Celebrate The Wins – Monday Oracle 13 April 2026

“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realise they were the big things.”
~ Robert Brault

Hello, Lovelies!

For this quarter, I’ll be working with This Might Hurt Tarot by Isabella Rotman – a bold, honest, and deeply compassionate deck that doesn’t shy away from truth, but holds it with warmth, humour, and a fierce belief in your ability to grow through whatever life is asking of you.

Our card to guide us for the week ahead is the Three of Cups – joyful, collaborative, and uplifting, inviting connection, shared celebration, and creative flow.

2026 is a profoundly intuitive and creative year, encouraging adaptability, flexibility, and new beginnings that are both practical and sustainable.

April Energies

April continues to invite you to stand firmly in your own energy — to trust your inner compass, to meet your own needs, and to shape your life from the inside out.

But alongside that deeper work of self-sovereignty, there is something else emerging now.

Connection.

This month reminds us that we are not meant to do everything alone. Support, collaboration, and shared experience are all part of the path forward. There is strength in standing on your own two feet — but there is also joy in walking alongside others.

Opportunities may arrive through conversation, through community, or through unexpected moments of connection. Stay open to them.

🌿This Week’s Guidance

This week brings a lighter, more celebratory energy.

The Three of Cups is a card of friendship, creative flow, and shared joy. It reminds you that life is not just about building, striving, or holding everything together — it’s also about connection, laughter, and those moments where everything feels a little easier.

There is a strong sense of collaboration here.

This might look like:

  • working with others toward a shared goal
  • feeling supported by your community
  • reconnecting with people who lift you up
  • or even deepening your relationship with your own creativity and intuition

You don’t have to do everything on your own.

In fact, this week asks you not to.

There is also a sense of good news, opportunity, and breakthrough energy around this card. Things that have been slowly building may begin to show signs of life. Conversations may open doors. Small wins may begin to accumulate.

And that’s important.

Because this card carries a very simple, but often overlooked message:

Celebrate it.

Not just the big milestones.

The small ones too.

The finished task.
The good conversation.
The moment of clarity.
The day that felt a little easier than the last.

These are not insignificant.

They are the markers of a life that is moving forward.

And perhaps most importantly, this card is an invitation to enjoy your life.

Let your hair down a little.
Laugh.
Share a meal.
Take a break from being so serious about everything.

You are allowed to feel joy, even in the middle of everything else you are carrying. Maybe especially then!

📖Journaling Prompt

Where in my life am I being invited to connect, celebrate, or receive support — and am I allowing myself to?

🌟 Top Tip of the Week:

Celebrate one small win every day.

Say it out loud.
Write it down.
Share it with someone.

Joy grows when it’s acknowledged.

🌿A note from the Treehouse

This past week has had a surprising thread of goodness running through it.

Sunshine, for one.
Each morning I’ve been getting out into it — even if it’s only for five minutes — just standing there and letting it land on my face.

And the beach.
I’ve been heading down there for a walk when I can, early or late in the day, and continuing my physio exercises in the pool. I’m quietly very proud of that — I’ve managed to get into the water every single day for the past couple of months when I’ve been home; rain or shine, hot or cold. It’s helped enormously.

It’s also shifted something in how I’m approaching life right now.

Just do the next small thing.

And then the next.

And then the next.

The heart of this week — very much in the spirit of the Three of Cups — has been connection.

Home.
Ben.
Rufous.

Cuddles, laughter, little drives in the car together.

And my wider community too. I’ve received some beautiful messages, notes, and even flowers from people who have known how tough things have been lately. That kind of kindness lands deeply.

Around us, the Treehouse is alive as always.

Currawongs and kookaburras singing me awake each morning.
And each evening, our owl arrives, as if on cue, to close the day.

There is so much life here. So much quiet companionship.

There have been small wins too.

I’m continuing to work on my books — slowly mapping out my pirates and fairies series across flip charts, piece by piece. I’ve written two Substack articles this week. And I’ve been making my way through my long list of tasks… not quickly, but steadily.

(I will admit, I may have broken some larger tasks into smaller ones purely for the satisfaction of crossing more things off. No regrets. It’s glorious to get that pen out and cross stuff off!)

There has been lightness as well.

Ben and I have been watching Resident Alien in the evenings, and it has been such a gift to laugh at the end of the day. That kind of simple joy matters more than we sometimes realise.

And at night, after meditation, I’ve been reading through my manuscripts and letting myself sit inside my own stories again.

That feels like coming home too.

Energy-wise, it’s still been a tough week.

But I had a very helpful conversation with a new investigative doctor who was able to put the puzzle pieces together and explain clearly what’s been going on for me. There’s something incredibly validating about having your experience understood and confirmed — to know that what you’ve been feeling is real, and that there is a path forward.

That path won’t be easy. But having direction changes everything.

As for “letting my hair down”…

These days that looks like going to bed at 6pm without a second thought.
Dinner at 4, meditation done, tucked up early — and honestly, it feels wonderful.

Wild times in the Treehouse 😂

I’m still showing up for my writing every day — both fiction and non-fiction — and it continues to feel like soul nourishment.

And Substack… I’m loving it more each week. It feels like such a natural home for the way I write and the way I want to connect.

I did briefly consider returning to Facebook, but sanity prevailed.

I’m much happier in a space that allows for depth, honesty, and meaningful conversation. If you’d like to join me there, you’ll find me at  Still Here.

And while we’re talking about things I’ve been working on behind the scenes…

I’ve quietly adjusted all of my prices across Etsy and Amazon — everything has come down — to make my work more accessible right now.

If you’ve been thinking about picking up a planner, a resource, or something to support your journey, this might be a lovely time to do that.

No pressure at all — just a gentle nudge if it feels right for you.

Autumn has settled in beautifully here now.

The days are still warm and sunlit, but the nights are cooler, softer. Everything is lush and green, without the intensity of summer. There’s a gentleness to the season that I’m really appreciating.

And perhaps the most Three of Cups moment of all…

This weekend, before I begin a fairly strict new medical protocol, my doctor gave me permission to enjoy a few things.

So I did.

A decaf coffee.
A ham and cheese baguette.
A selection of small pastries to celebrate 350 subscribers on Substack.

And honestly?

It was all wonderful.

So this week, I hope you allow yourself that too.

The small wins.
The small joys.
The moments of connection.

They matter more than you think.

With love from the Treehouse,
Nicole xx 🌿

PS: I’ve been writing more personally over on Substack lately, and this week I shared a piece about returning to a long-held creative dream and learning to build something meaningful out of the fragments of real life. If that speaks to you, you can read it here – Building Something Out Of Fragments

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Haha. I loved Resident Alien too. Alan Tudyk is Brilliant as Harry. He was good in Firefly too.
I especially love the graphics at the beginning of each episode.
Isn’t it lovely that you and Ben finish your days with laughing together over shared interests.
Wishing you lots of love and laughter together over the coming months. Have you watched “The Orville” or “Avenue 5”? The latter can be a bit silly though.

    1. Yes to The Orville, and we loved that. Haven’t seen Avenue 5. And did you see they are trying to get an animation of Firefly up and running? Fingers crossed for that one!
