The Importance Of Sharing Our Stories

“When we establish human connections within the context of shared experience we create community wherever we go.”

Gina Greenlee

Hey, Lovelies.

As I was running my free fortnightly online ‘colour and cuppa’ session yesterday, I witnessed something wonderful.

We were talking about connections. The unexpected kind of connection you may feel to a person or place or activity when you first meet. The kinds of connection where our inner wisdom kept us safe or took as forward to a new opportunity. Connections through dreams. We even talked about reincarnation.

What was wonderful was this – a group of people from around the world bravely shared their stories of connection. As each person spoke others would nod their heads, smile, cry, or write comments of support or telling of similar experiences.

Why was that wonderful? We were all in a safe place where we felt we belonged, and where we could share our stories with other people who understood, or at the very least didn’t judge us. It helped to normalise intuitive and psychic experiences.

Everyone needs that – somewhere to belong, and people who see us for who we truly are and are welcoming and accepting of that.

I hope you’ll find the time to join us too, sometime between now and the end of this year, because you’re always welcome at my table!

Love, hugs and togetherness, Nicole xx
