Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using The Sacred She Oracle by Ma Deva Padma for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 2. FOCUS
2024 is a year for fresh starts, for creativity, healing and social connection. It’s a year for ambitious projects and for getting stuff done.
May is a month for trying things out, for being playful and embracing social connection. It’s a great month for supporting your health and wellness, and for developing routines and habits that move you slowly but surely towards your goals.
2. FOCUS
This week you are encouraged to open your eyes, and see what IS, rather than what you hope something to be, or fear something to be. Knowledge is power so be honest with yourself about the situations in your life. If you’re not happy with something look for a solution, someone to fix it or help you with it, or a better choice.
Above all, put focus on your relationships, your financial situation (this can include career or employment), and your goals and dreams. Where are you at with everything? Are you seeing positive results or change yet? Have you put in regular effort, or have you just been avoiding things or fooling around?
Create habits and routines that move you closer to those dreams. Protect, support and enhance your personal projects and the vision you have for the life you want to create. Then keep your eye on the prize.
Find someplace small to start, and begin! After that, keep going with small consistent actions.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead
If you are really blocked with something, get help. Chances are, if you haven’t done the thing or solved the issue by now it’s because you don’t know how. But someone will have that knowledge. Let someone else advise you, guide you, or work on your behalf. Get out from under that big old worry and procrastination pile so you can move on to better things, or gain momentum after being stuck.
Crystals to support you this week – Carnelian, Amethyst, Rhyolite, Fluorite, Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline
Here at the Treehouse we finally have progress on our new stone and crystal front steps. Weeks of wet weather meant that everything got put back, and of course just after the crew began work last week the rain set in again, but I am hopeful that this week we will get done, or close to done. I can’t wait to see how it evolves, and how my precious crystals will look nestled like rivers of colour amidst the dark flagstones that will make up the bulk of the stonework.
It has been a bit of an up and down few weeks for me since I connected to a new doctor. More tests, lots more tests, and already some results that aren’t fab. I will admit to being sore, down and miserable for a couple of days (and I also had a brutal allergic reaction to ultrasound gel, which led to a painful rash all over my neck and abdomen), but as my darling and very wise sister reminded me, knowledge is power, and it’s always better to know what’s going on in your body so you can make more informed treatment and lifestyle decisions.
But yeah. Not gonna lie. It sucked.
Better now. Headspace is back in that positive place. And my precious Rufie Dog has stuck close beside me all week, giving me encouraging nose bumps, kisses, licks and puppy-dog eyes.
I have also been embracing the power of my ten-minute or ten-item game. In the middle of being crazy busy with health stuff, life responsibilities and my business, I have been gifting myself little increments of tidying. Ten minutes to work on a flat surface, a pile, a drawer, an inbox. Ten items washed up, or put in the dishwasher, or returned to their proper homes. You wouldn’t think it could make a difference, but all those little efforts add up. I also find it incredibly soothing, and reassuring when I haven’t managed to get much brain-work done on a bad day.
Meanwhile the 2025 Planner is getting closer to being ready for the printers, and I’ve been so inspired by next year’s possibilities and opportunities that I am already filling my whiteboard with ideas.
I also had another snake visitor out on the deck this week, rounding out our inside-the-house visit from the gigantic 4m coastal python the week before. This gorgeous green tree snake spent a little time with me before shimmering off the deck and back out into the wild. Isn’t she pretty!
And it seems a microbat has taken up residence in our home, considering it his own private cave.
Australia – we have all the things…
Hugs, love and a serious amount of critters, Nicole xx

I do a similar thing during times of overwhelm where I set a timer for 10 or 15 minutes and pick one thing to focus on. When the timer goes off, I’m done. I have cleared my basement 3 times in 30 years that way! Seems it is time to do it again! LOL
Snakes are beautiful from a distance and in photos but not up close and personal, not for me anyway.
Staying focus on what is, sound right but something some many find hard to do
