The Week Ahead – Oracle Reading for Monday 5 December

“There’s always a moment that separates the past from the future, and that moment is now.”
~ Aniekee Tochukwu Ezekiel

Hello, Lovelies!

Here’s the oracle card I have chosen this Monday, and my take on the energetic outlook for the week ahead.

‘Possibilities’ is from the Osho Zen Tarot deck and it signals opportunities for us to gain much-needed clarity and direction about our lives, and understanding of situations both current and past.

As the first full week of December stretches out before us, we are positioned to finally be able to make sense of all that has been going on in our life. This year. Last year. The years before that…

It is a fantastic week for being able to rise above the day-to-day workings of our lives and to look down upon it all in a way that gains us perspective, understanding and insights that have been unavailable to us until now.

This week find some time for reflection, planning, journaling and thinking deeply about your life. Ask your Guides and your Higher Self to show you what you most need to know right now, especially in relation to long-standing issues where you need resolution or a new direction.

It’s a week where patterns, habits and motivations will become clear – and then you can choose to keep, discard or change them!

Be aware of your self-talk this week. Are you keeping yourself trapped by endlessly repeating the same old story, even if it is not your truth anymore, or is not the truth of the direction in which you’d like to head?

Choose some new words and a new story. Reframe your life to create a new future for yourself, and a solid foundation for 2017.

Look for the existing good in your life, and acknowledge that good. Cultivate gratitude and appreciation in all you do.

Thank people who support and serve you.

And if you find yourself being treated badly, taken for granted, or taken advantage of? Think deeply on that this week too, and about whether you are prepared to continue to accept this energy, situation or relationship in your life in the year ahead.

Remember: you are worthy of love and respect.

The other thing this week lends itself to is the creation of long-range plans.

Choose a goal to work towards, especially one that is ambitious and that stretches and grows you. Have something far out in front of you that shines and beckons and encourages, and that will inspire you to keep going when things get tough.

Choose a better life for yourself.

Supportive crystals this week? Clear quartz, amethyst, fluorite and labradorite.  Helpful essential oils? Young Living’s Clarity essential oil blend, or  a combination (or singly!) of any of jasmine, orange, lavender and frankincense.

Wishing you a breakthrough week of wisdoms and insights. Holding you, as always, in my thoughts, prayers and meditations. Dream big, and value yourself! All my love,

Nicole❤ xx

  1. Thank you Nicole. I read this and smiled when I saw “Are you keeping yourself trapped by endlessly repeating the same old story”. It actually is not exactly the same story but the same pattern that is happening over and over again. I am presently grieving a friendship, the first and only friendship I had since 2011. It’s kind of a cycle? I don’t have close friends, people I can talk to openly. It is so rare that I feel comfortable enough to talk to anyone but then when it happens, the friend decides to leave. I say it’s kind of a cycle because it happened in 2007, 2011 and is happening now. I feel like my whole life becomes meaningless. It makes me feel unworthy, unlovable. What hurts me most is that I love with all my heart and would do anything to keep my friends close but they just choose to ignore me with no explanation.
