Guided Meditation and Advice for Sensitive Souls and Emerging Psychics

“Empaths did not come into this world to be victims, we came to be warriors. Be brave. Stay strong. We need all hands on deck.”
Anthon St. Maarten

As most of you know, I’m psychic, and have been this way to varying degrees all my life. All of us are intuitive – that’s our birthright, and it’s hardwired into us. Even the most disconnected or ‘non-believing’ of us will still have gut feelings or hunches strong enough that we can acknowledge and act upon them.

But some of us have a much greater sensitivity than that. If you have experienced any of the following (not as a result of mental illness, or a drug or illness induced state!) then this post is written for you:

  • lucid dreaming
  • deja vu
  • precognitive dreams or visions
  • awareness about people, places, objects or events that has no rational cause nor explanation
  • an ability to know information about people
  • sensing the energy field around people or places, and having that affect your body or emotions
  • seeing energy, faces, or other images either in your mind’s eye or through your own eyes
  • hearing voices or knowledge not your own – either as a physical sound, or as a voice, knowing or thought that arises inside you that you somehow understand is not your own
  • having remembrance or recognition of past lives
  • being drawn to psychic activities and tools, such as cards, books, courses, modalities and crystals – where you feel compelled to have or work with these, even when your rational mind protests or doesn’t understand
  • sudden recognition of things previously not known to you – such as knowing the names or uses for things outside your profession or fields of study, or knowing your way around a place you have not ever visited
  • sensing, seeing or hearing Guides, Angels, those who have crossed over, and other energetic beings
  • connection with star people, recurring dreams about or remembered incidences of UFO or alien encounters – these are often not threatening or unpleasant
  • recurring dreams for which you have no explanation
  • a strong sense that you are here to do something, to contribute something, to help in some way – this feeling becomes stronger over time until, if you haven’t worked out what it is yet, it becomes almost a sense of despair or desperation
  • saying or writing things without knowing where the information is coming from
  • performing healing, art, writing, music and other creative acts where you suddenly ‘know’ what to do, even if you have never been shown before
  • understanding animals, children or others with no voice to communicate
  • sudden strong emotions flooding over you that are totally unrelated to what is happening right now

I’m sure there’s more that I could add to that list, but that’s a start…

If you’re sensitive energetically then you are bound to be sensitive in other areas of your life.  This is especially true if you are going through a process of spiritual or psychic awakening. At a time of awakening, energies and abilities that have been dormant within you begin to assert themselves in your life.  This can be quite a turbulent and confusing time.

From long experience, these are my suggestions about how to live as a Sensitive Soul as you begin to Awaken.

  • Rest.  When we’re growing and changing, rest is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves.
  • Avoid crowded places such as shopping centres and football games when you are feeling particularly sensitive or energetically vulnerable.
  • Avoid difficult relationships and people who drain, upset or unbalance you.  Limit contact with the crazy-makers in your life.
  • Eat well.  Favour organic foods, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce, with plenty of leafy green vegetables and root vegetables, rice, pulses and yoghurt. Avoid processed food and sugar. Some people may need to avoid meat at this time.  Others may need meat to ground them.  Listen to your body.  If you’re especially sensitive avoid wheat as well.
  • Avoid alcohol, drugs and stimulants.
  • Take a good powdered magnesium supplement.  Your muscles and nervous system use magnesium to relax and it we also burn it like rocket fuel when we are engaging in energy work and psychic activity.
  • Drink plenty of fresh, clean water.
  • Use yoga, qi gong or tai chi to ground you and move energy through your body.
  • Spend time in nature.
  • Spend time on your own, exploring the things that interest you.
  • Avoid chemicals in your cleaning and personal care products. Avoid places that have a strong artificial or chemical energy.
  • Use natural and alternate therapies to help clear and support your body.
  • Meditate.
  • Pray, and talk with God.
  • Explore vibrational therapies such as bush or bach flower essences, crystals, music, colour and aromatherapy (Want to know about my favourite essential oils for spiritual support and how to get them? Email me at channelnc@gmail.com)
  • Trust, look for support and know that things do get easier over time.

I’ve created a very simple six minute guided meditation to help you open to your spiritual gifts in an energy of safety and protection. Once you know the basics you can easily guide yourself through the process on your own.

Love and Light, ❤ Nicole xx

“If you ask people what they’ve always wanted to do, most people haven’t done it. That breaks my heart.”
Angelina Jolie

Hello, Lovelies!
I’ve had so many messages and enquiries in the last 24 hours from people who live too far away to come to our Brisbane events. People in the next city, the next state, the next country…

In response to all of these enquiries, I’ve decided to create an online version of the workshops so that those of you who can’t make it will still be able to participate. The content in these workshops is so useful and I know it will help you to get ready to close out 2018 and welcome 2019 with clarity, enthusiasm and stronger direction.

If you’d like to find out more about these workshops, what I’ll be covering and why they will be helpful to you tune in to my Cauldrons and Cupcakes Facebook page over the next few days where I’ll be going live to discuss each event in more detail.

Much love,

Tell Me What You Want!

“First set a strong and clear inner voice and then do all that you want to achieve and the door will be opened.” ~ Amit Ray

Hello Lovelies,

I am going on a long-overdue vacation in the middle of this month for two weeks. I’ll be in the middle of the ocean, far from internet, phone or any kind of work. (Well that’s the plan but plans can go astray).

Anyway, before I go I’ve decided to create a journal challenge for you – one we can all work on that can help us to grow, connect and refill our well. I’ll schedule the posts for the days I’ll be away. And I’d love for this challenge to best support your needs right now.

So my question to you is this:

Which of these topics would you like me to cover:

Whichever topic gets the most votes is the one I will create for you. Looking forward to your answers!

Are You Weathering These Recent Storms of Change?

“Never lose hope. Storms make people stronger and never last forever.”
― Roy T. Bennett

The energies right now are all about change. Lots is coming up to be dealt with, things that have been hidden are being forced out into the open, things that need to be acted upon are being thrust upon us and where we aren’t in alignment there is opportunity for shift and growth. It’s messy, but ultimately positive, even if it feels like we are in the middle of a hurricane.

I’ve needed to make some unexpected and hard decisions this week – shutting doors on some situations so that I can open new ones that may lead to better things.

By last night when I left the city to head back to our farm I was beyond exhausted. I’ve had too many things on my plate lately. Deadlines and workloads and stresses piled up upon each other so that I was glassy-eyed and hollow after days of late nights and worry.

As we sat in traffic I sifted and sorted through paperwork, talked with Ben, put a plan together. A good plan. I could feel it in my bones. A feeling of peace came over me. Many of us are deep in change and repositioning right now, and all of it is for the greater good, as painful as it might feel in the moment. I knew last night that somehow I had passed a significant milestone, and that after being stuck lately things would begin to gather momentum again.

Clouds gathered as we left the city behind us. An eerie green twilight descended. Eventually I put my work away and using the weather radar on my phone we navigated to miss the worst of the storm cells which were dark with hail and heavy rain. It took two hours longer than usual to get home and we arrived to find the power out.

All my ideas of sitting at my computer went out the window. We unpacked by torchlight, took our showers by candlelight and then went to bed.

Rain came soon after, loud on the tin roof, blanketing our little cottage in a comfort of peace, white noise and solitude. There was nothing to be done but snuggle beneath the blankets and watch the sky light up from time to time with a fierce bright blaze of lightning followed by the rumble of rolling late-night thunder.

This morning I have woken full of hope. The air is clear and clean and crisp as a new apple. The power has come back on in the night. I can see my way forward and I’m excited by the opportunities this change has created out in front of me.

How about you? How are you navigating life’s storms?

Know that we are in a significant period of clearing, shifting and healing right now. Embrace that as a positive thing. Pull back when you need to. Have a Doona day if it helps. Trust that things have a way of working out better than you might have planned. And if you’ve been hanging onto things for far too long that are no longer working for you? Let go. Choose again. Choose something new.

We can’t have a rainbow without rain, and storms are sometimes needed to sweep the past away and give us that fresh start we never knew we needed.

Sending so much love your way, and holding the intent that you find your rainbow too,
Big hugs, Nicole ❤ xx

The Power of Mentors – Your Path To Success

Mentorship is simply learning from the mistakes and mastery of a successful person in his/her field. – Bernard Kelvin Clive

We all learn by modelling ourselves on others.  As babies we mimic our parents, copying everything they do until we learn to do those things for ourselves; facial expressions, gestures, words, movements…  The fastest way to have success in anything is always to find someone who is already doing that thing, and then copy what they do, or even better – engage with them and have them show you, or help you.

A mentor is someone who has walked the path before you, learned from their mistakes and become successful in their field. What makes them valuable to you is that THEY know how to do what you want to do because they’ve done it already. I have found business mentors, writing mentors (Hi, Doctor Kim!), money mentors and organic farming mentors to name a few. Sometimes my relationship with these people has been a tangible thing, and sometimes I’ve just watched what they’ve done or read their book – and copied what they did to become successful in their field.

I also work as a spiritual mentor with people who want to develop their metaphysical and psychic abilities. That’s a road I know very well.

It’s never too late to change or improve ourselves.  Today we’re going to use journalling to help us identify who we want to be, and who can help us achieve those dreams. Why not make yourself a nice cup of tea, or take yourself out to a coffee shop. With a beverage at your elbow, and a notebook and pen in hand, work through the following activity. You might surprise yourself at what you discover.

Journal Exercise:

Start by writing this passage at the top of your page.

Dear Universe,

I trust that there is a Universal Wisdom which recognises my gifts and talents, that understands what outcomes and adventures are best for my Highest good, and that matches me to mentors best suited to helping me achieve my dreams.

I trust that there is someone out there who knows exactly what I need to do next.

I am ready to embrace the possibility of a better life for myself. I am ready to move from struggle into flow.  I am ready to embrace abundance, in all its forms. I want you to know that I’m ready for whatever wonderful experiences and opportunities you send my way. I am ready to embrace change, and I am ready to embrace success. Thank you for the mentors I now attract into my life.

Now think of an area in your life where you would like to have success.  Don’t judge what comes next, and don’t over-think it.  Just trust that what you write will begin to create a greater sense of personal and spiritual awareness in your life.

Create a list of people who are leaders in this field, and that you can look up to. (if you don’t know who they are, then do a little research!)

Choose one of the people on your list and spend some time writing about WHY you admire this person, and what they do or have done that you would like to have more of in your own life.  Really allow yourself to explore this in detail, making the emotions you feel as you write this strong and real.

When you have finished, write about how you want YOUR life to look as you walk this same path.  Write down the outcomes you want for yourself, and how this will positively change your future, and the world around you.

Do this over a couple of days, using different mentors from your list each day. Trust that as you build this connection through writing, the perfect teachers, courses, resources, mentors and support will begin to show up in your life.

NB: If you feel that you are walking a path of spiritual awakening right now, and you’d like to explore that further, I suggest you do this exercise while holding one of the following crystals:

  • Clear Quartz – for connecting with Guides and Higher Wisdom
  • Fluorite – for understanding your creative path, and for clear guidance with writing
  • Sodalite – for answers about relationships and knowing your own truth
  • Amethyst – for connecting into your spiritual gifts
  • Rhyolite – for channelled wisdoms – showing you that inner truth you find difficult to access on your own

One more thing…

You know more than you think you do.  How can you mentor others? Where can you reach out to people to share what you know, so that others can learn from YOUR experiences and mistakes?

Learning is love – so let’s spread the love around.  Helping others achieve their dreams always moves us closer to our own. ♥

How To Drink In Colour – A Walking Meditation Technique for Soul Healing

“Let me, O let me bathe my soul in colours; let me swallow the sunset and drink the rainbow.”
Khalil Gibran

Have you ever had a rough day? Silly question. Of course you have. Like you, I have my occasional difficult patch, that place in my life where emotionally (and sometimes physically) I am stretched thin. Sometimes it’s from psychic work, sometimes the dramas of life – it never really matters how I get there, once I am there the only thing to do is nurture.

But what do you do when you feel that terrible gnawing emptiness, exhaustion, or deep emotional pain? When you are so drained that you are out of ideas for how to make yourself feel better…

I recommend a walk.

On this walk I want you to do three things:

Breathe.

Let the rhythm of your steps begin to calm your mind, just like a moving meditation.

Drink in colour.
How do you drink in colour? Let your eyes drift to the things around you. Your soul will guide you towards colours that are soothing, healing, restoring, harmonising. Your chakras and your aura will become more energised. The colours you bring into your awareness will bring gifts to soothe and uplift you.

You’ll arrive home feeling calmer. You’ll find that eventually, or much sooner, answers and ideas start to flow.

Walking and drinking in colour is free. But the rewards are high. Often the best healing tools are right at our doorstep.

I’ve included some photos from around my farm for anyone who can’t get out on a walk of their own. Let the energies and colour reach you and energise you as if you were walking with me.

Much love to you, Nicole ❤ xx

Letting Go – Do you need to? How to decide!

“Be brave and let go. Let go of fear, and pain. Stop holding to the thing that is tearing you apart. While you hang on, grimly gripping and clutching this to you, you deny yourself freedom, new gifts, love. It is madness to presume that you are more wise than the Universe. Let go. Trust.” ~ Nicole Cody

There are so many reasons why we struggle with letting go.

Some of us don’t like to fail – if we say we’re going to deliver, if we take a marriage vow, sign up for a deadline, have ethics that are all about family or mateship, hold strong religious or spiritual beliefs, made a public proclamation about a certain thing, have other people telling us that this is what we need, then we may hold onto a person or situation longer than necessary.

Sometimes we spend our lives thinking about everyone else; not wanting to let people down, wanting THEM to be happy even if we must sacrifice something or all of ourselves to do that. Perhaps we have been raised to see this as worthy behaviour, or the way to be lovable – earning love through good deeds and sacrifice.

Sometimes we become so fixated on achieving the end goal that we stop asking ourselves the right questions: “Does this still serve me?  Does this still honour me?”  “Did it ever…”

Sometimes we’ve let something define us for so long that we no longer know who we are without that thing in our life. Even if it’s killing us or making us miserable.

Sometimes we let our heart rule our head. Sometimes we let our head rule our heart. And it’s not making us feel good. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

Or maybe we are afraid. Afraid that if we let go nothing will ever come to replace it.  Afraid that people will judge us or turn away from us, or leave us. Afraid that if we let go, the thing might suddenly come good, and all our struggle will have been worth it.

Sometimes we think we don’t deserve any better.

So how do we know when we need to let go?

When duty is the only thing that drives us and all the joy has faded from our lives. When we’ve forgotten the reason we signed up for this in the first place.  When we’ve become indifferent to life, our relationship, this thing… When our health is in tatters, when the person in the mirror is a stranger, when our finances are in ruins, when we’re choking down anger and resentment on a daily basis, when we are no longer a person we like or believe in, when we’ve lost ourselves, it’s time to let go.

When we have gotten to a place where everything is hard, everything is dark, where we can see no place in our lives for hope, or joy or happiness, then it’s time to let go. When we can no longer keep our eyes open and our hands on the wheel, and we’re popping pills to keep going, white-knuckled from fear and exhaustion, it’s time to let go.

When it’s in the past, where we have no way to change it, we need to let go.

Why do we need to let go?

When we are in struggle, we are out of the flow of Universal Good. In that place where we are battling against the current of life we exhaust ourselves, and often have nothing to show for our efforts. It is all hard, hard, and harder.

When we surrender and let go, we stop swimming against the current. Life picks us up and supports us and begins to move us in a new direction. There is a wisdom and grace in the Universe that far exceeds our own.  It we can only trust and let go, finally, we can begin moving towards a better future, to new opportunities, new relationships, new adventures.  We give ourselves a fresh start.  We give ourselves a chance to be happy, a chance to find ourselves and to open ourselves to bright new possibilities.

Even if that means for a time we must sit alone, hands empty…

How do we let go?

Sometimes we need to ask for help. It’s not important to have the answer, it’s only important to have recognised that we need to change. There are many skilled and caring people in the world who can help you make the shift once you’ve decided that it’s time.

Sometimes we will already know what to do.

All change requires effort, but change is possible. If you know you’re unhappy and you can longer work out why,  imagine the current choices and relationships in your life. Imagine the problems. Now imagine removing them. Is there a sense of loss or panic, or a sense of relief? Sometimes it’s as simple as that.

Sometimes we only need to put our burdens down for a time. When we’ve rested, or found someone to share the load, then we find we want to continue, that we can continue.

So many times we let go of the job, and we land on our feet. We let go of the relationship, and we meet our soul mate. We pack up and go, and an unexpected direction leads us to a happier and more fulfilled life, unlike anything we could have imagined for ourselves.

When not to let go

You’ll know it. It’s as different a feeling as night is to day. This is an energy within you infused with light, hope, clarity, determination, strength, courage.

It’s the thing that helps you keep swimming, towing a drowning soul with their head above water, when you are both exhausted. It’s the thing that helps mothers lift a car to release their trapped child. It’s the voice inside you that tells you to call someone, or turn up at their house, or dash into a burning building. It’s the conviction that helps you stand by someone when you believe in a better outcome for them but they are in a place where they can’t yet see it for themselves.

That’s the energy of Love. That’s the feel of God as our wings. That’s Divine Grace working through us. There is something within us that will not give up the fight, something within us that KNOWS we can do it, that we will do it. That we would rather do this and die trying than to walk away. This is a feeling of being energised, vital, alive, burning with a seering focus.

Tune in.  How are you feeling? Answer yourself honestly.  Make a decision.  Trust…

I’m holding you in my daily prayers and meditations. You’re not alone in this. I’m with you, and I believe in you,

Guided Meditation for Managing and Reducing Stress

“You have to just relax, calm down, take a deep breath and try to see how you can make things work rather than complain about how they’re wrong.” ~ Tom Welling

There’s so much change around us right now.

Some of us are overwhelmed with loss and grief and endings.

Some of us are overwhelmed with opportunity and don’t know which direction to pursue.

Most of us have too much on our plates, overflowing to-do lists and simply not enough time in the day to get to everything we need to do.

Deep Breath by Tomas A

Deep Breath by Tomas A

Stress reduces our ability to cope and to be resilient.

Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and slow down for a moment.

You know what I’m talking about…

Disappointments. Things that don’t go to plan. Endings we weren’t expecting. Futures that don’t conform to what we’d been led to believe. Judgments against us. Misunderstandings. Our body misbehaving or breaking. Hopes and dreams that end up in tatters at our feet. Grand ideas that tank. Injustices. Broken promises. Wrongs.

Sometimes life just knocks the wind out of our sails.

Or that’s how it feels…

One thing I’ve learned about life’s hard knocks is that although we may get winded, if we can just take a good deep breath, then pause and take another, we often find things aren’t as bad as they first appeared.

Sometimes, of course, it really is that bad. No matter. Breathing helps. Taking a good deep breath centers you; it calms you down, puts you back in your body, and helps clear your head. Then you can better see your way forward.

We are, all of us, stronger than we know. And it’s usually not until we’re really tested by life that we ever find this out.

Tree of Life by Sharon Cummings

I have recorded a twenty minute Guided Meditation for helping you to deal with stress and overwhelm. It uses breathing and visualisation to help reduce tension in your body so that you come to a place of calm and better flow of thoughts, feelings and energy.

All you need to do is make sure that you won’t be disturbed, and then sit or lie quietly and follow along with the sound of my voice.

In endings and difficulties are always the seeds of a new beginning. I’m intending support, healing, connection, guidance, positive flow and direction for you.

Keep breathing. Trust in good outcomes.

Leading by Example – A Lesson In Vulnerability

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
Brené Brown

I’m running a retreat right now. It’s something I love to do – one of my greatest joys is helping others to discover their path, to connect to their intuition and soul wisdom and to become skilled at energy work and using their psychic gifts.

My courses are a mix of lectures, philosophy, channelling and practical activities. And I always demonstrate things I ask my students to do for themselves. So when it comes to teaching how to do personal journey-work I use myself as the example.

Yesterday we worked on connecting in to our Oversoul and asking about our life direction, what will make us happy, what gifts we have come here to share and what our legacy might be.

Which is how I came to be sitting on the carpet in front of my students, my oracle cards spread in front of me as I chose cards and then spoke aloud the very private messages that these cards evoked. This was not staged. I pulled cards and did this exercise that was meant to be done privately in the same way I would have done it if I had been working alone at home.

Every card became harder for me to read. My life was on the floor in front of me, and the messages were profound and excruciatingly personal. But I was committed to doing the exercise from start to finish to teach my students clearly what I was asking them to do for themselves.

By the last card I was in tears, and my voice had a definite waver. It was hard to share such an intimate journey when I did not know in advance what might be revealed with each turn of a card. It was a big reading. There’s nothing like laying your soul bare in front of a crowd to make you really feel your vulnerability.

But I am glad I did. It helped my students to see not just my process, but the power of being brave enough to go deeper with your self-exploration, and of owning that journey.

So my question to you today is this: Who can you help by laying bare your process, by sharing your vulnerability, by allowing yourself to be seen uncensored, raw and real?

Sending much love your way, Nicole ❤ xx

Soul Awakening Activities for The New Moon Partial Eclipse in Leo

“If you chase anything in life chase the things that get you excited about living. Chase the things that give you hope, happiness and a glimpse of a better life. Chase the things that make you want to be a better person. Chase the things that inspire you to think, create and live joyfully. Chase the things that reinforce in your soul that you can make a difference. Chase the things that make you want to transform your heart from selfish to selfless. When you chase that kind of storm you are chasing rainbows.”
Shannon L. Alder

I’m on retreat right now, here in beautiful Byron Bay with my Accelerated Channelling and Sacred Geometry group. I always time my retreats so that the participants will be supported by the surrounding astrological energies, and this retreat is spectacular for personal transformation and psychic connection.

Would you like to learn how you can harness these same energies to progress your spiritual path at home?

We’ll be working with the energies of this New Moon and the Partial Solar Eclipse today, and I thought you might like to use this time to go deeper with your own spiritual work.

The partial Solar Eclipse today (Saturday) boosts the energies of the New Moon in Leo, and heralds new beginnings and major shifts for us, both personally and spiritually. It coincides with the yearly period known as the Lion’s Gate – a portal which opens on the 8th of August every year – an 8:8 event – and which continues until August 12. During the Lion’s Gate portal it is possible to greatly raise your own vibration, and elevate the consciousness of humanity.

It’s a great time to get clarity around your life direction, and for finding answers to questions and problems that have kept you stuck up until now. This eclipse also falls on an 11 day on an 11 year (2018 adds up to 11) which creates what is known as an 11:11 Gateway. This is a time where many will receive a spiritual calling, or where events will come together to help you to achieve profound emotional healing.

Here are some simple activities you can do in the next few days to enhance your intuitive connection and psychic ability, and to clarify your life direction:

Who Am I?

This activity opens you to your own soul wisdom as well as Universal wisdom. It can help to show you who you are now, and who you have the potential of becoming. Don’t judge anything that comes to you. Write it all down!

Image from yogadigest.com

Directions: Sit comfortably with your hands in the Anjali Mudra (prayer position) so that your hands are in front of your heart and your eyes are gazing straight ahead. You can close your eyes if you want. (Note: If you also want to work with a crystal for this meditation hold the stone in your cupped hands first, energise it with light, the place it on your lap or on the ground in front of you or under your chair – then sit in the prayer position) Breathe deeply, relax your body and then ask Who Am I? Wait for any words, images or impressions to appear. Then open your eyes and begin to answer this question in your journal. You might want to do this a few times in the next few days, as each time you do this you will be able to go deeper and into more detail.

Using Cards for Clarification:

Choose an oracle or tarot deck that is meaningful to you. Shuffle the cards and then choose three, placing them face down in front of you. Once again sit in Anjali Mudra (prayer position), calm your mind and ask Who am I? When you are ready open your eyes and begin to work with the cards.

Image by Mysterious Lass at deviantart.com

Turn over the first card – This shows you who you have been, in the past for this current life, or perhaps even from previous lives. Write down what comes to you in your journal.

Turn over the second card – This shows you who you are right now, including strengths and limitations. Write down what comes to you in your journal.

Turn over the third card – This shows you who you can become, or what you can rise above for this current life. Write down what comes to you in your journal.

Reflection Exercise for Life Clarity: Leave the journal for a while. An hour perhaps, or longer. Whatever feels right to you. Then come back and read what you have written. Look for the words that resonate, and for anything that provides inspiration or direction.

Now write again, this time listing your intentions for this lifetime. Who do you want to be? What do you want to contribute, create, have or experience? How will you do this? Trust that whatever is in your heart is possible!

Enjoy this time of connection and reflection. You’re in our hearts, prayers and meditations, and we wish you well.
Much love, Nicole ❤ xx
