Are You Managing Okay This Week?

There are wounds that never show on the body that are deeper and more hurtful than anything that bleeds.

Laurell K. Hamilton

Hey, Lovely!

Are you travelling okay?
Are you managing?

This is a big week, energetically speaking. It’s a week where old wounds, insecurities and hurts may flow to the surface, suppressed fears may re-emerge, bad news may rock your world, old troubles and issues may flare up again, even though you thought you had dealt with them and put them behind you.

Don’t take it to heart.

My inbox is crammed right now with messages from people who aren’t managing, who are not coping with the details of their lives. It’s not just you – it’s an energy that is passing through humanity like a wave.

How to cope? Break things down into the smallest steps. Get help. Talk to someone. Change your focus. Be gentle with yourself. Keep breathing.

This too shall pass.

Rest where you can. Nurture and nourish yourself – body, mind and spirit.

Know that you are in my daily prayers and meditations,

All my love, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Last night in bed I wondered if this might be the case because I sleep not good at the moment and I when I do I dream a lot. And I feel so much and my body gives certain signals.
    Thank you for your prayers!

  2. Nicole my husband and I had to make the tough decision to have our darling 13 year old dog Millie put to sleep because she had a massive stroke. Even though it was an inevitable decision it was still so very hard but it was the last and kindest act we could do for her. The Vet came to our home and while my husband held Millie the Vet did her work. I then took Millie for her last cuddle. Now nothing ‘fits’.

    1. Oh, they leave such a big hole when they go, don’t they? Thank you for doing what was best for Millie, and for being with her til the end. I’m so sorry for the loss of your beloved friend. Biggest hugs and love xx
