You know, you can only actually help someone who wants to be helped.

Hey Lovelies,
Rest assured that my delicious cheesecake recipe will be posted in the next few days.
Meanwhile, I have been unexpectedly busy.
As you probably know, I have complex chronic and degenerative health conditions. A meeting with one of my doctors over recent medical test results, and then a conference earlier this week between a new doctor and some of my other medical team, has led to a flurry of new medical tests and scans, and more on the way.
How wonderful to have a fresh perspective, and for there to be new possible treatments and further investigative work.
Usually I just limp along, grit my teeth and make the best of it. But this week I was told that some of the things I am suffering from can be improved or managed better, and that it doesn’t need to be this hard.
I can’t tell you how relieved I am to know that things I had given up on are now back in the spotlight. To be heard, understood and taken seriously is a balm for my soul.
I’ll keep you updated as more news becomes available.
Meanwhile, it’s ANZAC Day here in Australia, so we will take some time this morning to remember and honour the fallen and those who have served, and are still serving. We’ll be having banana cake and mugs of tea for breakfast to commemorate my beloved paternal grandfather and his neighbour Mr Mac, who both served in WW2. Then later today I’ll be supporting clients with private readings.
Feeling blessed.
Much love, Nicole xx
