August energies are all about relationships and wellbeing. It’s a month to focus on health goals, creativity, the people and activities we care about most, and creating healthy practices in our lives

The Gifts Of The Week Ahead
Think about the future you.
You know, the you that you’d like to become. Maybe you’re fit and healthy. Maybe your marriage is loving and close again. Maybe you’re living in a fabulous apartment with the world at your feet, or a cottage in the country. Maybe your books are published or you finally created that art studio in the garage or the back shed. Maybe your house is finally tidy and you spend your time doing things that matter to you. Maybe you’re debt free. You could be travelling, or you might have launched that business you always talked about.
LIFE PURPOSE reminds us that we create our future self by default or design.
Default is what happens when we have no plans, no roadmap, no direction. That’s not a space of trust – it’s a space of stuck on automatic pilot.
Design is where you actively choose a direction, or work in co-creation with the Universe to manifest something for the Highest Good of All.
If you’re currently in default mode, a good predictor of your future results is looking at where you are right now and then multiplying that out. Do you like where that is taking you? If not, it’s time to design!
What’s a goal that excites you?
What’s one that is worthy of your time and effort? One that will motivate you to keep on taking small steps towards it, along with the occasional giant leap of faith?
Don’t let where you are right now limit you. Don’t choose something because you think you should.
Tune in to your heart, and your Higher Self, and ask, ‘What does my Future Self need me to do today?’
Listen to that. And then ACT.

Use Neroli to help you move back to a place of contentment, confidence and happiness. It’s great to inhale directly, diffuse or add a drop to Heart Chakra, throat and inner wrists like perfume. A few drops added to your bath make for magical self-care. Don’t have Neroli? Try Wild Orange or Bergamot instead.
Freaking out or find yourself absolutely stuck in inertia? Rub a drop or two of Sandalwood over your heart and on the back of your neck to help reconnect Solar Plexus, Heart, and Crown Chakra, bringing you gently into alignment with your personal truth.
Colour and Cuppa Session Reminder
A reminder for you – our next free gathering online is this Thursday at 2pm Brisbane time. You’re invited to join us, and so are your children. It’s a way for us to connect, heart-to-heart, as intuitive and sensitive souls. It’s a way for me to tune you in to the energies of the weeks ahead, and to give you some tips and teachings for dealing with that, and for building both your metaphysical and self-care skills.
Our theme this week is ‘The Sun’. We’ll be talking about the sun as an energetic and symbolic force in our lives, as well as looking at sun cycles and solar flares.
The ‘Sun – Colour and Cuppa’ gathering will be at 2pm Brisbane time on Thursday 6 August (which may be August 5 where you live). We hold these sessions every fortnight. To support people in other time zones we are scheduling these live events at various times throughout the year so you can find one that works for you.
