They both listened silently to the water, which to them was not just water, but the voice of life, the voice of Being, the voice of perpetual Becoming.

Hey, Lovelies.
We have recently had a magical discovery, here at our treehouse.
A natural spring bubbles up out of the ground after rain.
We have had immense amounts of rain this past month, and our spring is running like the headwaters of some great river.
When I sit on our deck at night, or lie in bed in the quiet of early morning, I can hear it burbling and tinkling, and the music it makes soothes my soul.
Last night, Friday night, I came home from a day in the city, and a day travelling back to the area around our old farm, exhausted from all of that driving and busy-ness, and I made a drink, sat in the dark on the verandah, and listened to the spring running, until it calmed me enough to be ready for sleep.
As I sat there quietly the night cooled, the stars brightened, the owls and bats flew across the sky, close enough that I could hear the beat of their wings, and I was content.
How blessed I am to have found this place.
I hope you can find a little corner of peace this weekend too!
Love, and the sweet sound of cool fresh water dancing over stones, Nicole xx
