If you have a past with which you feel dissatisfied, then forget it, now. Imagine a new story for your life and believe in it. Focus only on the moments when you achieved what you desired, and that strength will help you to get what you want.

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using Queen Of The Moon Oracle by Stacey Demarco for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 9. ASSESSING.
9. ASSESSING
This is a wonderful week for taking stock of our current direction, and reflecting on the goals and dreams we are working towards or would like to work towards. As we do that we’ll feel the weight of some things slowing us down, or holding us back. We’ll feel heaviness where things are no longer a match for who we are becoming and where we want to go in life. We may also an idea or project shining bright – beckoning us forward like our own personal guiding star.
Sometimes, in order to move forward, we need to release some of our old dreams, old ideas, old connections, old stuff. This week it’s time to tie up loose ends, to feel okay about letting some stuff go, or leaving some stuff forever unfinished so you can move on to things that are more aligned with who you are now. It’s also time to work out what your main priorities for action will be, not just for the week ahead, but for the next few months, or even for the entire year.
But… please don’t panic if you also feel stressed, guilty or discombobulated because you never got something done, are thinking of letting something go or are moving in a new direction. Don’t tell yourself you are a failure if you decide not to complete something. Be gentle with yourself – and treat yourself with kindness, care and compassion.
Our life is a work in progress – life is about learning, growing, evolving. Who we were ten years ago is not who we are now, and who we are today is not who we will be tomorrow. Life is a constant dance of choices, change, letting go to some things and welcoming the new energy of others. The energies of the week ahead help us to review where we are at and make necessary changes to support the future.
This week also supports tidying up, decluttering, planning and organising!
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead:
Remember, you don’t need to finish everything, or stick with decisions, commitments or ideas that once served you but that don’t fit so well anymore. Sometimes it is better to leave something unfinished, because to put more energy into it would move you further and further out of alignment. Give yourself time to feel into things this week. You’ll know what needs to stay, and what needs to be let go.

Crystals to support you this week – Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Red Jasper, Fluorite, Hematite
Ben and I celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary this week. If the weather is fine we’ll be having a twilight picnic at the beach. Ah, romance!
I’m also starting my first month (hello, February-just-around-the-corner; you’re looking GOOD!) of alternating a client sessions week and then a writing week – so I’ll have two full weeks each month to devote to books, course development and creative projects. It’s my hope that this will be the beginning of a much more sustainable way of working. This going slow feels so much better – and with such a soulful year ahead of us I appreciate having time to do my own inner journeying, as well as creating some new courses and resources for you around these themes.
I can feel a little writing room decluttering coming on too!
Wishing you a week of revelations, clarity and calm.
Hugs, daily swims, scented candles and new notebooks, Nicole xx

Going slow is so much better. I have a PhD in it now and have more time to do what I want. Pleased you have the same idea. Xx
