Follow Your Longing – Monday Oracle 10 December 2018

“The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.”
~  Oprah Winfrey

Hello, Lovelies!

December is a month for planning and dreaming, interspersed with fun, curiosity, friendship and celebration.  Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Seven of Swords brings us.

This week we’re reminded that our imagination exists for a reason and so do our longings. They create the sparks that make a trail of light through the darkened world, leading us to the things that will give us satisfaction, and for which our soul yearns.

Seven of Swords encourages us to stop wishing and start acting this week. If there is no time for action then at least we can create a plan, we can make decisions, we can choose to make space in the near future for more of what matters in our lives.

Feel into your envies, your frustrations, your jealousies and your hungers this week. Don’t be ashamed of them. Don’t turn away. Be brave enough to look into the face of what they are showing you. Let your soul come alive with desire again. Unchain yourself from the humdrum of duty, obligation and routine. Allow possibility to slip into your heart and illuminate you with hope once more. Vow to yourself that your future can be different, and then make room for that to happen.

Supportive crystals this week?

Petrified Wood (pictured) promotes compassion, wonder, curiosity and benevolence. It is a stone for healing old hurts and allowing hope back into your heart. Amazonite helps you to live bravely and from your heart, especially in regard to your creative projects. It will boost self-confidence and self-worth. Tree Agate heightens your intuition, connecting you to synchronicity, soul wisdom, guides and universal energy. It will help you to work out your priorities and where to best spend your precious energy. Snowflake Obsidian is a wonderful stone for any form of pattern-breaking, helping you to invite or invoke change.

Helpful essential oils?

Coriander essential oil is a good choice for your diffuser this week. It helps you to know yourself, and to reconnect with your truth. To make an effective blend to boost confidence and optimism add Bergamot, Geranium and Cinnamon Bark in a ration of 4:3:2:1.

Cinnamon also gives that lovely spicy Christmassy feel to a blend, helping put you in the holiday mood.

I’m passionate about essential oils and their capacity to support our wellness journey and our spiritual and emotional wellbeing. If you’d like to know more or want to source the oils I recommend and trust visit this site or contact me at channelnc@gmail.com

A space to learn and grow

The next four years 2019 – 2022 are significant for our personal and spiritual evolution, as well as for the evolution of our planet. I thought long and hard about the best way to support your growth over that time and have decided that beefing up the content in my YOM membership area was the best way to help you grow, adapt and step more fully into your authenticity and the life-path you chose for yourself pre-birth. You’ll see this membership group evolve into an Academy of Learning over the next twelve months so that my team and I (human and energetic) can serve you the best way I know how.

My membership space is a place where I can walk you through the year, explain all the aspects of the month ahead and the crystals we’ve chosen, where I do special webinars with my tribe to teach you new skills and share important information, and where I channel with my guides in live webinars, and answer your questions and provide general support. I often jump into our private Facebook group to pull cards and bring through messages for our members too. And did I mention what an incredible, loving and supportive space our YOM Community is? There is real friendship and belonging there. It’s a safe space, a heart space, and a place for great personal transformation. I totally heart it!

The format of YOM is constantly evolving. In 2019 you will have access to the foundation YOM online course as well as twelve free additional mini-courses and live events over the next year as well as our wonderful private Facebook group.

There are yearly subscription and monthly subscription options. Our Planner and a range of physical support materials and packs and online courses are available too. Everything you need is available through our store.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

A Perfectly Wonderful Week For Adventures – Monday Oracle 3 December 2018

“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.
~  Roald Dahl

Hello, Lovelies!

December is a month for planning and dreaming, interspersed with fun, curiosity, friendship and celebration.  Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Child of Wands brings us.

This card heralds delightful energies for a week of adventure. For some people that means outings, unexpected invitations or a sudden strong yearning to break free and go do something different instead of being shackled to routine and boredom.

You’ll also find a note of optimism creeping in, and a newfound appreciation for the small details of your life and the world around you.

It’s a week of surprises, inspired thinking, emotional shifts and big breakthroughs. You’ll have an extra store of emotional courage and personal bravery this week, helping you to put yourself out into the world. Child of Wands reminds us that we can go beyond our current limits, and that we can choose to see ourselves and our lives differently – so that a new and brighter future becomes possible. Map those ideas out and begin making a plan. Ideas are no good if they have no action to back them up and turn them from thought into reality.

If you’re a creative soul you’ll find the ideas literally pouring into your brain and body this week, and you’ll feel itchy for some kind of outlet for the expression of all of this energy. Make sure you take the time to capture those ideas in a recording or on paper. Then make a start, no matter how small. It could end up being a life-changing project for you!

Supportive crystals this week?

Petrified Wood promotes compassion, wonder, curiosity and benevolence. It is a stone for healing old hurts and allowing hope back into your heart. Amazonite helps you to live bravely and from your heart, especially in regard to your creative projects. It will boost self-confidence and self-worth. Orange Calcite connects you to inspiration and is great for all forms of creativity. Green Aventurine (pictured) helps you to relax into the flow of life, tapping you into the joy of living and that wonderful feeling of gratitude.

Helpful essential oils?

Hands down it’s Geranium again this week. Geranium is such an underestimated essential oil. With its sweet floral scent it’s brilliant for helping you relax, unwind and get connected to your essence. It will uplift you and stimulate creativity, sensuality and emotional flow – all energies that are great for shifting us into a more creative space. If you’re an over-giver and your tank is dry, geranium oil will fill you back up again.

Apply it to your pulse points at wrist, neck and over heart like a perfume. Place a few drops in your bath water. Diffuse it. One of my favourite uses is as a centering and inspiring pick-me-up. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and then inhale the aroma. (Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using geranium or any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

For relaxing, enjoying life and lifting your mood try any of these oils on their own or in combination – Wild Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Frankincense and Cinnamon Bark. Cinnamon gives that lovely spicy Christmassy feel to a blend, helping put your house in the holiday mood.

I’m passionate about essential oils and their capacity to support our wellness journey and our spiritual and emotional wellbeing. If you’d like to know more or want to source the oils I recommend and trust visit this site or contact me at channelnc@gmail.com

A Week For Clarity and Purpose – Monday Oracle 26 November 2018

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” ~ C.S. Lewis

Hello, Lovelies!

November is an unusual month, gifting us energies in two different but interlinked areas. The first area is spiritual development. It’s a great month for all forms of metaphysical work, for clarifying our Life Path and for honouring a life-calling by owning our capacity to share knowledge. The second area is our connection to the natural world, and to the nature spirits of the Earth. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Six of Crystals brings us.

I love this card. The message is beautifully summed up by one of my favourite songs from The Sound of MusicClimb Every Mountain. Its message is encouraging us to climb every mountain in pursuit of our dream, or of finding whatever that dream is for us if we don’t know yet. It’s sung by the Abbess to the young nun Maria who is struggling to fit in and find her path.

At the end of the movie the song is played again as a refrain as Maria and the Von Trapp family flee over the mountains into Switzerland to escape Nazi-occupied Austria. Maria has found her dream and committed herself to it completely.

This week we’re encouraged to really step back from our everyday lives and truly think about what our dreams are. Our lives are precious and our dreams matter. Six of Crystals reminds us to keep our dreams at the fore and strive towards them. For some of you this also means that you will be the one leading others on the road you have already travelled as you help them to achieve the things that you already know and practice, or have overcome.

No dream to follow?

Then rest. It’s impossible to be inspired or creative when we are exhausted and dispirited. Take steps to simplify your life and make the changes you need to gently restore your wellbeing and vitality. Spend some time in nature, even if that’s as simple as walking home after work, sitting in the sun at lunchtime or doing some yardwork on the weekend.

Rest – that’s what I’ve been doing as I recover from this latest health hiccup. At first I found it frustrating to be so incapacitated but once I surrendered to it there were many gifts for me in that quiet slow space. Anyway, I’ll tell you more about that tomorrow. I’m easing back into the world, slowly slowly. So grateful for that – I’ve missed you all enormously.

Supportive crystals this week?

Que Sera lifts your vibration and enables you to merge with your own soul knowledge. It’s a stone for personal and spiritual empowerment. Orange Calcite connects you to creativity, inspiration and your heart’s desires and helps you to develop confidence in yourself and your dreams. Use it to help you see your first steps forward. Amethyst (pictured) helps you tune in to spiritual guidance and also helps you to think deeply about your dreams and challenges in ways that allow solutions to be found. Tiger Eye will help you focus, make big decisions and act with integrity and courage. Garnet connects you into the fairy realms, to trees and the earth and all nature spirits. It grounds you and helps you to sit in a vibration of wealth and abundance.

Helpful essential oils?

If you’re ready for clarity and direction:  Patchouli essential oil grounds you and opens you to your Higher Self and intuitive wisdom in a gentle and reassuring way. Cedarwood essential oil enhances all forms of spiritual connection, and creates awareness of the natural world and the energies of nature. Arborvitae creates spiritual trust and is grounding and opening – it’s one of my favourite oils, especially when I meditate (use it with a couple of drops of Frankincense and you’ll be flying in your meditations too!). Use these oils in a diffuser, rub on soles of feet or simply drop some into your palms, rub together and inhale.

If you’re exhausted, discouraged or stuck:  Geranium is brilliant for helping you relax, unwind and get connected to your creative and intuitive essence. It will uplift you and stimulate creativity, self-confidence and emotional flow – all energies that are great for shifting you into a more positive space. Progress, Connection and Positive Outcomes – Monday Oracle 15 October 2018

“When the path ignites a soul,
there’s no remaining in place.
The foot touches ground,
but not for long.

~  Hakim Sanai

Hello, Lovelies!

October brings our focus back to our home environment, our heart-space and our soul’s journey. We’ll feel a need to nest, to clean and beautify the spaces where we spend most of our time (this could be your body, home, work or even your car!) and to have to hand the things we need to make our time in these spaces comfortable and productive. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card The Yellow Brick Road brings us.

The Yellow Brick Road is a positive and reassuring card for us this week. It indicates that obstacles are falling away and the path in front of us will become clear. It’s a time for teamwork, co-operation and collaboration. Expect positive outcomes, helpful energies and synchronicities. Been trying to solve a problem or make a decision? This week the energies are lining up to support you in choosing well or having that moment of divine inspiration that shows your best direction forward.

We’re also reminded that friendship is what supports us during times of challenge. If you are feeling alone reach out to others. If you are feeling strong connect into family and friends to check on how they are. If life is great for you, then celebrate! You never need a reason. Being with people whose company you enjoy is good medicine right now. Want to start a creative project? The Yellow Brick Road encourages you to stop thinking and start doing. Little steps, repeated often, will get you to where you want to go.

Supportive crystals this week?

It helps you to overcome feelings of isolation or loneliness.

Monday Oracle 8 October 2018

“Shall we walk through the woods;
dance through the meadows;
and celebrate the miracle
of this garden world?

Leland Lewis, Random Molecular Mirroring

Hello, Lovelies!

October brings our focus back to our home environment, our heart-space and our soul’s journey. We’ll feel a need to nest, to clean and beautify the spaces where we spend most of our time (this could be your body, home, work or even your car!) and to have to hand the things we need to make our time in these spaces comfortable and productive. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Six of Wands brings us.

Six of Wands reminds us about the joy of sharing life with others, and of celebration. This week look to connect with loved ones, friends and family. It’s a great week for planning future celebrations, and for finding reasons to celebrate the everyday. Music, fun, laughter, togetherness and all forms of sharing are well aspected this week.

The energies of the Six of Wands show us that we are all interconnected. When we lift someone else up we all rise. How can you give the gift of acknowledgement and encouragement to someone else this week? How can you acknowledge and encourage yourself?
Six of Wands also shares lessons about the importance of looking and feeling good in managing our personal and spiritual energy. Why not go through your wardrobe and remove the clothes that are worn, damaged or that no longer fit? It’s a great week to get a haircut, update your look, indulge in some self-care, or even have a medical or dental check-up.

If you’ve been waiting for a breakthrough or good news it may well come this week. Energies of obstruction and difficulty are falling away as we move back into flow again.

Energies of October – 2018

“The heart has its reasons which reason knows not.”
~  Blaise Pascal

Hello, Lovelies :)

It  will  also  be  important  that  these  spaces  reflect  who  we  are,  and  who  we  are  becoming.

Cards for the Month:

I’ve chosen two cards for October for you: one from Colette Baron-Reid’s Enchanted Map and one from Steven Farmer’s Earth Magic Oracle. Please note I don’t use these cards in a conventional way, but rather as a stimulus for channeled information.

Here is what I have received from each card:

“When you want to hurry something, that means you no longer care about it and want to get on to other things. I just want to get at it slowly, but carefully and thoroughly, with the same attitude I remember was present just before I found that sheared pin. It was that attitude that found it, nothing else.”

~  Robert M. Pirsig

It’s  a  time  for  inviting  people  into  our  heart-spaces,  and  for  deepening  our  soulful  relationship  and  connections.  This  could  be  candlelit  dinners  with  a  romantic  partner  where  you  talk  about  your  hopes  and  dreams,  it  could  be  time  spent  planning  an  important  trip  or  a  life  goal,  or  even  a  backyard  picnic  with  friends  reminiscing  about  the  good  old  days  and  reaffirming  your  connections  and  shared  experiences  over  time.

Use  a  little  time  this  month  for  reflection.  Think  about  what  makes  you  happy  and  what  fills  you  up.  Find  ways  to  get  more  of  that  into  your  life.

The second card I’ve chosen is Gaia.

“Nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort.”
~Deborah Day

No  matter  what  we  do  this  month  it  needs  to  be  in  alignment  with  our  soul  energy  and  truth.  Too  tired  for  connection?  Then  say  no  and  have  an  early  night  all  to  yourself.  Work  doesn’t  feel  right?  Tune  in  and  see  if  it’s  still  for  your  highest  good  or  if  it’s  time  for  a  change.  In  every  instance,  no  matter  what  you  are  doing,  take  a  moment  and  breathe  deeply  to  centre  yourself,  close  your  eyes  and  then  tune  in  to  your  body  –  your  energy  levels,  your  emotions  and  your  intuition.  Let  that  be  your  guide  this  month  and  always  as  we  move  forward  in  this  new  era.  It’s  time  to  be  more  aligned  with  yourself,  your  values  and  your  needs.

Best crystals this month?

Bronzite and Angelite

Bronzite promotes inner harmony, reduces worry and allows you to feel grounded, calm and safe.

Angelite nurtures your soul, gifting you expansive connection and deep emotional
nourishment. A stone for revelations and insights about what is good for you.

Essential oils to support your journey?

Young Living’s Joy essential oil blend, or Orange and Lavender essential oils are my picks for October.

Joy opens our hearts and tunes us in to our own inner wisdom and is uplifting, comforting and empowering. Dab a drop of Joy on your Crown Chakra, back of neck, over heart, on wrists and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser.

Orange essential oil helps us to see the possibilities for ourselves and our life and is reaffirming, uplifting and happy-making! It’s also one of the best anti-depression, anti-anxiety and anti-burnout oils I know! Use Orange in your diffuser or add a few drops to your bath. To bring a sense of tranquillity, optimism and safety to your home or workplace add equal drops of Orange and Lavender essential oils to your diffuser or your bath.

Pattern-breaking, Pleasure and Balance – Monday Oracle 24 September 2018

“There are patterns which emerge in one’s life, circling and returning anew, an endless variation of a theme.
~ Jacqueline Carey

Hello, Lovelies!

September is a month for adventuring and travel. It’s a month for exploring new lands, or undiscovered parts of ourselves. Routine and the usual choices will hold no interest for us. We will long for life to surprise us, and we’ll feel compelled to try new things. We will be less held back with worry about what other people think of us. Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Alice in Wonderland brings us.

Alice in Wonderland asks us to look at the patterns in our lives. When we do the same thing over and over in the same way we cannot expect to get a different result. This week we are encouraged to break patterns where our thoughts, actions and behaviours no longer serve us. We are also encouraged to create new patterns that are healthy and supportive. Remember that you can always seek help for this if you know you need to change but you don’t know how to do that on your own.

What can you do to create more balance and sustainability in your work, your health, your home life and relationships this week?

This week it’s easier for us to view our lives from a higher perspective – to be less judgemental of ourselves and others and more able to see potential solutions and opportunities for breakthroughs.

Alice in Wonderland also brings gifts of mindful pleasure, of owning what makes us happy and taking responsibility for the outcomes of our lives.

What can you do to support yourself well this week, to nourish your soul and to give you emotional satisfaction?

Supportive crystals this week?

Pyrite promotes confidence, good decision-making, courage and the ability to embrace your potential. Tree Agate heightens your intuition, connecting you to synchronicity, soul wisdom, guides and universal energy. It will help you to work out your priorities and where to best spend your precious energy. Moonstone (pictured) will help you to feel deserving of pleasure and happiness in your life and to know what will nourish you emotionally. Snowflake Obsidian is a wonderful stone for any form of pattern-breaking.

Helpful essential oils?

Last week’s oils will work beautifully for you this week too!  You need essential oils that can help you bring your mind to a place of clarity, balance, calm and productivity. I’ve added in an extra one this week – Lemongrass for being open to change and for pattern-breaking. The following oils can be diffused or inhaled on their own but also blend beautifully together:

  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Lavender
  • Peppermint
  • Cypress
  • Eucalyptus
  • Lemongrass

Need an extra boost of encouragement? Try Young Living’s Believe essential oil blend. It’s fabulous in your diffuser while you work, or as a quick pick-me-up. Believe is uplifting and promotes confidence, spiritual connection, clarity and belief in ourselves. It also helps us to let go of fear, doubt and old emotional pain and hurt.  I often use this oil when I am creating, writing or journalling, or working with cards for myself.

You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,

Nicole ❤ xx

PS: Monday’s oracle card, ‘Alice in Wonderland’, is from the Inner Child Cards – A Fairy-Tale Tarot. I use any cards shown as a prompt for channelled messages and my own own intuitive wisdom, so my take is sometimes quite different to the meaning found in a book.

The Power of Focus – Monday Oracle 17 September 2018

“If you want to be happy, do not dwell in the past, do not worry about the future, focus on living fully in the present.
~  Roy T. Bennett

Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Ace of Swords brings us.

Ace of Swords reminds us of the power of focus. This week it is important to bring that focus to your life. Don’t scatter your energy by trying to do too many things at once, by being all things to all people and by multi-tasking.

There is something powerful in bringing your attention to the moment – to living fully in the presence of a person, a task, an idea. Your focus becomes a sacred act. It can lead to the creation of new things. It can invoke patterns of completion. It heightens flow of inspiration and draws forth synchronicities and magic.

What can you bring your focus to this week? What most needs your attention? How can you create a concerted effort to get something started or completed? This week also supports major decision making and all forms of writing, legal work and signing of important documents.

Supportive crystals this week?

It will help you to work out your priorities and where to best spend your precious energy. Red Jasper will keep you grounded as the ideas flow, and gift you stamina and resilience if you end up burning the candle at both ends. Fluorite (pictured below) taps you into your innate creativity, fires up your inspiration and helps you to be honest, objective and innovative with your work.

This week you need essential oils that can help you bring your mind to a place of clarity, calm and productivity. The following oils can be diffused or inhaled on their own but also blend beautifully together:

  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Lavender
  • Peppermint
  • Cypress
  • Eucalyptus

Nicole ❤ xx

A Week For Love, Magic and Miracles – Monday Oracle 10 September 2018

“All of us need to be in touch with a mysterious, tantalizing source of inspiration that teases our sense of wonder and goads us on to life’s next adventure.
~  Rob Brezsny

Hello, Lovelies!

September is a month for adventuring and travel. It’s a month for exploring new lands, or undiscovered parts of ourselves. Routine and the usual choices will hold no interest for us. We will long for life to surprise us, and we’ll feel compelled to try new things. We will be less held back with worry about what other people think of us too (Isn’t that a relief!). Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Six of Hearts brings us.

When we lift each other up, when we help each other, we all rise. That’s the essence of the magic Six of Hearts brings us. This week’s energies are all about co-operation, collaboration, and helping each other to experience win-win situations. There is so much opportunity around us right now to move out of that space of being stuck in the past or stuck in regret so that we can move forward to new opportunities.

It’s a great week to join a mentoring group or start one, to find a coach or mentor or become one, and to connect into communities, tribes, social groups or any other kind of group that holds your interests and values, and where you can learn, grow and contribute!

When we change ourselves, and our own vibration rises, we positively influence everyone and everything around us. Change truly can start with ourselves. We are never powerless – no matter how difficult our lives may seem we have control over our thoughts, emotions and actions. Work with your own mental attitude this week, knowing that no matter what is happening in your life you still have the capacity to choose your actions and reactions.

Six of Hearts reminds us that we can call on Angels, Guides, Ancestors and God to help us in our times of trouble or when we need inspiration and encouragement. We are never alone, and miracles happen every day.

This is also a week for love, romance and deep soul connection. No matter what your situation, do your best to come from love in everything you do this week. Expect magic. Expect blessings. Ask for miracles and be open to receiving them.

Supportive crystals this week?

Pyrite promotes confidence, good decision-making, courage and the ability to embrace your potential. Tree Agate heightens your intuition, connecting you to synchronicity, soul wisdom, guides and universal energy. It promotes inner peace and emotional healing. Smoky Quartz is fantastic for making decisions, new ideas and directions, planning and busting through old limits. Pearls (pictured) nurture you, helping you to believe that you are worthy of love and healing your heart of old hurts. Each of these stones can be worn, held, placed into a work space or popped into your pocket.

Helpful essential oils?

Lavender is a beautiful oil this week for enhancing communication, deepening trust in relationships and helping you to feel settled and safe.

(Here’s a simple three-minute meditation you can do using lavender or any of your favourite essential oils – click here)

Need an extra boost of encouragement? Try Young Living’s Believe essential oil blend. It’s fabulous in your diffuser while you work, or as a quick pick-me-up with a three-minute meditation. Believe is uplifting and promotes confidence, spiritual connection, clarity and belief in ourselves. It also helps us to let go of fear, doubt and old emotional pain and hurt.  I often use this oil when I am creating, writing or journalling, or working with cards for myself.

A Week for Overcoming Fears – Monday Oracle 3 September 2018

“Never let hard lessons harden your heart; the hard lessons of life are meant to make you better, not bitter.
~   Roy T. Bennett

Keep that in mind as we look at the gifts of inspiration which the oracle card Ten of Swords brings us.

Ten of Swords is a supremely reassuring card. We don’t need to do everything on our own. Instead we are encouraged to reach out for help, to consult a mentor or expert, to gather together to overcome an obstacle, bring about change or defeat a foe. Check your boundaries too. Are you saying yes when you wanted to say no? Are you protecting what matters, getting enough sleep and looking after yourself and your own needs? Running on empty? Don’t be afraid to step back or step away in order to refill your tank.

This week also holds a powerful energy for overcoming our fears. What have you been procrastinating about, or fearful of acting upon? Let this week be the week where you turn things around by thinking and acting in new ways. A great week for decisions and new directions.

Helpful essential oils?

I’m loving Young Living’s Clarity and Joy blends this week. Use Clarity for focus, inspiration and breakthroughs. Dab a drop on your Crown Chakra and the soles of your feet, inhale directly or add to your diffuser. Use Joy to help you move back to a place of contentment, confidence and happiness. It’s great to inhale directly, diffuse or add a drop to Heart Chakra, throat and inner wrists like perfume. A few drops added to your bath make for magical self-care.

If you want to use a single oil, choose any of these for their uplifting and confidence inducing qualities – Bergamot, Grapefruit, Ylang Ylang, Orange or Geranium.

You can find the oils here.

Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations, and intending for you a life of abundance and joy, where you are no longer limited by your doubts.

All my love,
