Pattern-breaking, Pleasure and Balance – Monday Oracle 24 September 2018

“There are patterns which emerge in one’s life, circling and returning anew, an endless variation of a theme.
~ Jacqueline Carey

Hello, Lovelies!

September is a month for adventuring and travel. It’s a month for exploring new lands, or undiscovered parts of ourselves. Routine and the usual choices will hold no interest for us. We will long for life to surprise us, and we’ll feel compelled to try new things. We will be less held back with worry about what other people think of us. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Alice in Wonderland brings us.

Alice in Wonderland asks us to look at the patterns in our lives. When we do the same thing over and over in the same way we cannot expect to get a different result. This week we are encouraged to break patterns where our thoughts, actions and behaviours no longer serve us. We are also encouraged to create new patterns that are healthy and supportive. Remember that you can always seek help for this if you know you need to change but you don’t know how to do that on your own.

What can you do to create more balance and sustainability in your work, your health, your home life and relationships this week?

This week it’s easier for us to view our lives from a higher perspective – to be less judgemental of ourselves and others and more able to see potential solutions and opportunities for breakthroughs.

Alice in Wonderland also brings gifts of mindful pleasure, of owning what makes us happy and taking responsibility for the outcomes of our lives.

What can you do to support yourself well this week, to nourish your soul and to give you emotional satisfaction?

Supportive crystals this week?

Pyrite promotes confidence, good decision-making, courage and the ability to embrace your potential. Tree Agate heightens your intuition, connecting you to synchronicity, soul wisdom, guides and universal energy. It will help you to work out your priorities and where to best spend your precious energy. Moonstone (pictured) will help you to feel deserving of pleasure and happiness in your life and to know what will nourish you emotionally. Snowflake Obsidian is a wonderful stone for any form of pattern-breaking.

Helpful essential oils?

Last week’s oils will work beautifully for you this week too!  You need essential oils that can help you bring your mind to a place of clarity, balance, calm and productivity. I’ve added in an extra one this week – Lemongrass for being open to change and for pattern-breaking. The following oils can be diffused or inhaled on their own but also blend beautifully together:

  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Lavender
  • Peppermint
  • Cypress
  • Eucalyptus
  • Lemongrass

Need an extra boost of encouragement? Try Young Living’s Believe essential oil blend. It’s fabulous in your diffuser while you work, or as a quick pick-me-up. Believe is uplifting and promotes confidence, spiritual connection, clarity and belief in ourselves. It also helps us to let go of fear, doubt and old emotional pain and hurt.  I often use this oil when I am creating, writing or journalling, or working with cards for myself.

You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

PS: Monday’s oracle card, ‘Alice in Wonderland’, is from the Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot. I use any cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book.

A Week Of Highs, Lows & Breakthroughs – Monday Oracle 18 June 2018

“Balance. It was all about balance. That had been one of the first things that she had learned: the centre of the seesaw has neither up nor down, but upness and downness flow through it while it remains unmoved. You had to be the centre of the seesaw so the pain flowed through you, not into you. It was very hard. But she could do it!
~  Terry Pratchett

Hello, Lovelies!

June is a quieter month energetically – one that invites us to spend time with loved ones, time on ourselves and our wellbeing, and time resting, recharging and doing what we love. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Two of Crystals brings us this week.

At the beginning of this week expect some fluctuations in your mood and energy. One moment you’ll be flying high and the next you’ll feel like you need to withdraw from the world. Or you’ll be full of energy and then exhausted. Totally in love with your idea and then decide it sucks. Just flow with it, don’t fight it, and know that by later this week things will begin to settle down again.

The end of this week will see you potentially catapulted into a new phase in your life, and the key to success for you and any ventures you undertake will be co-operation.

One of the most beneficial energies that the Two of Crystals brings is the kind of helpful people and advice that propel you to achieve success in your chosen field or in solving your current dilemma. Be open to help and advice, and be prepared to consider things that might be new ideas or different to what you had planned. Get your team together. Trust that so much more can be done through co-operation and community.

The other thing Two of Crystals supports this week is anything to do with reclaiming health, fitness and overall wellness in your life. Make sure you’re getting balance between busy and quiet, between work and play, between moving your body and sitting in front of a computer or behind a desk.

It’s a week that can end in great progress forward, but remember to look after yourself, to ask for help, and to maintain balance and sustainability.

Supportive crystals this week?

Smoky Quartz opens you to new possibilities and ideas and amplifies your inner voice. Labradorite encourages self-care, supports empathy and intuition, and is a gentle and reassuring stone for developing psychic ability. Bloodstone will gift you energy, vitality and an understanding of how hard to push yourself and when to take a break.  Red Jasper (pictured) is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth and encourages a sense of safety.

Helpful essential oils?

I’m loving Sacred Frankincense or Sandalwood for balance and nurture this week. Sacred Frankincense has a rich, earthy aroma and is calming and supportive – opening you to deeper trust and spiritual connection.  Sandalwood with its distinctive woodsy sweet fragrance is the perfect oil to bring you back to a state of clarity, calm and positivity.

Apply either oil to your pulse points at wrist, neck and over heart like a perfume. Place a few drops in your bath water. Diffuse it in your home or office. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and then inhale the aroma. (Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

You can find the oils here.

June Workshops and Pop Up Shop:
If you’re looking for some extra support for your spiritual journey come check out my upcoming Pop Up Shop, Channelling Night and One Day Workshops in Brisbane 29 June to July. On Saturday June 30 I’ll be teaching Foundation Spiritual Practices (the things I used to develop my own psychic and intuitive skills, self-awareness and compassion), and on Sunday July 1 I’ll teach Meditation and Mala Making (this second workshop is brilliant if you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, stuck or suffering from anxiety or depression). No matter what level you’re at I’ll have something for you on my program. More details here!

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,
