Have You Organised Some Down Time Yet?

Slowing down does not indicate that you are giving up. It simply means that your soul is seeking some well earned recharge.

Hello, Lovelies!

December’s energies bring opportunities for rest, recharge and reconnection.

But that won’t happen magically, all by itself.

Have you crossed out some days in your diary yet?

Have you given yourself some hours, or afternoons, or evenings, just for you?

Have you scheduled in some time for things (and people, and places) that you truly enjoy?

Life is short, and precious. Creating moments that matter, and that deeply restore you, need to be a priority this month.

Let us know in the comments what you have planned. Who knows? Your ideas may provide the inspiration for someone else.

Love, hugs and afternoon naps, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. My children are in the last days of school for the year. This morning as I contemplated the month ahead I realised that the thing I most want to do is go see some movies, or to sit on the couch with them and watch some at home. So that is what I will be seeking out on the next few weeks.

    1. Thanks for the inspiration to actually commit. I have oodles of art and craft supplies that I don’t use spending way too much time procrastinating and watching youtube videos of others creating. So I am going to break out a canvas, some paints and my drill and have a go at spin art, it looks like fun.
