A Week For Adventures and New Directions – Monday Oracle 25 June 2018

“Don’t die without embracing the daring adventure your life was meant to be.” ~ Steve Pavlina

Hello, Lovelies!

June is a quieter month energetically – one that invites us to spend time with loved ones, time on ourselves and our wellbeing, and time resting, recharging and doing what we love. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Seeker of Wands brings us this week.

Do you know the story of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz? This is Dorothy with her little dog Toto, about to embark on a glorious adventure. She has her magical red shoes on – which is symbolic of her Base Chakra – so she is feeling, safe, secure, loved, and she is ready to go off exploring. Seeker of Wands lets us know that the week ahead is about opening ourselves to new possibilities, to exploring new aspects of ourselves, of new relationships, travel and adventure.

Mix it up a bit this week. Try taking an alternate route to your usual one when you are travelling, or travel at a different time. Eat at a new cafe. Listen to a new radio station. And where possible plan an adventure or two, even if that’s just a short wander during your lunch hour.

Just like Dorothy travelling with her trusty companion Toto, connect with friends and loved ones this week. A journey shared can be double the fun!

Expect to bump into helpful people and for synchronicities to bless your life in the days ahead.

Be adventurous in your choices. Try new colours, outfits and fragrances. Get your hair styled a new way. If you’re thinking about dating this is a great week for new romance too.

For some people Seeker of Wands is asking you to step up to your calling this week. Be bold and put yourself out there. There are lots of opportunities in the air for promotion, advancement and change – why not allow the Universe to help you move in a new direction, one that is better suited to you than where you are now.

Supportive crystals this week?

Smoky Quartz opens you to new possibilities and ideas and amplifies your inner voice. Labradorite encourages self-care, supports empathy and intuition, and is a gentle and reassuring stone for developing psychic ability. Sunstone helps you to sit in a place of abundance thinking so that you see the blessings and possibilities in life and to believe in your right to a better future. Unakite (pictured) opens your heart to love, and draws love, friendship and helpful people to you. It helps you to overcome feelings of isolation or loneliness.

Helpful essential oils?

Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Jasmine are my choices this week because of their ability to promote self-confidence, creativity and self-esteem. Use them on their own or in combination of equal parts of each oil.

Apply the oils to your pulse points at wrist, neck and over heart like a perfume. Place a few drops in your bath water. Diffuse them. One of my favourite uses for these oils is as a centering and inspiring pick-me-up. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and then inhale the aroma. (Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using these or any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

Need an extra boost of encouragement? Try Young Living’s Believe essential oil blend. It’s fabulous in your diffuser while you work, or as a quick pick-me-up with a three-minute meditation. Believe is uplifting and promotes confidence, spiritual connection, clarity and belief in yourself. It also helps you to let go of fear, doubt and old emotional pain and hurt.

You can find the oils here.

June Workshops and Pop Up Shop:
If you’re looking for some extra support for your spiritual journey come check out my upcoming Pop Up Shop, Channelling Night and One Day Workshops in Brisbane 29 June to July. No matter what level you’re at I’ll have something for you on my program. More details here!

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Monday Oracle – 8 January 2018

“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough. –  Meister Eckhart

Hello, Lovelies!

The cards I am using for guidance for 2018 are the enchanting Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot by Ishna Lerner, Mark Lerner and Christopher Guilfoil. I’ve used and loved these cards for over 25 years and they are just perfect for our year ahead. They may seem childlike and whimsical in their design but there is great depth and wisdom within them.

January is a month for easing ourselves into the energies of 2018, for resting and recharging, for planning and dreaming and for tuning in to what can support us in the year ahead.

Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of awareness which the oracle card Seven of  Crystals brings us.

This is a week for counting our blessings, for sitting in gratitude for what is already good in our lives, and for thinking about the experiences, energies, relationships and opportunities we wish to draw to ourselves in 2018.

No matter what your spiritual or religious inclinations, find some sacred time for yourself this week. That might be attending a church, lighting incense and offering prayers in a temple, meditation time, a walk in nature or any place that helps you to find that stillness within and without.

If you want, it’s also a great week for creating a simple altar or sacred space at home. Think of a small space on a tabletop or window ledge where you can place a few things that have deep meaning for you, and where you might also keep a crystal, candle or some fresh flowers. What you choose and create is up to you – it’s a little physical reminder of your own sacred soul path and inner journey, and your own personal spiritual beliefs.

It’s a week for stepping away from the news, gossip and any outside negative energies. Don’t worry. They will still all be there when we come back into the world, but for now, Seven of Crystals reminds us to keep our hearts and thoughts full of kindness, love, gratitude and positive thoughts for ourselves and others.

Supportive crystals this week?

Selenite boosts intuition and all forms of spiritual connection. It will help you to connect into your guides, angels and psychic ability. Fantastic for gently guiding you inwards.

Red Jasper is a stone for mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation. Deeply grounding, it helps you connect to your heart and your truth. Clear Quartz lifts your vibration and opens you to flow. It is a highly spiritual stone, encouraging self-reflection and helpful for hearing messages and receiving signs or direction that can assist you on your journey. A clear quartz cluster or double terminated stone will be extra supportive for you this week! Larimar is also a good choice. This pretty blue stone will help you to speak your needs, and acknowledge where you are stuck, out of flow or in need of healing and change. A super stone for calling in healing on all levels.

Helpful essential oils?

I’m loving Young Living’s Envision this week. It’s an oil blend I often use in my workshops and retreats to help my students connect to inner wisdom and intuition. It helps us to see a greater possibility for ourselves. Use Envision for spiritual connection, inspiration and breakthroughs. Dab a drop on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, over your heart, wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own for you this week, but they’ll also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Vetiver will calm and ground us, promoting emotional balance, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed, Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Bergamot brings joy, gratitude and optimism.  To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

The Energies of November – 2017

“…the whole ‘know thyself’ thing isn’t a journey to a fixed destination. Learning about myself changes me, forcing me to learn more. ‘Know thyself’ isn’t a goal; it’s a road.”
~  Garon Whited

Hello, Lovelies :)

Here we are at November. Energetically it’s a month for knowing ourselves deeply, for healing old hurts and for prioritising and redesigning our lives so that they better represent the person we are and the person we want to become.

That’s important work at any time, but it becomes all the more significant as we realise that the work we do in November is setting us up for the year ahead. The actions we take, the choices we make, and the healing, planning and dreaming we do clears the way for 2018, allowing us to consciously begin manifesting the kind of year we intend for ourselves.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for November for you: one from the Osho Zen Tarot Deck, and one from Colette Baron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in the conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channelled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

“Have no fear of perfection – you’ll never reach it.”
Salvador Dalí

November invites you to embrace your faults, and to see your individuality as a good thing. There is no point in trying to conform and losing yourself in the process. Your authority and integrity come from that place inside you where you can be vulnerable and honest – where we get the real you and not some slick marketing promise, or you trying desperately hard to be someone that you’re not.

What you love, who you love and what makes you happy is what’s important. Not what other people think. Not what other people may try to impose upon you. Embrace the yearnings of your heart this month. Stop fighting them and surrender instead. Make your life suit you and support you. Wear clothe that express your personal style, listen to the music you love, rearrange your home and your routines so that what matters to you is better represented.  You’ll be glad you did.

November is an excellent month for healing the hurts and low-self-worth issues that stem from the bullying or judgments of others directed at you as a child, or through your adult years until now. November teaches us where to stand strong, and where we will be better with some flexibility in our lives. We get to define or redefine our priorities. Much of this can happen on its own as you experience emotional shift, but if you know this is a major issue for you seek professional support and get the help you need to move on.

When you live authentically, magic happens. You become magnetic to the right lover, the best fit with friends, the opportunities that actually suit your talents and abilities. November encourages you to move from a limited or stuck version of yourself, or a small version of yourself, to one that is vibrant with your true colours, and full of kindness and possibility.

The second card I’ve chosen is Mending. It’s a time for co-operation, forgiveness, shared vision and tending our dreams.

“Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone’s hand is the beginning of a journey. At other times, it is allowing another to take yours.” Vera Nazarian

In November our self-worth and confidence grow, for no apparent reason except that enough time has been lost in the mistaken belief that we are somehow not enough.

We are supported to acknowledge and accept that there are people in our lives who once hurt us but who have changed, and we see where we may reconnect or mend relationships, letting the past drop away behind us. The blinds fall from our eyes and we also see the relationships and situations that are damaging to our well-being, no matter how positively these things may be viewed by people looking in on our lives. We come to see what is good for us, and what is poison. We’ll see where we need to act, ending or redeeming relationships. We’ll see where we need to forgive ourselves or ask for forgiveness.

In all areas of our life Mending encourages us to repair, improve, make-over and heal ourselves where our life is no longer pleasing or functional. We are shown that it is up to us to choose joy, and to craft a life for ourselves that has beauty and meaning.

It’s a fabulous month for planning, and for all forms of self-improvement. We’re invited to put energy into the things that are dear to us and to work together on projects and dreams.

Best crystals this month?

Green Aventurine and Iolite.

Green Aventurine helps us connect to joy, optimism and self-confidence.It fosters self-love and gratitude for ourselves

Image from http://www.gemstonebuzz.com

Iolite is a mystical stone that helps us to illuminate what’s hidden within ourselves. A stone for self-exploration and for helping us to find our way.

Essential oils to support your journey?

Young Living’s Acceptance and Joy essential oil blends would be my picks for November. Use Acceptance for emotional healing – diffusing anger and pain, ending procrastination and opening to new directions and opportunities. Joy opens our hearts and helps us to re-engage with the flow of life. It is uplifting, comforting and empowering. Dab a drop of either oil on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Want to make your own blend? Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own for you this month, but they’ll also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Vetiver will calm and ground us, promoting emotional balance, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed,  Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Bergamot for joy, gratitude and optimism.  To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Need some extra encouragement, support or inspiration for November or the year ahead?

I have lots of ideas and events that can help you!

  1. If you jump over to my Cauldrons and Cupcakes Facebook page at 9am Brisbane time today I’m doing a Facebook Live Event to tell you more about the month ahead. It’s totally free and I’d love to see you there. Can’t make it then? Don’t worry. You can catch the replay!
  2. I’ve created a free Guided Meditation to help you release the pain from childhood and from bullying events in your life until now. That will be in my blog post tomorrow – November 2. All you need to do is come visit my blog to access it, or if you subscribe to my blog (link on home page) it will get delivered straight to your inbox.
  3. #GeSHiDoMo 2017 – (Which stands for Get Sh*t Done Month 2017) This crazy November-long online program and community costs just $22 Australian dollars and it begins today! We ran this last year as a one-of thing but had so many requests to do it again that we’ve made it an annual event. I’ve created a simple system for planning and actioning your To-Do List in November. It’s a month of fun activities and support to help you get a serious amount of sh*t or a serious amount of self-care done. Lots of videos to help you, and Facebook Live sessions with me. There are some great prizes, and a really good bunch of people there. You’ll love it! You can read more about it and come join us from here.
  4. Soul Sanctuary Retreat – Working With Crystals – Do you need some time for recharging, reconnecting and being re-inspired? In late November I’ll be running my final residential retreat for 2017 in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia. It’s a special time of year for my team and I. We plan this retreat, no matter what the content focus might be, as a week of Soul Sanctuary – time for self-nurture, friendship, reflection, planning and the foundation of some truly life-changing habits. This year’s theme is ‘Working With Crystals’. I’ll be teaching you foundation skills for meditation and self-care, intuitive practices including card readings, a bunch of stuff on how to choose and use crystals, as well as lovely crafty stuff like making your own crystal tools, essences, jewellery and mandalas. We’ll also be using November’s energies to plan for 2018. 2018’s heart-centred energies support connection, collaboration, communication and community. It will be a year for expressing ourselves in the world, for starting and growing life-changing projects, for truly becoming more and offering more of our gifts, talents and wisdom. This Retreat will help you to understand the energies and opportunities of 2018, and get you started with a plan, a full spiritual tool-kit and a personal session with me, focusing on how to make the most of the year ahead. More info here. We still have a few places left, but please act quickly.
  5. And save the dates for the following goodness:
My Christmas Pop-Up Shop, Official 2018 Planner Launch, Channelling evening and workshops (Vision Board for 2018 and Intuitive Oracle/Tarot Card Reading Class) happen on 15 and 16 of December in Brisbane.
Our next Year of ME (ME stands for Manifesting Energies!) year-long membership group with online course, webinars with me, facebook live events and a superbly supportive and caring community launches in early December. More details soon.

I love this time of year. Come hang out with me and let’s share the adventure together.

Biggest love and hugs, Nicole ❤ xoxo

This is No Time for Perfection! – Monday Oracle 4 September 2017

“Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack in everything
That’s how the light gets in.”
~  Leonard Cohen

Hello, Lovelies!

If you read my forecast for September, you’ll know that it’s a month of possibility and expansive energy, of change and curiosity, and of starting small projects that may take a long time, but that we care about deeply. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts which the oracle card Perfection brings us this week.

So, what awareness does Perfection bring us this week?

  1. Start where you are, and offer what you have. Don’t wait for it to be perfect or you may never have anything to offer and that fruit (your good ideas or early work and enthusiasm) will wither and die on the vine.
  2. Plant seeds, even if they will take a long time to bear fruit. (It’s an analogy, loves. What I mean is this – start writing your book, begin that study course, craft the beginnings of the gigantic hand-made quilt, tidy the first drawer in the first cupboard of the first room in your house, submit your work or application for that competition, exhibition or new position. And yes, plant that garden that won’t fruit for ages!)
  3. Own the perfection of who you are, and speak and act from that space. This is simply about being yourself, and owning your skills, talents and preferences, rather than being ‘perfect’. Living for yourself and being true to that, rather than living to please or appease others.
  4. Let other people see your flaws and imperfections, especially in new relationships, especially with your tribe, community or clients. Keep it real. Real works. Real gifts you the possibility of a solid foundation on which to grow, rather than creating a house of cards where you dwell in fear that it might be blown down in the first slight breeze.

This week work on being happy with yourself, and on making the decisions and choices that fit the longer-term vision of how you would like you and your life to be. Let go of perfection that holds you stuck and worried. Just get on with it and do the best you can.

Supportive crystals this week?

Ocean Jasper is a healing stone that promotes deep rest and relaxation, and that attunes us to nature and our surroundings, helping us to feel at home wherever we are, including feeling at home in ourselves. Rose Quartz is a stone of love and nurture – the crystal world equivalent of a great big reassuring hug, a soothing cup of tea and a best friend to hold your hand through life’s challenges. Amazonite for being brave in putting yourself and your ideas out into the world.

Helpful essential oils?

Each of the following oils will work beautifully on their own for you this week, but they also make a delicious combination for diffusing. Frankincense elevates our mood and promotes spiritual connection and intuition, Lavender keeps us in flow and relaxed,  Ylang Ylang opens our hearts and is supportive when we feel anxious or overwhelmed, and Orange for joy, gratitude and optimism. To diffuse add 2 or three drops of each oil to your room or personal diffuser. You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for a you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx
