“No” is a complete sentence.

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using the Sacred Earth Oracle Deck cards by Toni Carmine Salerno and Leela J. Williams, illustrated by Helena Nelson-Reed for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is MODERATION. As we move into the energies of the New Moon eclipse in Gemini, it’s time for we highly sensitive people, empaths and intuitives, to tune in and honour our energy levels.

MODERATION reminds you that when you have limited resources and energy it’s imperative that you pace yourself, that you protect your reserves, that you don’t push yourself into deficit or hardship.
It’s okay to say no. It’s okay to rest or have quiet time on your own.
Expect that your energy levels may be lower this week. Please, don’t push through. Respect your body. Respect your soul. Give yourself a break. Nurture yourself and put up some healthy boundaries – for other people and also for yourself.
This week, be aware of your current behaviours and coping skills too. Are they working for you?
Do you need to say no to that second coffee or glass of wine? Can you indulge your sweet tooth with a few squares of chocolate instead of the entire block? Are you eating for emotional comfort rather than hunger? This week gifts you extra capacity to say no, to stop early, or to not even start with a habit or practice that doesn’t serve you well.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead: Put your hands over your heart, close your eyes, and take a few deep slow breaths. Then check in with yourself. How are you feeling? How much charge do you have in your internal battery? If your battery level is moderate or low, practice extra self-care, plan on some early nights, and minimise energy-stealing people and activities until you start to feel better. Tune in often this week!
Crystals to support you this week – Smoky Quartz, Amazonite, Rhodonite, Carnelian, Red Jasper

Here in our treehouse I am still unpacking, sorting and tidying. This weekend I finally unpacked a suitcase that had been sitting on the floor of the guest room in Brisbane since late last February when I arrived back in Australia from Sedona, just in front of the worldwide COVID lockdowns and the chaos that descended in March, 2021.
I’d long ago cleared out the dirty laundry and toiletries. But the rest of my travel essentials were there. And then I’d filled the suitcase with things to take home to the farm; important things like books and tarot cards and crystals and journals. Ben took the suitcase to the farm while I stayed in Brisbane to use the good internet and then the hard border happened, I got stuck in Brisbane, Ben was stuck at the farm, the suitcase was shoved under a bed, and it stayed forgotten until yesterday. It was delicious to rediscover this old bag of mine, but bittersweet too as I found remnants of several trips away tucked into side pockets and zippered sections I hadn’t checked for years, and I suddenly felt so nostalgic for overseas travel!
Still, I have so much to explore in our new community and environs. Plus I have a whole world to explore through my imagination as I write and dream and plan.
Love, sparkly lanyards and obsolescent room keys for doors I’ll never open again, Nicole xx
YAY! Thanks Nicole and team! 🙏🏻
