ourselves and our wellbeing, and time resting, recharging and doing what we love. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Two of Crystals brings us this week.

At the beginning of this week expect some fluctuations in your mood and energy. One moment you’ll be flying high and the next you’ll feel like you need to withdraw from the world. Or you’ll be full of energy and then exhausted. Totally in love with your idea and then decide it sucks. Just flow with it, don’t fight it, and know that by later this week things will begin to settle down again.

The end of this week will see you potentially catapulted into a new phase in your life, and the key to success for you and any ventures you undertake will be co-operation.

One of the most beneficial energies that the Two of Crystals brings is the kind of helpful people and advice that propel you to achieve success in your chosen field or in solving your current dilemma. Be open to help and advice, and be prepared to consider things that might be new ideas or different to what you had planned. Get your team together. Trust that so much more can be done through co-operation and community.

The other thing Two of Crystals supports this week is anything to do with reclaiming health, fitness and overall wellness in your life. Make sure you’re getting balance between busy and quiet, between work and play, between moving your body and sitting in front of a computer or behind a desk.

It’s a week that can end in great progress forward, but remember to look after yourself, to ask for help, and to maintain balance and sustainability.

Supportive crystals this week?

Smoky Quartz opens you to new possibilities and ideas and amplifies your inner voice. Labradorite encourages self-care, supports empathy and intuition, and is a gentle and reassuring stone for developing psychic ability. Bloodstone will gift you energy, vitality and an understanding of how hard to push yourself and when to take a break.  Red Jasper (pictured) is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth and encourages a sense of safety.

Helpful essential oils?

I’m loving Sacred Frankincense or Sandalwood for balance and nurture this week. Sacred Frankincense has a rich, earthy aroma and is calming and supportive – opening you to deeper trust and spiritual connection.  Sandalwood with its distinctive woodsy sweet fragrance is the perfect oil to bring you back to a state of clarity, calm and positivity.

Apply either oil to your pulse points at wrist, neck and over heart like a perfume. Place a few drops in your bath water. Diffuse it in your home or office. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and then inhale the aroma. (Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

You can find the oils here.

June Workshops and Pop Up Shop:
If you’re looking for some extra support for your spiritual journey come check out my upcoming Pop Up Shop, Channelling Night and One Day Workshops in Brisbane 29 June to July. On Saturday June 30 I’ll be teaching Foundation Spiritual Practices (the things I used to develop my own psychic and intuitive skills, self-awareness and compassion), and on Sunday July 1 I’ll teach Meditation and Mala Making (this second workshop is brilliant if you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, stuck or suffering from anxiety or depression). No matter what level you’re at I’ll have something for you on my program. More details here!

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx
