Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using the Sacred Destiny Oracle by Denise Linn for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is PROTECTION.
2024 is a year for fresh starts, for creativity, healing and social connection. It’s a year for ambitious projects and for getting stuff done.
July encourages you to focus on your habits and processes – the steps that take you closer to your projects, goals and dreams. It’s a supportive month of creative flow, opportunity, and abundance. Embrace connection, and celebrate your milestones no matter how small or big they might be.
PROTECTION
This week brings us many gifts, all of them good The Universe has your back! And it’s bringing positive change…
On a personal level, expect to find nurture, comfort and inspiration. This could come from music, art, food, good company, your own home, the kindness of strangers, or nature. There is opportunity and breakthrough energy all around. Expect offers, wins, and all kinds of luck and fortune.
At a soul level, know that the Muse is likely to whisper in your ear this week. If she doesn’t, then your Guides will, or an Angel – or maybe your inspiration will come in a dream, or a sign on the back of a bus, or the lyrics of a song. Perhaps the inspiration will come as a sudden clear thought, or an image while you are meditating. Maybe someone will send it to you in an email. Or ask it to you as a direct question.
However it comes, know that inspiration, direction and meaning will be delivered to you this week.
Your job is to stay open to these possibilities, to suspend judgement, and to trust that as inspiration comes to you, you also have the means to make this inspired idea manifest in the world.
It’s a great week for journalling, for creating vision boards, for giving yourself a card reading, and for making inspired plans for the weeks and months ahead.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead
Change is never made by thinking alone. We need to move from thinking to deliberate action. So this morning I’m asking you… What deliberate actions can you identify that will bring you closer to your goals and dreams? Write them down. And then do them! Do them regularly, if they are the kind of actions which need to be repeated. I look forward to seeing what magic you can create in your life! 🙂

I’ve had a whirlwind of a week here at the Treehouse.
Ben and I are off on a short trip later this week, down to South Australia and Kangaroo Island. Sounds good, right?
Hmmm… sounds COLD. Of course, I have lived a sub-tropical life for years. I have no appropriate clothes for cold weather. I had to go buy pants that go all the way to my ankles, warm pyjamas, socks and closed-in shoes. I still expect that I may be underprepared, but I also need to fit my journals, book notes, laptop, Planner, oracle cards and a crystal in my bag too. Priorities, people. Priorities!
Outside of the things I am working on for my business, I’ve been busy writing and connecting with writers and all things writerly. As a result I’ve jumped on an opportunity to attend a conference a little later this year, so I have dusted off two old completed manuscripts with the intention of updating them and then pitching them at the conference in the hope that someone may take an interest in them. Of course, none of these is the book I am currently working on, which means I suddenly have a lot to do in a very short amount of time. No pressure!
How did all of this come about?
I asked the Universe for guidance.
One minute I am floundering around, completely lost, and the next minute I have new friends, new writing groups, and a whole lot of new support and resources. It happened so fast I didn’t even have time to catch my breath.
I highly recommend asking the Universe for support, and then trusting in good outcomes. It’s a fantastic week for it.
