How to Move into Alignment – Monday Oracle 8 April 2019

“When you start doing things that are truly in alignment with what your true self wants, what your soul wants, you flourish and life becomes a lot easier.” ~ Joel Annesley

Hello, Lovelies!

April calls you to live from your heartspace. This month lifts you above your obstacles, or helps you to blaze a trail through them. Expect magical insights and guidance to help light the path ahead. It’s time to believe in yourself and your dreams even if no-one else yet believes. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the card Energy Balance brings us.

This week speaks of the importance of being in alignment. I’m not talking physical alignment (although you may want to get some bodywork or structural work done!), I’m talking about how your external life aligns with your internal values and sense of self.

When you are OUT of alignment it’s easy to become physically and emotionally exhausted, sad, angry, resentful, anxious, depressed or lost. That’s because you’ve created an energetic conflict between who you are, what you believe and what matters to you on the inside and your choices, behaviours and relationships out in the world.

You may even feel like you have no right to feel this way because your life is abundant or blessed or privileged. That’s okay. These feelings are red flags that lead to deeper self-awareness if you are brave enough to follow them. So, if you feel this way, find some quiet time and explore those energies. Explore WHY you feel the way you do, and what flag that raises for you about an aspect of your life that is out of balance.

The more you move into alignment with your values the more your mood will lift. Your optimism and creativity will return. As you make space in your life to live by your values and give energy to your goals, your hopes and your dreams, the more you will find that ideas will flow, inspiration will flow, healing will flow, energy will flow.

So use the gifts of Energy Balance this week to really pay attention – going deeper to find out where you’re blocked, and where things are flowing and what you can do to live more authentically in the world by honoring the truth of who you are.

We need you in the world. That beautiful, authentic, original you. You don’t need to be like everyone else. You are precious and worthy just as you are, and you validate and empower yourself by being true to you. Blaze a trail for that you this week. I promise, it might be hard but it will be worth it.

The extra blessing of that? Being yourself gives others permission to be themselves too, and you become a positive role model for other people who are like you (including your children!).

Supportive crystals this week?

Malachite is a stone to help you overcome perceived limitations. It is a stone of manifestation and abundance that gifts focus and resilience. Amethyst (pictured) helps you to tune in to all forms of spiritual guidance and to make wise decisions. It helps you to become comfortable with an expanded sense of yourself. Clear Quartz amplifies intuition and your ability to tune in to Universal and Personal Wisdom. Use it to get clear about what matters in your life! Orange Calcite connects you to creativity, inspiration and your heart’s desires and helps you to develop confidence in yourself and your dreams. Use it to help you see your next steps forward.

Helpful essential oils?

This week you need essential oils that can help you bring your mind and spirit to a place of clarity, calm and productivity. The following oils can be diffused or inhaled on their own but also blend beautifully together:

  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Lavender
  • Peppermint
  • Cypress
  • Eucalyptus

And always, when your emotional tank is empty, Rose or Geranium diffused or used like perfume on wrists, throat, behind ears and over your heart!

Take some time this week and find your answers. Trust that your own wise soul knows your next moves. Whatever you do, honour your truth!

Lots of love, Nicole ❤ xx

PS: Monday’s oracle card, Energy Balance, is from the Sacred Power Reading Cards by Anna Stark . I use any cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book.

Journal Prompts To Help You Get Unstuck

“Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.”
~ Corrie Ten Boom

Good Morning, Lovelies!

If you read my post yesterday you’ll know that this week supports us in efforts to get unstuck in our lives. I’m sure most of you already know I have a love affair with journal writing. In fact, I can’t even begin to wonder how many millions of words I’ve clocked up longhand over the years. Using writing time to help me move past a place of stuckness is a useful process that I’ve resorted to often in my journalling life. The technique was created by me deciding to define a problem in order to better manage it or determine a realistic scale on which to freak out….

In all my years of journalling around stuckness, I’ve never ended up at the freaking out stage – instead, I’ve always found a way to keep calm, to carry on, and to dig myself out of the hole. I guess that’s why I keep using this technique. Read on to find out more.

Activity:

Take out your journal and get comfortable.

You may be able to do this whole process in thirty minutes or less. Or it may take much longer.

If you’re stuck, it doesn’t matter. When you’re stuck there is no momentum.

When you begin to journal your stuckness it’s amazing how you begin to wiggle free from feeling trapped.

Defining the nature of your stuckness, and what it might mean for you

  • What is the nature of the stuckness? Is it an action you need to take, a problem you need to solve or a decision that needs to be made? (Sometimes a stuckness may involve two or even all three of these elements – if that’s the case, write about each of these aspects, in the order you think they would need to be taken.) Write as much as you need to to really define this situation. If you don’t have all the answers create a list of things you need to research or investigate.
  • Okay – here’s the scary bit. You need to ask yourself ‘What is the worst thing that can happen here?” Seriously. Go into as much detail as you can.  Write until you’ve exhausted all of the possibilities.  Really go to town and dump all your fears and worries onto the page. Once we’ve named them, we can much better deal with them. And it stops our minds racing off creating worst-case scenarios later on when we’d be better employed working towards solutions!

How do you feel about that?

  • Journals are places to download our feelings. Who can thing clearly with a head full of guff? Write down all those swirling emotions inside you that come up in relation to this place of stuckness. It clears the air.  It calms things down.  It calms YOU down. It can be a great relief to finally acknowledge how you truly feel about the thing you’re stuck with/on/in. Sometimes, we begin to find solutions right here in our feelings.  Maybe we’re scared to succeed. Maybe we’re frightened of responsibility.  Maybe we feel we have to do the thing to please someone else. Maybe we said yes when we wanted to say no. Whatever it is, journalling our feelings is the beginning of unravelling this mess!

Okay – the hard part’s done.  Once we’ve identified the issue and how we feel about it, we have begun to move from stuckness to clarity. Use any or all of these questions and prompts to keep moving you forward:

  • From what you’ve written have you already reached a decision, conclusion or clarity that can get you out of stuckness? If so, write down your findings, and then chart a plan of action. Plans are great. They give us something solid to work from. If you like creating lists, then go for it!

If you’re still not sure what to do next, explore these options on the page. Use the prompts to help you develop lists and strategies:

  • Is there an expert, resource, course or friend who could help us by giving us the guidance, support and techniques/skills we need to get unstuck? (For example, if you’re writing a book and having problems with the plot you could do a workshop, read a how-to book, or join a writing group.)
  • Can we hand the whole thing over to someone else to do or finish? ( Say you’ve been procrastinating over seven years of unfinished taxes – can you give everything to a book-keeper, or phone an accountant and ask their advice about what to do next? Can you pay your Mum or your best friend who loves paperwork, or the person from the advertisement in the paper?)
  • Can we start at a different corner of the mess?  Often we keep approaching an issue in the same way, and from the same angle. Obviously when we don’t get anywhere we end up stuck. Is there another way you could approach this? Brainstorm as many alternatives as you can, writing them all down. When you’ve generated your list then you can choose a new approach and get started. (For example, you need to get your house ready for sale, and it’s overwhelming you. Instead of starting on a big job, tidy out your kitchen drawers, go through the linen cupboard, build momentum on the easy things or the small things.  Soon you’ll be powering through the problem areas. If you’re writing a book set in medieval England and you love the idea but it’s just not working can you make it sci-fi, or fantasy fiction?)
  • Instead of choosing Option A or Option B can we choose Option F, Q or Z? How many times has it come down to what we think is an extremely limited choice? We paint ourselves into a corner thinking we need to choose between A and B when actually we could have chosen both, none, or something else. Brainstorm some crazy alternatives to your current stuckness. Somewhere in that list will be the seeds of what will grow into your solution. (For example, you are living in a share house and you don’t like one of the new housemates. You obsess about how to get them to leave. You agonise about how you will cope if they stay. Well, could YOU move out? Could you go house-sitting, get a job or go back to study that supplies accommodation, use this as the push to move interstate or overseas, move in with friends or your folks for a while so you can save money to get a place of your own? Could you sell up and go back-packing around Europe for a year, or buy a campervan and hit the road?)
  • And the craziest part of all of this – could you choose to give up on the stuckness, bin the whole thing and move onto something else? Could you finally let this idea/ situation/issue die a good death so that you can start over on something new? (Maybe it’s time to put that half-finished manuscript in a bottom drawer and write something new. Or end the relationship and enjoying being single for a while. Go back to study and change your career direction rather than stay stuck in a dead-end job.)

When we write out our problems, our brain is encouraged to find a solution.  We let the Universe know that we are done with being stuck and that our intention is to get moving again. And more than once, when I’ve begun this process, a solution has come out of nowhere. That’s the Law of Attraction in action!  Think positive. Trust in good outcomes!

Lots of love, Nicole ♥ xx

Wallpaper and White Paint

“People who appear to be resisting change may simply be the victim of bad habits. Habit, like gravity, never takes a day off.” ~ Paul Gibbons

We’re on Retreat, as I lead a group through the process of connecting to their Calling. In each activity, as is always the way, some students charge on through the work, and some students stumble over old habits and beliefs that limit initial progress.

In every instance what is blocking the student isn’t lack of ability. If they couldn’t work at the level I require I would not have approved their application to join us. No. What’s blocking them is an old out-dated and limiting belief or story.

When you hit this kind of resistance – where you have a deeply ingrained thought-pattern or self-speak – most students sit with the idea that they must first dismantle their belief. But that’s like sitting in a room where you don’t like the wallpaper and then picking that ugly wallpaper off the walls with your fingernails. It’s slow. It’s messy. And every darned day you can still see the wallpaper. What’s worse? The ugly wallpaper is your main focus!

The better approach is simply to paint over that wallpaper with a colour of your conscious choosing.

It’s like that with limiting beliefs and behaviours too. It’s better just to start that new habit and then keep strengthening it. Eventually that new habit or belief will drown out the old one, and you’ll move to a better place within yourself, with much less resistance.

Today we’re working on creating action steps that move us closer to where we want to be by painting over our own versions of outmoded wallpaper. Where in your life would you benefit from doing the same?
Biggest love and hugs, Nicole ❤ xx

Rain and Deep Soul Work

“… so this is for us.
This is for us who sing, write, dance, act, study, run and love
and this is for doing it even if no one will ever know
because the beauty is in the act of doing it.
Not what it can lead to.
This is for the times I lose myself while writing, singing, playing
and no one is around and they will never know
but I will forever remember
and that shines brighter than any praise or fame or glory I will ever have,
and this is for you who write or play or read or sing
by yourself with the light off and door closed
when the world is asleep and the stars are aligned
and maybe no one will ever hear it
or read your words
or know your thoughts
but it doesn’t make it less glorious.
It makes it ethereal. Mysterious.
Infinite.
For it belongs to you and whatever God or spirit you believe in
and only you can decide how much it meant
and means
and will forever mean
and other people will experience it too
through you.
Through your spirit. Through the way you talk.
Through the way you walk and love and laugh and care
and I never meant to write this long
but what I want to say is:
Don’t try to present your art by making other people read or hear or see or touch it; make them feel it. Wear your art like your heart on your sleeve and keep it alive by making people feel a little better. Feel a little lighter. Create art in order for yourself to become yourself
and let your very existence be your song, your poem, your story.
Let your very identity be your book.
Let the way people say your name sound like the sweetest melody.

So go create. Take photographs in the wood, run alone in the rain and sing your heart out high up on a mountain
where no one will ever hear
and your very existence will be the most hypnotising scar.
Make your life be your art
and you will never be forgotten.”
~ Charlotte Eriksson

Here we are on Retreat. The rain has come in and blanketed us in a cool misty silence during the night. We feel a long way away from the outside world right now.

Today we’ll be doing incredible things, deep soul work, major shift…

…while the outside world moves on, oblivious to the magic happening here.

And that’s okay. This is work we are doing for ourselves. It was never meant for a public audience. I want to encourage you to keep working on what matters to you and what gives you joy too. I want you to embrace that yearning in your heart or the idea that won’t let go.

Do it for yourself.

It will make the world better anyway.

Much love, Nicole ❤ xx

A New Online Course For You! Craft A Visionary Talisman

“This is what rituals are for. We do spiritual ceremonies as human beings in order to create a safe resting place for our most complicated feelings of joy or trauma, so that we don’t have to haul those feelings around with us forever, weighing us down. We all need such places of ritual safekeeping. And I do believe that if your culture or tradition doesn’t have the specific ritual you are craving, then you are absolutely permitted to make up a ceremony of your own devising, fixing your own broken-down emotional systems with all the do-it-yourself resourcefulness of a generous plumber/poet.”
~ Elizabeth Gilbert

When I lived in the remote Kimberley district, during my year of psychic awakening, my Aboriginal Aunties taught me the importance of ritual, respect and self-empowerment.

Over the years I have had other Elders as teachers and mentors, and I have also had years of connection with my own energetic team as I have journeyed this spiritual path.

One of the rituals I now follow each year that supports me in very practical ways is the choosing of a Guiding Card for my year ahead, and then the creation of a Visionary Talisman. I have created a Visionary Talisman for myself every year for the past fifteen years, and I’ve found the personal and spiritual growth I have achieved during this time to have been accelerated by this intentional and mindful creative practice. It truly is a powerful tool for transformation and manifestation. The Talisman is also a lovely focusing tool to use for meditation and journalling work, and a strong visual reminder to me of my Guiding Card qualities and messages.

In this course, I’ll be showing you to how to connect with your own guiding card for the year ahead, and how to create a Symbolic Lexicon and Visionary Talisman of your own.

This is shamanic work. Deep work. Work to help you know yourself, work to strengthen your intuition, work to build your psychic and spiritual connections. You don’t need to be an artist, and you don’t need to have any experience. I’ll guide you through every step, and teach you the foundation skills of everything you need to know.

The work of crafting your Talisman can be done in an afternoon, or over a couple of shorter sessions. But that’s not all there is to this course. I then show you how to work with the tools you create so that they bring meaning, guidance and comfort to you throughout the year.

Did you ever want to be a witch or a wizard when you were a kid? One who could cast spells and work magic?

Or perhaps you have been fascinated by The Law of Attraction, watched the movie The Secret or have used vision boards/dream boards, visualisation or positive affirmations?

Have you long been intrigued by shamans and metaphysical practitioners and wanted to do similar things but don’t know how?

Or maybe you have always liked to work with goal-setting and being accountable to a project goal or plan?

Creating a Visionary Talisman works a little like all of the things I’ve just mentioned.

Your Talisman radiates the energy of your Guiding Card into the world in a way that is personally attuned to you!

It is a powerful, personal energetic tool which you infuse with positive energy and intention – adding symbols that will magnetise you to certain situations, emotional strengths, energetic qualities and opportunities.

Think of it as both a beacon that radiates energy into the world and a magnet that will draw ideas, inspiration and energies to you, amplify helpful qualities within you and align you with those energies and qualities.

The course has 8 lessons, all available online, so that you can work at your own pace. You’ll also have lifetime access to the course materials.

I want as many of you as possible to experience this work, so we’ve decided to offer this course at an introductory low price of $57AUD. Normally the price would be $77 to $97AUD and it will go back up to that again soon. If you’re already a paid member of my YOM community this course is FREE for you. (Want to join us as a member? How to Find The Silver Lining To The Storm Clouds In Your Life

“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful. “ ~ Buddha

This week’s energies support leaning in to our emotions. Writing is a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing and expansion.  In fact, it’s one of my favourite things to do. Today I’m sharing some journal starters for exploring things I have considered to be negative in my life, in order that I might mine that situation or relationship to find the positives and gifts within it.  I’ve found this activity to be a great comfort over the years, and it has enabled me at times to radically shift my perspective to one which is much more positive.

Let’s be clear about this before we start. I am not saying that every terrible situation in your life, and every awful thing that has happened is a gift, or is a blessing. That kind of reductionist New Age thinking is the kind of thing I call b*llshit on regularly. No, I am saying that one of the best coping strategies for these kinds of situations is to find something positive in the struggle and suffering we have endured. Ways that we have grown, or changed or evolved. The kindness of strangers. Some other unexpected small gift.

The one thing that is non-negotiable in this exercise is that you MUST look for a positive – that silver lining on the thundercloud in your life.

One of the things that still stands out for me is the day I heard that a dear friend of Ben’s and mine had been badly injured in a parachuting accident (from which he later died). It marked the beginning of a series of terrible and unforeseen events in our life.  But it also gave me an insight that left me better able to cope with what lay ahead.

What happened on that day remains one of my most precious memories.  Ben and I were in shock, but I had organised for my grandmothers to come for lunch, and I needed to pick one of them up from across town. Life still went on, and the lunch had been planned and looked forward to for months. It was the middle of an Australian summer,  a heatwave no less, and the weekend before Christmas.  I pulled into the madness of a suburban shopping centre to buy cream before I collected Nana.

As I stepped out of the car I was almost bowled over by two things, the heat and my grief. The world slowed right down.  I remember thinking that John must be dying. I stood beside my car as if I was suspended in time. Around me shoppers rushed on in the Christmas chaos, ignorant of the fact that this dear man was taking his last breaths. How could the world keep turning, I wondered.  Why didn’t it look any different?

I felt suddenly connected to an unseen group of people around Brisbane, around the world, who were similarly out of the flow of time, locked into grief or despair or helplessness or loss.  I became acutely aware of the heat, the smell of the melting tar beneath my feet and the gum-leaves on the nearby trees.  Green parrots squawked and fought above my head, and tiny clusters of blossom fell at my feet, like some strange sort of summer snow.  I was struck by the intense beauty of the moment, and of how everyone around me was oblivious to it.  I heard my own heart beating in my chest, was aware of every breath, and felt as if I was seeing the world with new eyes. I became overwhelmed with a sense of how precious and fragile and miraculous our existence is, and my despair was replaced with an avalanche of gratitude.

The intensity and gratitude of that moment has never left me.  It became the silver lining to an awful time on my life.

Here are my journal starters.  Use one, any or all of them to get you into writing flow, and to help you focus on the silver lining rather than the cloud.

On relationships that failed:

  • One good thing about (insert person’s name) that I am still grateful for is…
  • If I hadn’t met (insert person’s name) I never would have…
  • One positive thing I learned about myself from that relationship is…
  • One thing I won’t ever do again is…
  • The best thing about this relationship ending is that…

On death, loss and sorrow:

  • One of the happiest memories of (insert person’s name) that I cherish is…
  • (Insert person’s name) taught me…
  • Because of (insert person’s name) I have learned…
  • One thing I will always carry with me in my heart is…
  • We always laughed about…
  • One crazy thing that always reminds me of (insert person’s name) is…
  • One way I can honour their memory is to…
  • One way I can make the most of my own life is…

On making mistakes:

  • The thing I learned from all of this is…
  • If I hadn’t stuffed up I never would have been able to…
  • The one thing this has clarified for me is…
  • One person who’s been really great in all of this is…
  • The thing I’ll do differently next time is…
  • At least I’ve realised…

On diminishment (you being somehow made smaller or less able)  and disappointment:

  • I may not be able to (insert the diminishment) but I can still…
  • I still have the power to…
  • For now I can focus my energies on…
  • This gives me more time to…
  • For now this door is closed to me.  Other doors that are open include…
  • If I’m being made to stop, or slow down, at least I can use this change of pace to…

On people who’ve treated you badly:

  • Because of you, I’ve decided to never…
  • You’ve made me realise that I am better than that because…
  • You’ve shown me how NOT to be in the world.  I’ve learned that…
  • Because you couldn’t give me (love, respect, attention, guidance, honesty, kindness – insert whatever was missing in your relationship) I’ve discovered and grown this great strength in me.  I learned to be the thing you could not do for me.  I have become…
  • The good thing to come out of all of this is…
  • I deserve more because…
  • I believe that the right way to treat people is to…

Summaries:

  • From the hard times in my life I’ve learned that…
  • My greatest personal strengths are…
  • I’m proud of myself that…
  • I’m amazed that I have been able to…
  • One of the best things to come from all of this is…
  • The way I can now help others is…

I hope you can find some comfort too, in these simple activities that can help you reframe suffering on your terms. Holding you, as ever, in my prayers and meditations,

Nicole ❤ xx

Lean In To Your Emotions This Week

“My favourite words are possibilities, opportunities and curiosity. I think if you are curious, you create opportunities, and then if you open the doors, you create possibilities.” ~ Mario Testino

What do you do when your emotional state is not great?

Do you distract yourself, numb yourself, or work furiously at positive affirmations? (Note that common numbing mechanisms can include work, eating, drugs, alcohol, sex and screen time.)

Sometimes a blue mood is simply a lack of sleep, dehydration or something we ate. But sometimes it is a red flag, put there by our subconscious to help us tune in to a deeper truth. This week I’m asking you to lean in to your feelings rather than to numb them or ignore them.

I’m not telling you to give yourself over to your despair or regret or fatigue or depression. I’m asking you to pull up a chair and sit with it awhile. Lean in. Listen to what it has to say. Stay curious. And expect answers and insights.

Keep asking Why do I feel this way?

Think about when the feeling came on. Was there a particular action, person or circumstance? What food and/or beverages did you consume recently? Is there a pattern to how you feel? (Eg. Always blue on Monday mornings but great on Saturday?)

Ask yourself What does this mean for me? and see what comes up for you.

Ask yourself What’s this really all about? How do I really feel?

Eventually you’ll tune in to a deeper truth. You’ll find out where you are stuck in limiting thought patterns or beliefs, where you are doing things that don’t fulfil you, where you are behaving in ways that are out of alignment with your soul’s purpose and energies, or where you are ignoring your physical body.

When you lean in and really listen, you get answers. Those answers and insights, if acted upon, can change your life in positive and magical ways.

So, lean in, my friends. Be brave. Be gentle with yourself. Stay aware. Lean in and learn.

All my love, Nicole ❤ xx

2019’s Astrological Events To Awaken and Support Us – Info and Home Study Course

“Everybody has a little bit of the sun and moon in them. Everybody has a little bit of man, woman, and animal in them. Darks and lights in them. Everyone is part of a connected cosmic system. Part earth and sea, wind and fire, with some salt and dust swimming in them. We have a universe within ourselves that mimics the universe outside.”

~ Suzy Kassem

On January 3rd I held my first webinar of the year for my membership group. We discussed the energies of 2019 and how best to use them in our lives, and I also spent time talking about the four-year period (2019 -2022) we have just entered, which is heralded by some incredible astrological events that are happening around us right now and will continue to happen over the next few months.

In response to these events I’ve created a special bundle of four downloadable guided meditations and a 38-page workbook to help you work with and be transformed by the current celestial and cosmic energies. You can access it here now if you’re impatient and don’t feel like reading through to the end of this post.

The Coming Change And How It Can Support You

This four year period is known as The Threshold, and it is being kicked off by a series of astrological events that have already started. I’d like to briefly outline them for you.

January 3 – The Quadrantids Meteor Shower

This meteor shower was most visible over the 3rd and 4th of January, but for the next two months it will be raining microscopic particles down upon us. This shower of golden stardust (literally!) is also the very basis of our own life – we too are made from stardust.

The galactic energy of this meteor shower is awakening something within us. We are beginning to feel both our significance and insignificance in the bigger scheme of the cosmos. That we are here right now is no accident. We are connected to all things, and it is time for us to step into the space of being good ancestors while we are alive and conscious – ensuring the viability of the earth for future generations. We see that our lives matter – that this life and how we live it matters. Not just to us, but for our future selves and for those who will come after us through our family tree.

January 5-6 – Partial Solar Eclipse

This partial Solar Eclipse began the process of activating and rebalancing our Solar Plexus energy. It is waking us out of struggle, helping us to reconnect to flow. It is strengthening our identifty, individuality and resolve. We begin to understand who we are and – most importantly – what we want to contribute in the world and what matters most to us. As the Solar Eclipse asserts its energies we are supported over the next few months to make plans, to start new projects, to build on existing work, and to make changes that will positively affect the course of our life. It heralds the start of a deepening need within us to live in greater alignment with our values, and to live from a place of ethical and spiritual congruency.

January 20 – 21 – Total Lunar Eclipse Supermoon

This eclipse is the ‘Night of the Luminous Soul‘. It gifts us the capacity to become calm warriors in our families and communities. The eclipse heralds energies of courage, clarity, determination, resilience, patience and empathy. We realise that we are not our struggle, and we can choose to align ourselves with solutions and actions that will change the face and future of our world, starting right now. It is a time for revelations and breakthroughs, for divine inspiration and conscious creativity. It is a time for hope and optimism.

How to Use These Energies in Your Own Life

  1. Spend time in nature, on your own or with a companion animal. Allow yourself to relax and then to connect more deeply into nature. As you relax trust that you will begin to know yourself better, and that the best way forward for your life will begin to present itself to you.
  2. Get outside, wherever you are. Become aware of the sky above you, and of the stars, sun and moon. Become aware of the earth beneath your feet, of the air you breathe, of the food you eat. Be in your body. Be of this world. But, also, feel your soul.
  3. Spend time meditating and journalling, supported by these cosmic energies.

I’ll be blogging about the Supermoon Lunar Eclipse over the next few days with some specific free activities for you to try.

Meanwhile, if you head over to my store, I’ve bundled together four powerful guided downloadable meditations and created a companion workbook to support you as you work with these celestial energies. The Stardust Connection Meditation Bundle will help you to connect with and explore Earth Energies, Ancestor Energies, your Solar Plexus energies and personal power, and the Stardust Energies. There is over an hour’s worth of Guided Meditations and a 38-page workbook. The workbook holds specific instructions for using the four guided meditations, as well as journalling activities and reflection/awareness exercises.

The material in the Stardust Connection Meditation Bundle can be used at any time over the next four years, and beyond. My intention with this bundle is to help you become confident in your direction, your intuition, and your contribution to the unfolding history of the world and humanity. Do you prefer Tarot or Oracle Cards?

“The tarot is an outer oracle of which the inner oracle is the source”
~ Philippe St Genoux

I’m interested to know if you use Tarot cards or an Oracle deck, and if you have a preference for one over the other?

Is there a reason you would choose to use Oracle Cards rather than a Tarot deck? Why?

I’d be thrilled if you could help me out with research for a future project by letting me know your thoughts in the comments below, on my Facebook page, or by emailing Chelsi at chelsi@cauldronsandcupcakes.com
