Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using the Sacred Earth Oracle by Toni Carmine Salerno and Leela J. Williams, illustrated by Helena Nelson-Reed, for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is PERCEPTION.
2025 is a year for pattern breaking, deep healing, mysticism and new directions.
January is a month for identifying opportunities for healing, for taking time for relationships and social connections, and for planning your hopes, dreams and goals for the year ahead.
PERCEPTION
In a year that offers the possibility of facing the past and deciding how it will impact your future, and where you can choose to no longer be defined by what has gone before, PERCEPTION brings powerful gifts of insight and self-awareness this week.
Your intuition and Inner Wisdom will always guide you well, if you let it. This week, so many good things can happen for you, if only you tune in and trust yourself and your inner wisdom and instincts above all others.
Insights will happen this week at the oddest moments. Suddenly you’ll have a new perspective on an old situation, an understanding of yourself or another, clarity where before there was confusion.
And there will be so much intuition and gut feeling at play too.
You’ve felt it before.
That feeling that draws you towards something. Or the feeling that makes you want to step back, say no, or run away.
That’s our intuition in action, and it’s something all of us have.
We’ve all had red flags. And sometimes we haven’t listened to them.
We’ve all had green lights. And sometimes we haven’t acted on them.
This week, guided by PERCEPTION we will have the opportunity to make life-changing shifts, simply by honouring our intuition and saying yes to what feels right, and no to what doesn’t.
It’s as simple as that. But the power isn’t in the feelings you get that can guide you forward. The power is in you acting upon those feelings and that inner guidance.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead:
Find some time to get quiet so you can tune in to your intuition. Before you make a decision, before you act on anything, stop. Put a hand on your heart. Take a deep breath. Let time slow down for a second or two while you listen to what your intuition says. Ask yourself if this is right for you. Honour what comes up and then be honest with yourself and others. Say yes, say no, or if you’re not sure yet, be clear about that too. Simple? Yes. Life changing? Probably!

I’m officially back at work today, and excited for the new year ahead.
It’s going to be a big year. 2025 is all about healing and pattern-breaking, and finding new ways forward, so I feel supported with the plan I have created with my team (both for work, and my medical team). Lots of changes ahead for me with my health regime, diet and treatments as we work to stabilise me and gain back some of the ground I have lost to late-stage Lyme and the recent complications of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. Lots of beautiful new changes coming within my Academy and Inner Circle. New courses. A new book. And lots of time with my Planner and my journal, thinking and reflecting and mapping out my life and my dreams.
Only this morning I was looking at the wide sky and the big old trees outside my bedroom window and reflecting on the many blessings in my life, including our Treehouse, and the wonder of living on the Sunshine Coast. It’s magical here, and I can feel a magical year ahead. I’ve made lots of room in my diary this year for moments of solitude and spiritual journeying. I cam feel how big these healing energies are, and how deep I am being encouraged to dive.
