Treat Yourself As Sacred – Monday Oracle 27 October 2025

“The great lesson from the true mystics is that the sacred is in the ordinary, that it is found in one’s daily life, in one’s neighbors, friends, and family.”

— Abraham Maslow

Hello, Lovelies!

This Quarter I am using the The Sacred Forest Oracle by Denise Linn, illustrated by Scott Breidenthal, for my weekly oracle readings.

Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 52.Wood Nymph – BEAUTY

2025 is a year for pattern breaking, deep healing, mysticism and new directions.

October is a month for Transforming Your Relationships – with yourself, your loved ones, your interests, your talents and your dreams. Plan to spend meaningful time with the people and activities that matter most to you, and spend time on yourself too, so that you look and feel good. November is a month for Transforming Your Home and Community. It’s a great month for renovations and those touches that make a house feel like a home, for spending time with the people and community groups that you love, and for embracing action and activism, especially if that’s moving you closer to your dream life. Practice gratitude and giving back. Be open to offers of help too!

🌸 Monday Oracle: Treat Yourself as Sacred

This week, the Universe invites you to fall in love with yourself again – not in a vain or shallow way, but in the kind of deep, healing way that reminds you: you are sacred.

It’s a week for reconnecting with your body, your wellbeing, your sense of beauty and confidence. Whether that means getting a haircut, buying a new outfit, painting your nails, or simply sitting quietly and thanking your body for carrying you through everything, this week is about honouring you.

🌿 The Beauty Within

We live in a world that’s often quick to tell us what we “should” look like – but this week is your reminder that beauty starts from within.
When you treat yourself with love, care, and respect, it shows.

✨ Look in the mirror and speak gently to yourself.
✨ Dress in a way that feels like you.
✨ Choose comfort and confidence over trends or expectations.
✨ Nourish your body with food that gives you energy and joy.

You are already worthy of care, no matter what shape, age, or stage of life you’re in.

💫 Fresh Energy, New Habits

This week’s energy also supports fresh starts in health and wellbeing.
Start small if you need to.

🌸 Drink an extra glass of water.
🌸 Stretch gently in the morning.
🌸 Take a slow walk outside.
🌸 Add a handful of greens to your plate.

And if you’re ready for more – join a yoga class, try a new routine, or finally book that massage or haircut you’ve been putting off.

Every small act of care creates ripples of renewal.

💕 The Joy of Shared Care

If you can, share your self-care time with someone you love. Go for a walk together, cook a nourishing meal, or plan a pampering afternoon. Connection magnifies healing. When we care for ourselves, we teach others to do the same.

🌙 Reflection Prompt

How can I honour and care for myself  – body, mind, and spirit – this week?

🌸 Ritual: The Mirror Blessing

  1. Stand in front of a mirror.

  2. Look into your own eyes.

  3. Say, softly but clearly:
“I see you. I honour you. You are sacred.”

  4. Then place your hand over your heart and breathe in love, breathe out gratitude.

Do this daily if you can. The words may feel awkward at first, but soon, your body and soul will begin to believe them.

💛 Closing Thought

You are not a project to fix — you are a being to cherish.
Let this week be a celebration of your wholeness, your resilience, and your radiant, perfectly imperfect self.

Treat yourself as sacred. Because you are. 🌿

🌟 Top Tip of the Week:

Small acts of self-love build big change.
You don’t need a makeover — you need moments of care.
Brush your hair slowly, choose clothes that make you feel like you, sip water mindfully, stretch when you wake up.
Each act tells your body, I’m listening. You matter.

Well, the less said about last week the better.

I managed to do my speed dating pitches for my new novel, and I managed to style and take photos of the planner and our other lovely offerings. But I spent the majority of the week miserably sick and barely managing thanks to round 2 of my chemo drugs.

Ever the optimist, I am hopeful that this week may be easier. There is absolutely no reason to think that it will, but the alternative is too awful to contemplate.

Here at the Treehouse, it suddenly feels like summer. Tropical heat and humidity, afternoon thunderstorms, and everything green and growing wild. That’s a much more positive thing to be contemplating. I feel the stirrings of a new book, and I’ve been making scribbled notes. Happily, it’s nearly November. Although NaNoWriMo may be no more (that crazy National Novel Writing Month where you’re encouraged to write 50 000 words in a month) I feel the ridiculous need to crack my knuckles, sit down at my writing desk, and see what might come forth. That’s how I began this last book I have just pitched to publishers, and I love that feeling of a story bubbling up, and having no idea where it will lead or what might happen.

I’m a bit patchy with posting depending on how violently unwell I am but I will find my way there, so thanks for your patience as I navigate this current chapter in my health adventures.

This week, remember to nourish and cherish yourself. If you don’t, who will?
Fierce determination, a packing room full of new treasures and wrapping paper, and the comfort of clean sheets,  Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.
