Announcing Our New Membership Group!

“Home is a notion that only nations of the homeless fully appreciate and only the uprooted comprehend.”
Wallace Stegner

“Travel does not exist without home… If we never return to the place we started, we would just be wandering, lost. Home is a reflecting surface, a place to measure our growth and enrich us after being infused with the outside world.”
Josh Gates

When I was younger, and then when I was going through my own spiritual and psychic awakening in my early twenties, all I yearned for was someplace to belong. Somewhere where I could be myself, somewhere I could be in the company of others just like me, where I could speak about my feelings and experiences, my fears and insecurities, my dreams and hopes – and where, in that place, people would nod their heads in acceptance and understanding.

I yearned for a group like that my entire life but didn’t find one until I created that group for myself. That group is the YOM group, grown out of a loyal band of souls who had already been students or readers of my blog and who encouraged me along in the creation of my very first Planner.

It’s a place where I can be fully myself, with all of my mystical capacity and all of my human vulnerability. It’s a place where you can belong as well.

If you’re hungering for a safe and supportive place that will help you to grow spiritually, if you are intuitive or empathic or highly sensitive or psychic – or think you might be – this is the group for you.

Are you ready for a supportive and friendly community of like-minded souls? Are you ready for friendship and emotional connection? Are you ready to learn more about yourself, the energetic world, and how to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life?

If your answer is yes then come join the YOM group!

The next four years 2019 – 2022 are significant for our personal and spiritual evolution, as well as for the evolution of our planet. I thought long and hard about the best way to support your growth over that time and have decided that beefing up the content in my membership area was the best way to help you grow, adapt and step more fully into your authenticity and the life-path you chose for yourself pre-birth. You’ll see this membership group evolve into an Academy of Learning over the next twelve months so that my team and I (human and energetic) can serve you the best way I know how.

My membership space is a place where I can walk you through the year, explain all the aspects of the month ahead and the crystals we’ve chosen, where I do special webinars with my tribe to teach you new skills and share important information, and where I channel with my guides in live webinars, and answer your questions and provide general support. I often jump into our private Facebook group to pull cards and bring through messages for our members too. And did I mention what an incredible, loving and supportive space our YOM Community is? There is real friendship and belonging there. It’s a safe space, a heart space, and a place for great personal transformation. I totally heart it!

The format of YOM is constantly evolving. In 2019 you will have access to the foundation YOM online course as well as twelve free additional mini-courses and live events over the next year as well as our wonderful private Facebook group.

All our membership offerings launch tomorrow at 6am, Brisbane Australia time. There will be yearly or monthly subscription options. Our Planner, Mala, and a range of physical support materials and packs and online courses will also go live then too. And there’s time for them to get to you before Christmas as our Elvish helpers (Trish, Ben, Chelsi, Love, the dogs and me) get ready to stuff packages and race them to the post (complete with extra Christmas treats because we love you!).

I can’t wait to welcome you, and share all of this wonderful energy and support with you!

Doors open tomorrow, 6am. I’ll have links to everything on tomorrow’s blog.

Biggest hugs and love, Nicole  xoxo

A Very Special Meditation Mala – available now on pre-order

“Every act of love and kindness raises the vibration of the entire universe.” ~ Anonymous

Meditation is my anchor. I have practised meditation daily from the age of eleven. Since my twenties, it has been twice daily. It is the single most transformative thing I have ever incorporated into my life, and it’s a passion of mine.

Every time I run a mala-making workshop or a meditation workshop they sell out fast! I listened when you told me that you wanted to be able to learn to meditate even if you couldn’t come to my classes. So when I was working on the draft of my new YOM (Year of ME) Planner for 2019, I saw a way to help you. Each year I choose crystals to support the energy of every month of the year. For the past two years I have sold these stones in packs when I launched my Planner. But for 2019 I have done something different – I have incorporated each of the stones into a meditation mala. I have also added a lava stone and a clear quartz to the end of the mala. You can use the lava stone as a personal diffuser by adding a drop of your favourite essential oil. The clear quartz can be programmed to hold your intentions for the year ahead.

After I designed the mala, I searched high and low to find someone to make it for me. It was important that the people I worked with were ethical, that the staff were treated well and paid fairly, and that I could trust the integrity of the stones and of the work. I wanted the people making the malas to understand their use, and to respect them as a spiritual tool. Finally, I found a small company in India, and we have worked together tirelessly for months as I have modified my design, sourcing the best crystals from around the world and rudraksha from Nepal, creating the best possible product to support you. Rudraksha are seeds from a holy plant that is sacred to Hinduism and Buddhism.

Each mala has been lovingly made and hand-knotted – all to my design. A blessing is said for each bead as it is placed on the string. The finished malas are then blessed by a Hindu priest in a special ceremony. The blessed malas are on their way to me right now. Finally, the malas will sit in meditation with me at my farm, as I charge them up in a crystal grid and work to attune their energy. Then they will be ready to share with you.

The energies of this special mala are amazing. You can really feel the peace and love held within the mala, and when you wear it you get a sense of safety, calm and love. They are just beautiful. In fact, since I ‘ve been wearing mine people have been stopping me in the street to ask where I bought it from!

I’ve also had this year’s Planner printed at a lovely local family-owned business here in Australia. They are going to be exceptionally good quality, and I’m so proud of our new design and all the extra support features. If you buy a Planner pack (there are lots to choose from) on pre-order you will have access to a range of free bonus online mini-courses as a thank you for supporting this project. The Planner membership packages for 2019 also include twelve free additional mini-courses and live events over the next year as well as the year-long membership and course, and our wonderful private Facebook group.

This is my best offering yet, and I know you are going to absolutely love what we’ve created for you. Make sure to secure your Planner and Mala with a pre-order. They are both in limited supply, and I don’t want you to miss out!

Here’s a sneak peek at the YOM Planner for 2019. (Confession – I have stuck the cover for next year on my existing 2018 Planner for these photos as I only have the unbound proof copy so far!)

And here’s some footage of our glorious malas being made:

It doesn’t get much more authentic than this:

Guided Meditation and Advice for Sensitive Souls and Emerging Psychics

“Empaths did not come into this world to be victims, we came to be warriors. Be brave. Stay strong. We need all hands on deck.”
Anthon St. Maarten

As most of you know, I’m psychic, and have been this way to varying degrees all my life. All of us are intuitive – that’s our birthright, and it’s hardwired into us. Even the most disconnected or ‘non-believing’ of us will still have gut feelings or hunches strong enough that we can acknowledge and act upon them.

But some of us have a much greater sensitivity than that. If you have experienced any of the following (not as a result of mental illness, or a drug or illness induced state!) then this post is written for you:

  • lucid dreaming
  • deja vu
  • precognitive dreams or visions
  • awareness about people, places, objects or events that has no rational cause nor explanation
  • an ability to know information about people
  • sensing the energy field around people or places, and having that affect your body or emotions
  • seeing energy, faces, or other images either in your mind’s eye or through your own eyes
  • hearing voices or knowledge not your own – either as a physical sound, or as a voice, knowing or thought that arises inside you that you somehow understand is not your own
  • having remembrance or recognition of past lives
  • being drawn to psychic activities and tools, such as cards, books, courses, modalities and crystals – where you feel compelled to have or work with these, even when your rational mind protests or doesn’t understand
  • sudden recognition of things previously not known to you – such as knowing the names or uses for things outside your profession or fields of study, or knowing your way around a place you have not ever visited
  • sensing, seeing or hearing Guides, Angels, those who have crossed over, and other energetic beings
  • connection with star people, recurring dreams about or remembered incidences of UFO or alien encounters – these are often not threatening or unpleasant
  • recurring dreams for which you have no explanation
  • a strong sense that you are here to do something, to contribute something, to help in some way – this feeling becomes stronger over time until, if you haven’t worked out what it is yet, it becomes almost a sense of despair or desperation
  • saying or writing things without knowing where the information is coming from
  • performing healing, art, writing, music and other creative acts where you suddenly ‘know’ what to do, even if you have never been shown before
  • understanding animals, children or others with no voice to communicate
  • sudden strong emotions flooding over you that are totally unrelated to what is happening right now

I’m sure there’s more that I could add to that list, but that’s a start…

If you’re sensitive energetically then you are bound to be sensitive in other areas of your life.  This is especially true if you are going through a process of spiritual or psychic awakening. At a time of awakening, energies and abilities that have been dormant within you begin to assert themselves in your life.  This can be quite a turbulent and confusing time.

From long experience, these are my suggestions about how to live as a Sensitive Soul as you begin to Awaken.

  • Rest.  When we’re growing and changing, rest is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves.
  • Avoid crowded places such as shopping centres and football games when you are feeling particularly sensitive or energetically vulnerable.
  • Avoid difficult relationships and people who drain, upset or unbalance you.  Limit contact with the crazy-makers in your life.
  • Eat well.  Favour organic foods, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce, with plenty of leafy green vegetables and root vegetables, rice, pulses and yoghurt. Avoid processed food and sugar. Some people may need to avoid meat at this time.  Others may need meat to ground them.  Listen to your body.  If you’re especially sensitive avoid wheat as well.
  • Avoid alcohol, drugs and stimulants.
  • Take a good powdered magnesium supplement.  Your muscles and nervous system use magnesium to relax and it we also burn it like rocket fuel when we are engaging in energy work and psychic activity.
  • Drink plenty of fresh, clean water.
  • Use yoga, qi gong or tai chi to ground you and move energy through your body.
  • Spend time in nature.
  • Spend time on your own, exploring the things that interest you.
  • Avoid chemicals in your cleaning and personal care products. Avoid places that have a strong artificial or chemical energy.
  • Use natural and alternate therapies to help clear and support your body.
  • Meditate.
  • Pray, and talk with God.
  • Explore vibrational therapies such as bush or bach flower essences, crystals, music, colour and aromatherapy (Want to know about my favourite essential oils for spiritual support and how to get them? Email me at channelnc@gmail.com)
  • Trust, look for support and know that things do get easier over time.

I’ve created a very simple six minute guided meditation to help you open to your spiritual gifts in an energy of safety and protection. Once you know the basics you can easily guide yourself through the process on your own.

Love and Light, ❤ Nicole xx

“If you ask people what they’ve always wanted to do, most people haven’t done it. That breaks my heart.”
Angelina Jolie

Hello, Lovelies!
I’ve had so many messages and enquiries in the last 24 hours from people who live too far away to come to our Brisbane events. People in the next city, the next state, the next country…

In response to all of these enquiries, I’ve decided to create an online version of the workshops so that those of you who can’t make it will still be able to participate. The content in these workshops is so useful and I know it will help you to get ready to close out 2018 and welcome 2019 with clarity, enthusiasm and stronger direction.

If you’d like to find out more about these workshops, what I’ll be covering and why they will be helpful to you tune in to my Cauldrons and Cupcakes Facebook page over the next few days where I’ll be going live to discuss each event in more detail.

Much love,
Nicole    xx

Tell Me What You Want!

“First set a strong and clear inner voice and then do all that you want to achieve and the door will be opened.” ~ Amit Ray

Hello Lovelies,

I am going on a long-overdue vacation in the middle of this month for two weeks. I’ll be in the middle of the ocean, far from internet, phone or any kind of work. (Well that’s the plan but plans can go astray).

Anyway, before I go I’ve decided to create a journal challenge for you – one we can all work on that can help us to grow, connect and refill our well. I’ll schedule the posts for the days I’ll be away. And I’d love for this challenge to best support your needs right now.

So my question to you is this:

Which of these topics would you like me to cover:

Are You Weathering These Recent Storms of Change?

“Never lose hope. Storms make people stronger and never last forever.”
― Roy T. Bennett

The energies right now are all about change. Lots is coming up to be dealt with, things that have been hidden are being forced out into the open, things that need to be acted upon are being thrust upon us and where we aren’t in alignment there is opportunity for shift and growth. It’s messy, but ultimately positive, even if it feels like we are in the middle of a hurricane.

I’ve needed to make some unexpected and hard decisions this week – shutting doors on some situations so that I can open new ones that may lead to better things.

By last night when I left the city to head back to our farm I was beyond exhausted. I’ve had too many things on my plate lately. Deadlines and workloads and stresses piled up upon each other so that I was glassy-eyed and hollow after days of late nights and worry.

As we sat in traffic I sifted and sorted through paperwork, talked with Ben, put a plan together. A good plan. I could feel it in my bones. A feeling of peace came over me. Many of us are deep in change and repositioning right now, and all of it is for the greater good, as painful as it might feel in the moment. I knew last night that somehow I had passed a significant milestone, and that after being stuck lately things would begin to gather momentum again.

Clouds gathered as we left the city behind us. An eerie green twilight descended. Eventually I put my work away and using the weather radar on my phone we navigated to miss the worst of the storm cells which were dark with hail and heavy rain. It took two hours longer than usual to get home and we arrived to find the power out.

All my ideas of sitting at my computer went out the window. We unpacked by torchlight, took our showers by candlelight and then went to bed.

Rain came soon after, loud on the tin roof, blanketing our little cottage in a comfort of peace, white noise and solitude. There was nothing to be done but snuggle beneath the blankets and watch the sky light up from time to time with a fierce bright blaze of lightning followed by the rumble of rolling late-night thunder.

This morning I have woken full of hope. The air is clear and clean and crisp as a new apple. The power has come back on in the night. I can see my way forward and I’m excited by the opportunities this change has created out in front of me.

How about you? How are you navigating life’s storms?

Know that we are in a significant period of clearing, shifting and healing right now. Embrace that as a positive thing. Pull back when you need to. Have a Doona day if it helps. Trust that things have a way of working out better than you might have planned. And if you’ve been hanging onto things for far too long that are no longer working for you? Let go. Choose again. Choose something new.

We can’t have a rainbow without rain, and storms are sometimes needed to sweep the past away and give us that fresh start we never knew we needed.

Sending so much love your way, and holding the intent that you find your rainbow too,
Big hugs, Nicole ❤ xx

The Power of Mentors – Your Path To Success

Mentorship is simply learning from the mistakes and mastery of a successful person in his/her field. – Bernard Kelvin Clive

We all learn by modelling ourselves on others.  As babies we mimic our parents, copying everything they do until we learn to do those things for ourselves; facial expressions, gestures, words, movements…  The fastest way to have success in anything is always to find someone who is already doing that thing, and then copy what they do, or even better – engage with them and have them show you, or help you.

A mentor is someone who has walked the path before you, learned from their mistakes and become successful in their field. What makes them valuable to you is that THEY know how to do what you want to do because they’ve done it already. I have found business mentors, writing mentors (Hi, Doctor Kim!), money mentors and organic farming mentors to name a few. Sometimes my relationship with these people has been a tangible thing, and sometimes I’ve just watched what they’ve done or read their book – and copied what they did to become successful in their field.

I also work as a spiritual mentor with people who want to develop their metaphysical and psychic abilities. That’s a road I know very well.

It’s never too late to change or improve ourselves.  Today we’re going to use journalling to help us identify who we want to be, and who can help us achieve those dreams. Why not make yourself a nice cup of tea, or take yourself out to a coffee shop. With a beverage at your elbow, and a notebook and pen in hand, work through the following activity. You might surprise yourself at what you discover.

Journal Exercise:

Start by writing this passage at the top of your page.

Dear Universe,

I trust that there is a Universal Wisdom which recognises my gifts and talents, that understands what outcomes and adventures are best for my Highest good, and that matches me to mentors best suited to helping me achieve my dreams.

I trust that there is someone out there who knows exactly what I need to do next.

I am ready to embrace the possibility of a better life for myself. I am ready to move from struggle into flow.  I am ready to embrace abundance, in all its forms. I want you to know that I’m ready for whatever wonderful experiences and opportunities you send my way. I am ready to embrace change, and I am ready to embrace success. Thank you for the mentors I now attract into my life.

Now think of an area in your life where you would like to have success.  Don’t judge what comes next, and don’t over-think it.  Just trust that what you write will begin to create a greater sense of personal and spiritual awareness in your life.

Create a list of people who are leaders in this field, and that you can look up to. (if you don’t know who they are, then do a little research!)

Choose one of the people on your list and spend some time writing about WHY you admire this person, and what they do or have done that you would like to have more of in your own life.  Really allow yourself to explore this in detail, making the emotions you feel as you write this strong and real.

When you have finished, write about how you want YOUR life to look as you walk this same path.  Write down the outcomes you want for yourself, and how this will positively change your future, and the world around you.

Do this over a couple of days, using different mentors from your list each day. Trust that as you build this connection through writing, the perfect teachers, courses, resources, mentors and support will begin to show up in your life.

NB: If you feel that you are walking a path of spiritual awakening right now, and you’d like to explore that further, I suggest you do this exercise while holding one of the following crystals:

  • Clear Quartz – for connecting with Guides and Higher Wisdom
  • Fluorite – for understanding your creative path, and for clear guidance with writing
  • Sodalite – for answers about relationships and knowing your own truth
  • Amethyst – for connecting into your spiritual gifts
  • Rhyolite – for channelled wisdoms – showing you that inner truth you find difficult to access on your own

One more thing…

You know more than you think you do.  How can you mentor others? Where can you reach out to people to share what you know, so that others can learn from YOUR experiences and mistakes?

Learning is love – so let’s spread the love around.  Helping others achieve their dreams always moves us closer to our own. ♥

How To Drink In Colour – A Walking Meditation Technique for Soul Healing

“Let me, O let me bathe my soul in colours; let me swallow the sunset and drink the rainbow.”
Khalil Gibran

Have you ever had a rough day? Silly question. Of course you have. Like you, I have my occasional difficult patch, that place in my life where emotionally (and sometimes physically) I am stretched thin. Sometimes it’s from psychic work, sometimes the dramas of life – it never really matters how I get there, once I am there the only thing to do is nurture.

But what do you do when you feel that terrible gnawing emptiness, exhaustion, or deep emotional pain? When you are so drained that you are out of ideas for how to make yourself feel better…

I recommend a walk.

On this walk I want you to do three things:

Breathe.

Let the rhythm of your steps begin to calm your mind, just like a moving meditation.

Drink in colour.
How do you drink in colour? Let your eyes drift to the things around you. Your soul will guide you towards colours that are soothing, healing, restoring, harmonising. Your chakras and your aura will become more energised. The colours you bring into your awareness will bring gifts to soothe and uplift you.

You’ll arrive home feeling calmer. You’ll find that eventually, or much sooner, answers and ideas start to flow.

Walking and drinking in colour is free. But the rewards are high. Often the best healing tools are right at our doorstep.

I’ve included some photos from around my farm for anyone who can’t get out on a walk of their own. Let the energies and colour reach you and energise you as if you were walking with me.

Much love to you, Nicole ❤ xx

Letting Go – Do you need to? How to decide!

“Be brave and let go. Let go of fear, and pain. Stop holding to the thing that is tearing you apart. While you hang on, grimly gripping and clutching this to you, you deny yourself freedom, new gifts, love. It is madness to presume that you are more wise than the Universe. Let go. Trust.” ~ Nicole Cody

There are so many reasons why we struggle with letting go.

Some of us don’t like to fail – if we say we’re going to deliver, if we take a marriage vow, sign up for a deadline, have ethics that are all about family or mateship, hold strong religious or spiritual beliefs, made a public proclamation about a certain thing, have other people telling us that this is what we need, then we may hold onto a person or situation longer than necessary.

Sometimes we spend our lives thinking about everyone else; not wanting to let people down, wanting THEM to be happy even if we must sacrifice something or all of ourselves to do that. Perhaps we have been raised to see this as worthy behaviour, or the way to be lovable – earning love through good deeds and sacrifice.

Sometimes we become so fixated on achieving the end goal that we stop asking ourselves the right questions: “Does this still serve me?  Does this still honour me?”  “Did it ever…”

Sometimes we’ve let something define us for so long that we no longer know who we are without that thing in our life. Even if it’s killing us or making us miserable.

Sometimes we let our heart rule our head. Sometimes we let our head rule our heart. And it’s not making us feel good. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

Or maybe we are afraid. Afraid that if we let go nothing will ever come to replace it.  Afraid that people will judge us or turn away from us, or leave us. Afraid that if we let go, the thing might suddenly come good, and all our struggle will have been worth it.

Sometimes we think we don’t deserve any better.

So how do we know when we need to let go?

When duty is the only thing that drives us and all the joy has faded from our lives. When we’ve forgotten the reason we signed up for this in the first place.  When we’ve become indifferent to life, our relationship, this thing… When our health is in tatters, when the person in the mirror is a stranger, when our finances are in ruins, when we’re choking down anger and resentment on a daily basis, when we are no longer a person we like or believe in, when we’ve lost ourselves, it’s time to let go.

When we have gotten to a place where everything is hard, everything is dark, where we can see no place in our lives for hope, or joy or happiness, then it’s time to let go. When we can no longer keep our eyes open and our hands on the wheel, and we’re popping pills to keep going, white-knuckled from fear and exhaustion, it’s time to let go.

When it’s in the past, where we have no way to change it, we need to let go.

Why do we need to let go?

When we are in struggle, we are out of the flow of Universal Good. In that place where we are battling against the current of life we exhaust ourselves, and often have nothing to show for our efforts. It is all hard, hard, and harder.

When we surrender and let go, we stop swimming against the current. Life picks us up and supports us and begins to move us in a new direction. There is a wisdom and grace in the Universe that far exceeds our own.  It we can only trust and let go, finally, we can begin moving towards a better future, to new opportunities, new relationships, new adventures.  We give ourselves a fresh start.  We give ourselves a chance to be happy, a chance to find ourselves and to open ourselves to bright new possibilities.

Even if that means for a time we must sit alone, hands empty…

How do we let go?

Sometimes we need to ask for help. It’s not important to have the answer, it’s only important to have recognised that we need to change. There are many skilled and caring people in the world who can help you make the shift once you’ve decided that it’s time.

Sometimes we will already know what to do.

All change requires effort, but change is possible. If you know you’re unhappy and you can longer work out why,  imagine the current choices and relationships in your life. Imagine the problems. Now imagine removing them. Is there a sense of loss or panic, or a sense of relief? Sometimes it’s as simple as that.

Sometimes we only need to put our burdens down for a time. When we’ve rested, or found someone to share the load, then we find we want to continue, that we can continue.

So many times we let go of the job, and we land on our feet. We let go of the relationship, and we meet our soul mate. We pack up and go, and an unexpected direction leads us to a happier and more fulfilled life, unlike anything we could have imagined for ourselves.

When not to let go

You’ll know it. It’s as different a feeling as night is to day. This is an energy within you infused with light, hope, clarity, determination, strength, courage.

It’s the thing that helps you keep swimming, towing a drowning soul with their head above water, when you are both exhausted. It’s the thing that helps mothers lift a car to release their trapped child. It’s the voice inside you that tells you to call someone, or turn up at their house, or dash into a burning building. It’s the conviction that helps you stand by someone when you believe in a better outcome for them but they are in a place where they can’t yet see it for themselves.

That’s the energy of Love. That’s the feel of God as our wings. That’s Divine Grace working through us. There is something within us that will not give up the fight, something within us that KNOWS we can do it, that we will do it. That we would rather do this and die trying than to walk away. This is a feeling of being energised, vital, alive, burning with a seering focus.

Tune in.  How are you feeling? Answer yourself honestly.  Make a decision.  Trust…

I’m holding you in my daily prayers and meditations. You’re not alone in this. I’m with you, and I believe in you,

All my love, Nicole ❤ xx

Guided Meditation for Managing and Reducing Stress

“You have to just relax, calm down, take a deep breath and try to see how you can make things work rather than complain about how they’re wrong.” ~ Tom Welling

There’s so much change around us right now.

Some of us are overwhelmed with loss and grief and endings.

Some of us are overwhelmed with opportunity and don’t know which direction to pursue.

Most of us have too much on our plates, overflowing to-do lists and simply not enough time in the day to get to everything we need to do.

Deep Breath by Tomas A

Deep Breath by Tomas A

Stress reduces our ability to cope and to be resilient.

Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and slow down for a moment.

You know what I’m talking about…

Disappointments. Things that don’t go to plan. Endings we weren’t expecting. Futures that don’t conform to what we’d been led to believe. Judgments against us. Misunderstandings. Our body misbehaving or breaking. Hopes and dreams that end up in tatters at our feet. Grand ideas that tank. Injustices. Broken promises. Wrongs.

Sometimes life just knocks the wind out of our sails.

Or that’s how it feels…

One thing I’ve learned about life’s hard knocks is that although we may get winded, if we can just take a good deep breath, then pause and take another, we often find things aren’t as bad as they first appeared.

Sometimes, of course, it really is that bad. No matter. Breathing helps. Taking a good deep breath centers you; it calms you down, puts you back in your body, and helps clear your head. Then you can better see your way forward.

We are, all of us, stronger than we know. And it’s usually not until we’re really tested by life that we ever find this out.

I have recorded a twenty minute Guided Meditation for helping you to deal with stress and overwhelm. It uses breathing and visualisation to help reduce tension in your body so that you come to a place of calm and better flow of thoughts, feelings and energy.

All you need to do is make sure that you won’t be disturbed, and then sit or lie quietly and follow along with the sound of my voice.
