Hey, Lovelies!
Are you feeling it? That huge fatigue that makes it impossible to get things done.
We’re sitting in a big primal soup of chaos, fear, conflict and trauma right now. Even with all the good that is still in the world and the many things for which we can be grateful. And now we’re under the influence of this New Moon and meteor showers. So the energy around us has ramped up another notch, after many of us thought it had peaked out long ago, and there’s more to come.
I know I keep telling you, but I’m going to remind you one more time. If you are a highly sensitive soul, if you’re empathic, intuitive or in any way psychic these current energies are going to be hard for you. Harder than most.
You may feel completely exhausted, or you may swing between okay and suddenly wrecked.
So, please, take it easy. Rest. Rest some more. Step back and look after your mental wellbeing, your physical wellbeing and your energetic wellbeing. Stay hydrated. Nourish your body with good food. And rest.
Your mojo will return. You’ll find direction again. You’ll find a way forward. But not when you’re exhausted.
