This morning I’m not blogging.
I’m sleeping.
Sleeping is healing, and right now what I need more than blogging is rest. After my recent illness I’ve come back to work part-time – but it’s more tiring than I had expected. Guess I still need to take it easy for a while longer.

I am only just learning about balance after years of punishing my body with exercise, diet, work, etc, etc. Our bodies are smart and do fight back eventually! Enjoy your rest time Nicole. Love, Rita

It’s so hard to push yourself when you don’t feel good I used to but now I listen to my body and I rest . I do still feel guilty though it’s a hard balance.
