Have you made your Christmas Cake yet?
I made mine back in October, with plans to pack it in my suitcase to bring on vacation and then promptly left it in Australia. Oh well, it will have matured nicely by the time we get home in January.

Easy Moist Boiled Fruit Cake Recipe – this one is simple, cost effective and uses condensed milk. To make a vegan version simply replace the condensed milk with coconut condensed milk. It’s delicious!
