The worst part of being okay is that okay is far from happy.

Hello, Lovelies!
I have a small favour to ask of you today.
I’d like you to reach out to a friend, family member, neighbour or work colleague. Someone you haven’t heard from for a while, someone who went through some stuff a while back, someone who’s going through something now, someone you’ve been thinking fondly of lately but haven’t seen for years. Call them on the phone. Drop by their door. Send them an email or a text message and let them know they’re in your thoughts.
Just say hi. Ask them how they are. Listen. Care.
That’s it.
That’s all I’m asking.
If it leads to a meetup, a shared coffee or a meal, or some other lovely social moment that’s a bonus.
It’s been a bumpy ride for many this year, maybe for you too. In September’s gentle energies, reconnecting with the people around us helps us and them to feel included and emotionally nourished.
Let’s be that person for each other. Let’s be a friend, let’s be the one who cares enough to reach out.
Much love to you, Nicole xx
