“Don’t you find it odd,” she continued, “that when you’re a kid, everyone, all the world, encourages you to follow your dreams. But when you’re older, somehow they act offended if you even try.”

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using The Light Seer’s Tarot by Chris-Anne for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 17 – THE STAR. This powerful card urges us to keep our dreams alive, and reminds us that magic we seek is already within us.
17 – THE STAR asks you What it is that you want to create in this one precious life?
Remember when you were a kid, and you could dream up almost anything? Back when it was fun to imagine things, just for the sake of it, just for the opportunity of exploring possibilities!
But then you grew up, and you locked that magical imagination of yours away because you didn’t know how to make your dreams reality.
17 – THE STAR reminds you that it was never your job to manifest the dream, only to dream it.
You don’t need to know HOW to make it happen – all that matters is that you can imagine for yourself, dream for yourself, choose for yourself.
This is a week for opening up to trust. It’s a week for being bold enough to say aloud the thing that you wish to claim for yourself. Or to capture it on the page, hand-written, as a statement of intention.
What is it that you want for your heart, for your mind, for your body, for your soul? What changes do you want to see? What opportunities do you desire?
Ask. Ask. Ask.
It’s also okay to ask for ‘something better than this’ if you don’t know what you want.
The whole Universe begins to order itself around your sincere intentions. If this can happen for others, why not you?
Meanwhile, manage your energy and do what needs to be done to help you feel better, inside and out.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead:
Let go of expectation, let go of doubt, let go of feelings of being unworthy, and just have fun with this whole ‘imagining your future life’ thing. I’m going to say this one more time, because it’s so important that you hear this – don’t worry about how you’re going to make it happen – that’s the Universe’s job, not yours. You just dream the dream. How do I know this works? I used to joke that my ideal house would be a treehouse with a library in it (because secretly that was actually my dream house), and now I live in one!
Need help to clarify or discover your dream? Maybe you need a session with me to bring some extra purpose and direction. Details here
Crystals to support you this week – Fluorite, Jade, Pearl, Herkimer Diamond, Garnet, Rose Quartz
Here at the Treehouse I still have lots going on – and I expect I’ll be looking after family and being needed much more on the home front for the next couple of months.
That’s okay. That’s what love does.
So, where necessary we will adjust my schedule to give me space and flexibility to deal with life being a little messier than usual, even as I continue working.
You’ll be pleased to know that my first session with my writing coach went well – I now have more homework and many thought-provoking questions I need to explore.
On the nights when I haven’t been able to sleep I think of my characters, and what is happening to them and why, and it gives me a profound sense of peace and purpose.
And almost every day, no matter the weather, Ben has managed to get me down to the beach for a walk and a sit and some quiet time. That’s much needed right now!
This week I hope you tap back into your dreams or pick new ones.
Like they say, don’t die with the music still inside you,
Sending love, hugs and encouragement, Nicole xx

Dear Nicole, What’s up with your book about your aboriginal experience? Friendly thoughts from the deep greens of France!
The house of my dreams is a little villa surrounded by a cottage garden. Quiet and beautiful. There is a library with windows to the floor on side of the room so I can sit there on rainy or snowy days and watch the weather. And a special room for yoga. A cozy kitchen with a big table for many guests. I live there with my husband. Some animals maybe. Or people I don’t know yet. And I would love to have some kind of water in my garden. Big old trees. Birds, butterflies. Peace.
That sounds like heaven!
Thank you so much for this amazing post
You’re welcome, Joanne 😊
