The Definition Of Courage

“This, ultimately, is the lesson to come away with from our brief foray into the world of experimental psychology: To build your working life around the experience of flow produced by deep work is a proven path to deep satisfaction.” ~ Cal Newport

Hello, Lovelies!

From today I am leading the ‘Connect To Your Calling’ Retreat for the next 6 days. It’s a deeply immersive experience for the participants, where they are voluntarily cutting off from the outside world and all modern technological distractions for the period of our time together.

We’ll be diving deep into the metaphysical, as I help my students gain clarity around who they are and why they are here. It’s BIG soul work. Deep work. And possibly life-changing work for some.

It’s a course that requires curiosity and courage – my students will be led to stand in front of themselves and truly see themselves as they are, and as they can be, free from limited thinking and the contrivances and mis-beliefs that have kept them safe and stagnant in their ordinary lives. The techniques I will teach them are those I have been refining and working with in my own life over the past thirty years. I know they work, and I know the results that can come from connecting into the deeper truth within yourself.

Change, and opening to possibility is always hard. But I also know that a time comes when it is harder to stay still then to begin moving, even if that new direction takes you far away from everything you have previously thought you knew about yourself.

After our time together I’ll be mentoring the group intensely for the next three months as we work to cement the learnings that will be gathered in Retreat. I’m excited to see what will come from this mentoring and how these brave students will then go out into the world to follow their Calling and share their gifts.

I know that not all of you are able to travel across the world to be at one of my Retreats, and this content is so important. If you would like me to look at turning the ‘Connect to your Calling’ work into an online course and mentoring group please contact Chelsi at chelsi@cauldronsandcupcakes.com or by commenting below. If there is enough interest I will work to create something for the second half of this year for you.

Much love, Nicole ❤ xx
