🧁Nicole Update

It’s been a big week behind the scenes for me – emotional, eye-opening, and a little confronting if I’m honest. I had a meeting with my heart specialist, and let’s just say the message was loud and clear: slow down, rest more, and take the pressure off myself wherever I can. It’s not easy to hear when you’re someone who loves creating, helping, and showing up… but sometimes the body insists on what the mind resists. So I’m listening. Or trying to. One gentle step at a time.

In between all of that, I’ve been pouring my heart into The Sacred Journey, a deep-diving, year-long spiritual program that originally started as a personal project just for me. Then I thought, “Well, my Inner Circle could really use this.” And now… I’m starting to wonder if some of you might need it too. It’s becoming something beautiful: soulful, restorative, practical, mystical – exactly the kind of container I wish I’d had during my own times of transformation. I’ll share more soon.

On the home front, I’ve somehow managed to finalise my Christmas menu (how is it nearly the end of the year already?!), and I’m still absolutely loving packing Etsy orders. Adding little treats and a handwritten love note with each parcel is honestly one of my favourite parts of my whole year. It feels like sending tiny bundles of joy out into the world.
