One Space Has Opened Up On My Shamanic Meditation Retreat. Is it yours?

“According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don’t bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous.” ~ Deepak Chopra

I believe in synchronicity, and in destiny unfolding in ways that are aligned with our Highest Good, especially when we are in times of spiritual and psychic awakening.

My August Temple of Light Shamanic Meditation Retreat has been booked out for months. And it’s the last one I am going to run at this venue and in this format.

Now a vacancy has suddenly opened due to a participant needing to cancel to be able to support a loved one through unexpected surgery.

I know that there is someone who needs to be on this course with us and that the sudden cancellation gives them that opportunity. Is that person you?

Temple of Light is one of my favourite Retreats. It’s a gentle but powerful week of meditation and private journeying where I guide you every step of the way in learning a shamanic meditation that will continue to grow you and grow with you long after this retreat finishes.

I know that this group is special, and I’m including some new teachings on this course that are very advanced. You’ll cope with them fine. It’s time.

So, if you’ve been waiting for a meditation retreat that can transform your life this is the one for you.

To find out more email my PA Trish Lyons directly at nicolecodyinfo@gmail.com and she’ll send you some more information and an Expression of Interest form.

But act fast. There’s only one spot!

Much love, Nicole xx

Everything Or Nothing – Both Are Good!

“One of the greatest regrets in life is being what others would want you to be, rather than being yourself.”
~ Shannon L. Alder

I have a delicious choice today.

I could go to the markets, hit the shops, check out a bookshop I haven’t explored yet, find an amazing cafe, catch a tram somewhere, take a stroll through town, do something cultural, meet up with friends. Everything. I could do everything!

Or…

I could do nothing.

Order room service and read the weekend newspapers in bed. Make the room dark and go back to sleep. Lie around all day and nap, sip tea and read a book or watch a movie in bed. Nothing. I could do nothing!

I’m not sure which one I’ll choose yet, or whether I might even do half a day of each.

Isn’t that fabulous? Well, I think it is! Having the power to choose and the freedom to do what I want is an incredible feeling.

I hope you find some time for yourself too this weekend,

Much love, Nicole xx
