How To Manifest A Better Life

If you do not yet know where you fit, I suggest you try seeking it in receptive silence.  I used to walk amid the beauties of nature, just receptive and silent, and wonderful insights would come to me.

Peace Pilgrim

This week is wonderful for setting aside time for creating a long-range vision for your life. Not what you want to do this year or next, but where you want to end up, years from now.

When you take the time to think about your future, and to commit to paper your thoughts and ideas about the future you and the life you will be living, it begins to magnetise you to these experiences. It is one of the very first steps in co-creating with the Universe. Of course, belief and action will play a part in this too. But don’t underestimate the mystical, magical ways of the world around us. I’ve been surprised, delighted and supported more than I ever could have hoped by using these techniques. I know they’ll work for you too.

Make yourself a cup of tea, sit down with your journal and let yourself dream a little. Think about the following things:

When you have some answers gift yourself ten minutes to sit or lie with your eyes closed, seeing yourself at that place in your future timeline. Allow yourself to see and deeply feel yourself having and being these things, and doing these activities. Luxuriate in your vision. Create in great detail and colour. Know that everything starts first as a thought and then, empowered by feeling, it is birthed into the world.

Use today to begin to create a new reality for yourself – one you can grown into that will fill your heart with joy and comfort.

Love and hugs, Nicole xx
