Making Music And Sending Love From Hong Kong

“Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent.”
Victor Hugo

Hey, Lovelies.

Ben, Trishy and I have been in Hong Kong for the past few days, working on our Academy, planning our year ahead and attending the Stationery Fair.

The fires at home are never far from our mind, and neither is our commitment to the environment. That’s been a big focus of our ongoing discussions too.

It is shaping every decision we make, and every product we look at.

There has been downtime too, and Hong Kong has offered us food for body, mind and spirit.

We spent time in a temple yesterday, lighting incense, sending prayers and meditations around the world.

It felt good to surround ourselves with prayer and peace and hope.

Last night we went walking the streets of Hong Kong, and came across the Hong Kong Arts Centre, where Trishy gave us a spontaneous song on the piano we found there.

Later, after a good meal and a few drinks, we found ourselves singing along to old favourites with a live band in a small bar not far from our hotel.

Music, friendship, food, togetherness and sharing the journey. That’s what makes life good.

We start our homeward journey today, and I’ll be back at my little farm on the weekend. Can’t wait to see our puppies, catch up with our friends and neighbours, and get our feet back on Australian soil.

Much love to you, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.
